We're facing another government shutdown. This has the Republican Party in full flight not fight mode. The Obama campaign machine has been making noises that Obama will be running against a "do nothing" Congress--read the Republican'ts/Tea Party-controlled House of Representative.

Sinclair Lewis must have

envisioned Obama's ascent

to power.

This is silly when you consider that the Democrat-controlled Senate has not approved an operating full budget in over three years. Instead, the nation is subjected to a fiasco of continuing spending resolutions that result in higher spending. For their part, Republican'ts are acting like a scared prison bitch waiting to be bitch-slapped by "her" main man. They are afraid that Democrooks will accuse them of trying to shut the government down.

Here's some news for you cowardly Republican't lions. Several shutdowns have happened in the last thirty years. But it seems that the Republicans were traumatized by the two shutdown in FY 1995-96. At one point some 800,000 Federal employees were furloughed. The Clinton/Big Lie /Lame-stream Media propaganda machine went into action and placed the blame on Republican'ts, and in particular House Speaker Gingrich. Presidential candidate Gingrich is paying the price today for that confrontation between fiscally responsible Conservatives and irresponsible Liberal Socialists.

The Republican establishment is running a sub rosa campaign against Gingrich and other conservative candidates that want to stand-up against the totalitarian Liberal-Socialists. Each time that there's a possibility that there will be a government shutdown, the Republican't establishment lackeys run in panic like a turkey before Thanksgiving dinner.

What the Republican'ts should be doing is pointing out through TV ads how it's the Democrooks that are gumming up the process by their intransigence. Obama a compromiser? That's rich. The Presidunce is so stubborn that he would rather deny 20,000 jobs that would be created by the Keystone pipeline from Canada because he wants the payroll tax moratorium to continue without pipeline approval. This boneheaded policy is cast in stone in Obama's blockhead, even though it would benefit his union supporters. [Oh please, you Liberal-Socialist dolts, don't tell me how "smart" Obama is unless you're prepared to show us his all of college grades, law school grades, and any scholarly writings by him!] It appears that the Eco-Nazis have more sway than the unions do with this crypto-Marxist.

But it would be foolish to expect the Republican'ts to fight for what's right. They prefer the sick romanticism of inglorious failure. Pray that the Tea Party becomes a real political party before Obama assumes total control.

MISMANAGEMENT 101 or WELCOME to SAN DIEGO! [PART I]

If there is one place on the face of the Earth where mismanagement and incompetence reigns supreme it's the City of San Diego and its surrounding suburbs. From all the local governments to the sports teams, mismanagement and incompetence are the names of the game. The only outstanding constant in San Diego is the weather. As comedian Lewis Black joked, "The easiest job in the world is being a weatherman in San Diego." The punchline of his joke is when the news anchor asks the weatherman, "How's the weather?" The weatherman replies, "Nice, back to you." Yup, that's "America's Finest City" alright.

This blog originates from the San (Scam) Diego area, and specifically Chula Vista (Vicious). After over 50 years residency in the area this writer has seen the many foibles and misfires by the residents, sports teams, business entities, and local governments.

So where do we begin? The easiest and least harmful area of mismanagement are with the two major professional sports teams in the area, the San Diego Chargers and the San Diego Padres.

The NFL San Diego Chargers management has taken one of greatest football teams ever assembled and devolved it into a mediocre shadow of its once formidable self. The chief culprit is General Manager A.J. Smith. He is aided and abetted by the son of owner Alex Spanos: Team President, Dean Spanos.

In 2006, the team went 14-2, but lost to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game. So what did the team do? It fired head coach Marty Schottenheimer. The ostensible reason was that Schottenheimer tried to hire his son as an assistant coach. The real reason as that A.J. Smith did not like (read hated) Schottenheimer. The two men could not coexist in the same room. So A.J. went after a "yes man" and hired one of pro football's most mediocre coaches, Norv Turner. Turner is an excellent designer of offensive plays and is a very good offensive coordinator. But as a head coach he is mediocre at best. During his tenure the Chargers have had two outstanding seasons and three so-so seasons--with arguably the best talent in the league.

This year there is talk of firing both Turner and Smith. Especially when you consider that quality players like QB Drew Brees and Darren Sproles were let go without receiving anything in return. The drafts with the exception of 2004 Draft, which produced Philip Rivers, Shawn Merriman, and others, have been busts. There's not enough room to list the players that the Chargers have let go without getting much value in return that also have ended up getting Super Bowl rings (Rodney Harrison or Lance Alworth). Call it the "Jack Kemp curse." Kemp was picked up by the Buffalo Bills in 1962 for a $100 waiver fee. Kemp led the Bills to two consecutive AFL Championships in the mid-1960s. Looking at the success of players like running back Michael Turner in Atlanta and and Wes Welker in New England it's clear that the Chargers are becoming the best developmental team in the NFL--just like their colleagues the San Diego Padres.

The Padres are noteworthy for being the best developmental team in Major League Baseball and for bad timing in their only two World Series appearances against super teams like the 1998 New York Yankees and the 1984 Detroit Tigers. For the most part, the Padres as a small market team has accomplished much via smoke and mirrors and good major league managers Bruce Bochy and Jack McKeon. With exception of 1998, when the Padres spent money to rent elite level players like pitcher Kevin Brown, the Padres attempt to win with retreads and players past their prime. They traded good young players Jason Bay and Oliver Perez for a power hitter, Brian Giles on the downside of his career. Giles turned out to be a solid singles hitter and drew a lot of walks. But he was never the home run hitter he was at Pittsburgh.

Bruce Bochy was reviled by the local fans for making bone head managerial decisions. The truth was that he was hampered by a cheap skate general management that paid "sunshine dollars" to aging players like pitcher Fernando Valenzuela. Within two years after he left San Diego (or was invited to look for another job) Bochy managed the San Francisco Giants to a World Series Championship. The trade of homeboy and fan favorite Adrian Gonzalez to the talent rich Boston Red Sox (Bosox) for some prospects did not sit well with Padre fans. The trade was engineered by former Bosox underling/Padre GM Jed Hoyer (now Chicago Cubs GM) to former Bosox GM Theo Epstein (now Chicago Cubs President of Baseball Operations). Crony baseballism--ya think? The latest act inspiring fan anger and future Fan apathy is letting All Star reliever Heath Bell sign with the Miami Marlins.

The Padres are always crying poverty while raising ticket prices. Unfortunately, good weather doesn't pay the bills or draw cash strapped people to the ballpark. The Padres are simply not willing to put out a good product by paying free agents competitively or by retaining good young ball players. But it's also a vicious circle because local San Diego employers are unwilling to pay their employees competitive wages. Why? Because the good weather in San Diego is payment enough for living here, i.e., "sunshine dollars." That leaves little discretionary income for expensive diversions like Major League Baseball or NFL games.

Sunshine dollars is the curse by the political and elite classes that rule the "America's Finest Tourist Plantation" as one public artwork proclaimed before the 1988 Super Bowl. But it's not only the undocumented worker that's underpaid, because except for the local elite, most all San Diego area workers are also paid with "sunshine dollars." Part II discusses the crap management style of the local governments in the San Diego area.

IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED TEBOW, TEBOW AGAIN

Like most things in this country, the culture of the National Football League has been infected with the Liberal Weltanschauung. Why else would it be acceptable to reinstate dog torturer/killer and gambling ring operator Michael Vick into the NFL and yet be dismissive of Denver Bronco quarterback Tim Tebow? Hey, if the lefties don't respect human life why would they have respect for the sanctity of life for dogs? To them, water boarding is torture, but what Vick did by electrocuting dogs should not interfere with his "right" to make a living by playing pro football. Inasmuch as most sports pundits appear to be Liberals, this cockeyed viewpoint seems idiotic. Even more so when you consider the fact that Vick was also running a dog-fighting gambling ring. And as we all know, the self-righteous NFL frowns upon illegal gambling of any kind.

Tebow is perhaps the most exciting thing to come into the NFL in years. His enthusiastic play has inspired his Bronco teammates into a 5-1 record since he took the starting job from Kyle Orton. They also believe they can win as a team. Yet many football pundits are openly hostile to Tebow. Their comments have ranged from, that he's unsuited to the professional game because he has an awkward throwing motion to outright hostility to his unabashed Christianity. Former Denver Bronco QB, Jake "The Snake" Plummer commented,

"Tebow, regardless of whether I wish he'd just shut up after a game and go hug his teammates, I think he's a winner and I respect that about him," said Plummer. "I think that when he accepts the fact that we know that he loves Jesus Christ, then I think I'll like him a little better. I don't hate him because of that, I just would rather not have to hear that every single time he takes a good snap or makes a good hand-off."

Tom Krattenmaker, author of Onward Christian Athletes: Turning Ballparks into Pulpits and Players into Preachers, told USA Today

"At times, if you are an Evangelical Christian, it feels like the faith is being beat up on and marginalized. To see someone like Tebow to come along that boosts them all and makes them feel kind of proud. He is a real champion for the faith and makes them want to defend him."

So what if Tebow kneels in gratitude after a good play? He is grateful to be alive. According to the controversial Focus on the Family ad that aired during last year's Super Bowl, his pregnant mother, got sick in a Philippine hospital endangering her unborn fetus. Against doctors' advice she did not abort the fetus.

The "right to kill fetuses" gang says that the story that the ad is based upon is a falsehood. Democrat attack bot and lawyer Gloria Allred said that abortion has been illegal since 1930 in the Philippines and would have been a criminal offense. She would have found hard to believe that doctors would have recommended the procedure. Well, it will have to remain a mystery because Gloria wasn't there to hear the conversation between Pam Tebow and the doctors. Never mind the Hippocratic Oath, which compels doctors to treat the sick to the best of one's ability. And if that might have included recommending an abortion to save a mother's life, well, that's not too implausible.

Meanwhile, Tebow delights, entertains, and inspires with his enthusiastic play. He has a good work ethic and appears to be unaffected by fame. He's a winner as compared to the dog torturer/killer that calls the signals for the 4-8 Philadelphia Eagles. For once it's good to be reading about a professional athlete in the sports page and not in the police blotter.

THE OBAMA WIMP FACTOR

Remember in 1988, when the Liberal press, particularly Newsweak, tagged then-Presidential candidate George H.W. Bush as a wimp? Big Bush was a bonafide WW II fighter pilot hero. But that insult coming from a bunch of crypto-draft dodging left wing journalists (sic) from the Vietnam Era was galling to Bush. But what happens when a bonafide wimp like Obama does become a POTUS?

There’s nothing more perilous than linguine-spined, weak, wussy with something to prove. Anyone who has ever seen the movie, The Magnificent Seven, should remember the scene where the Horst Bucholz character, a young wannabe gunslinger named Chico tries to prove to Yul Brenner’s character, real gunslinger Chris Adams, that he’s a real tough hombre. As you might guess, Chico greatly embarrasses himself in a drunken rage trying to provoke Chris into gunfight and ends up sleeping his drunkenness off on the floor of a cantina.

Our newly minted manly man President “Chico” Obama apparently has a lot to prove as a foreign policy gunslinger—especially as the 2012 Presidential election year is fast approaching. Obama is looking to burnish his semi-tough guy image. But you’re safe from "Chico's" wrath if you’re an oppressive, murdering anti-Semite like Ahmajinidad. Chalk it up to fellow Muslim despotic courtesy being extended to help establish the Muslim Caliphate from Central Asia to West Coast of Africa.

The death of Qaddafi on Thursday shows danger of the wimp factor in practice. Obama claimed full credit for the suck-cess although his role in the Libyan government regime change was kinetic, i.e., we weren't actually in control. But, although Obama wants to give Islamo-Fascist enemy combatants Miranda warnings, he thinks of outright assassination or overthrow of secular Muslim dictators when it serves his weak willed purposes. The assassination deaths of Anwar al-Awlaki and Muammar Qaddafi are testament to the desperation of a true wimp in need of a backbone. As a result of Obama's wimp factor, we are also finding out that the Libyan rebels, which Obama's diplomatic henchmen and henchwomen allegedly knew nothing about, are imposing the female hostile Sharia law upon Libya. So much for the so-called Arab Spring freedom movement. Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood thanks you for your support, you manly man Barack.

"CRONY CAPITALISM"--A MISNOMER THAT SHOULD DISAPPEAR FROM THE POLITICAL LEXICON

"Crony capitalism" is a misnomer. In fact, the term is contradictory and very inaccurate. What is truly galling is that Conservative talk show hosts fall into the Liberal definitions trap by using this misnomer. We Conservatives have not learned not to let Liberals define terms of art that are being used in political debate.

It's very simple. Capitalism in most of its various forms is competitive. Socialism in any form is controlling. "Crony socialism" is where the government selects the business model via over-regulation, over-taxation, and mostly the promotion of overbearing environmentalism. The latter is the "green jobs" economic model, which has failed everywhere it has been tried; most notably in Spain and most recently in the U.S. with the Solyndra scandal. In the case of Solyndra, it was "crony socialism" that led to the half billion dollar rape of the American taxpayer. More on that below.

Often "crony socialism" is shamelessly sold as plutocratic philanthropy, with phony, idiotic sentiments like "raise my taxes please" being parroted by "voluntarily unemployed" tax advantaged wealthy plutarchs, i.e., (plutocrat + oligarch = plutarch). But who's stopping any of the faux philanthropists from voluntarily donating money to the Federal government? Who's stopping billionaire Warren Buffett from paying the back taxes that he owes to the Federal government? But it seems that only "rich millionaires" are being targeted by the "Divider in Chief" Obama. Obama's definition of a "rich millionaire" is someone that earns his or her money either by receiving a salary for services rendered or by selling goods, (you know, like someone that works for a living). The threshold for being an Obama "rich millionaire” is a $250,000 income.

Missing from this "wealthy" grouping are Democrats like Warren Buffett that "earn" their livings from passive wealth activities. Buffet and those of his plutocratic ilk are taxed at the low capital gains rate of 15%. The rest of us "millionaires" and Joe Six-Packs are taxed at various ordinary income tax rates of up to 35%!

Crony socialism is designed to choose economic winners and losers. This is clearly illustrated by the recent Solyndra fiasco in which an over a half a billion dollar loan guarantee was channeled to a key Obama political campaign fund bundler. According to the ABC News story on the Solyndra scandal:

The Energy Department [DOE] in March 2009 announced its intention to award Solyndra Inc. a $535 million loan guarantee before receiving final copies of outside reviews typically used to vet such deals. An independent federal auditor who has reviewed the energy loan program said moving so quickly without completing thorough reviews risked exposing the program to claims of political influence and put taxpayers at greater risk.

The Solyndra loan guarantee was not the product of true competition or merit. Although the DOE application process was started during the Bush Administration, the loan guarantee was stopped by them because it was not a good financial risk. But it was later awarded by the Obama Administration to the Obama campaign fund bundler/crony involved. The award was made despite the fact that a fiscal analysis showed that Solyndra would be bankrupt by September 2011. Solyndra went belly-up in September 2011. But that's "crony socialism" at work with your tax dollars.

One definition of Socialism is that it is a:

…mix of economic and political theories for organizing society that advocates collective ownership and management of the means of production, distribution of services and goods, as well as dividing everything equally. Socialist theories stand in opposition to ideas of free markets, private ownership, and individual responsibility. [Ed. note: This economic model of so-called "equal division" is not so in practice. Obama cronies like George Soros and Warren Buffett appear to be doing quite well under socialism as opposed to the average citizen.]

With the Obama Administration, the “Chicago Way” has been added to the corrupt socialist mix. Thus, traditional economic incentives like profit or the pride of accomplishment has been replaced by shameless political patronage that has not been seen since the days of the ancient Romans. But Obama’s “Crony Socialism” patronage system is plundering and obliterating the American private sector in an unprecedented way.

One prime assumption of the Chicago Way is that there will always be a bounteous private sector that politicians can plunder endlessly. Chicago was America's boom town from 1860 to 1900, growing from nothing to the center of the nation's railroad network, the key nexus between farm and factory, the headquarters of great retailers and national trade associations.

But in the course of indulging the Socialist agenda, the American Goose that is laying the golden economic eggs is being killed by Obama’s Economic Death Panel policies. This is not crony-Capitalism. This is crony-Socialism.

The unfortunate thing is that we Conservatives have allowed Socialists to define the terminology that is used in political debates. The term "crony capitalism" obscures the criminality of "crony socialism" by tarring capitalism with the crimes of socialism--greed, corruption, criminally motivated political patronage, vote fraud, and economic malaise. The sooner that we conservatives stand our ground concerning the correct terminology to be used in political discourse the sooner voters will know the differences between Conservatism and Socialism. And finally Socialism will be exposed for the cruel hoax that it is.

Just don’t get me started on why Liberal states should be the real Red States. That one is the biggest "no brainer" in the history of humankind.

"HEY, WHO PUT THIS TARGET ON MY BACK?" (Obama's Other Death Panel)

Much was made of the Death Panel alleged to be in the ObamaCare legislation back in 2009. But this is not about any alleged ObamaCare Death Panel. This is about the most dangerous Death Panel in existence now! This about the assassination of an American citizen deemed to be an enemy of the state.

The assassination last week of Anwar al-Awlaki, an American born citizen, is more chilling than pulling the life support plug on Grandma. There is a "kill or capture list" created by a secret panel of senior U.S. government officials that makes these life or death decisions. These officials inform the president of its "death penalty" decisions. But according to a Reuters news story,

The role of the president in ordering or ratifying a decision to target a citizen is fuzzy. White House spokesman Tommy Vietor declined to discuss anything about the process.

Wow, a mysterious man of action is in the White House!

There's nothing worse than a milquetoast that wants to show that he's a tough guy. This is beginning to be a recurring theme as we approach the 2012 Presidential Elections. It started in earnest with the Bin Laden killing in May of this year. A look at the White House photo above of the Bin Ladin Assassination Situation Room shows Obama looking more like a bystander than as an active participant.

But with this latest terrorist killing by Obama's posse we've got a mixed message, because according to the above-mentioned Reuters news story:

The White House is portraying the killing of Awlaki as a demonstration of President Barack Obama's toughness toward militants who threaten the United States. But the process that led to Awlaki's killing has drawn fierce criticism from both the political left and right.

But as mentioned above, we still don't know Obama's true role in this "death panel" by arbitrary decree. It gets worse when you wonder how far our "man of action" might be willing to go to show that he's a "tough guy" in order to be re-elected. There's also no indication of any due process afforded to these potential enemies of the state--even if they are American citizens. This is from the Administration that wants to give Miranda rights to enemy combatants.

But political assassination is an unspoken of taboo in American politics. But when it happens usually it doesn't involve an American citizen, except for perhaps the mysterious death of American actress Jean Seberg, who it seemed offended FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, by raising money for the Black Panthers in the 1960s. There were unsubstantiated rumors that FDR had populist Huey Long assassinated.

The assassination of foreign leaders is a different matter. There was no real uproar when under JFK's watch, President Ngo Dinh Diem was assassinated on November 1, 1963, following a coup in South Vietnam. Ironically or coincidentally if you prefer, JFK was assassinated 21 days later in Dallas, Texas. Richard Nixon caught hell, as he did for merely breathing, for the assassination of Chilean President Salvador Allende, although the leftists couldn't definitively show American involvement in Allende's death. The 1967 assassination death of Che Guevara by Bolivian soldiers trained by the CIA and Green Berets did not create as much controversy as would have been expected. Maybe it was because Lyndon Johnson had other problems like an escalating Vietnam war. Democrats always get away with murder it seems.

Given the lousy, unquestioning Lame Stream Media that we now have, it's doubtful that Obama will ever be held in check or to account. And that scares the rest of us law abiding citizens, a.k.a., the putative enemies of the state." Be assured that I'll be practicing my duck and cover skills on a regular basis.

THE "FAST AND FURIOUS" ROAD TO PERDITION TAKEN BY THE LAME STREAM MEDIA PRESSTITUTES

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder may have lied to Congress when he stated in May 2011 that he did not know about the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) "Operation Fast and Furious" (OFF), until a few weeks before his testimony before Congress. This is a story largely being ignored by the Lame Stream Media. For the uninitiated, "OFF" is a sting operation run by the ATF between 2009 and 2010. OFF was part of the bigger Project Gunrunner investigation into illegal gun trafficking that is mostly benefiting drug cartels. The purpose of the OFF sting operation was to let suspected straw man purchasers complete weapons purchases and smuggle them into Mexico. The ATF hoped to build a case against various Mexican criminal and drug organizations suspected of being the ultimate weapons buyers.

Documents obtained by CBS News (surprise), show that Holder knew about the operation as early as July of 2010. The documents as described on the CBS website are:

But never mind that the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States might be a perjurer. Never mind that one of the guns smuggled into Mexico under his watch was used in the murder of a Border Patrol Agent. We already know that Holder played racial politics in his dismissal of the 2008 Philadelphia Black Panthers voter intimidation case. Yet, the Lame Stream Media, for the most part, has not made much ado about any of these matters involving an Obama henchman. You see, selective morality is the guiding "principle" of the Lame Stream Media. Democrats, Liberals, or any group that can be of assistance to the Liberal Fascist agenda are protected.

But the Lame Stream Media is more concerned about a rock located on leased land with a painted over racial epithet. Never mind the continuing parade of serious legal offenses of the Obama Administration. Apparently, GOP Presidential candidate, Rick Perry and his Dad didn't paint or turn over the offending rock soon enough to suit the prissy presstitutes. The rock is on property leased, by among others, the Perry family and used as a hunting camp by them. According to Slate E-zine, Perry has pushed back regarding the recent Washington Post hit piece about the offending rock that is substantiated primarily by "anonymous sources." As an aside, "anonymous sources" are often the "BFFs" of agenda driven reporters. (This is not to imply that the Washington Post reporter did anything wrong in putting together her story.) The Slate story said:

When asked further about the rock and when it was painted over, the presidential candidate said first that his father painted over the rock in 1983, then gave a more detailed account, according to the Post:

“My mother and father went to the lease and painted the rock in either 1983 or 1984. This occurred after I paid a visit to the property with a friend and saw the rock with the offensive word. After my visit I called my folks and mentioned it to them, and they painted it over during their next visit.”

The governor’s campaign says the story was misleading however, according to Politico. A statement on his website reads:

“"A number of claims made in the story are incorrect, inconsistent, and anonymous, including the implication that Rick Perry brought groups to the lease when the word on the rock was still visible. The one consistent fact in the story is that the word on a rock was painted over and obscured many years ago.” [Emphasis added]

Ignored by the intrepid Washington Post reporter is the fact that the property was leased. As anybody that has ever rented an apartment knows there's not a whole lot that a lessee can do to alter a leased property--good or bad. And it is conceivable that the trust could have sued the Perrys for committing waste upon the leased premises by painting the rock over. A funny twist to the waste concept is that you can be sued for damages for making an improvement to a leased property. So one could argue that the Perrys committed waste, yet improved the property, by painting over the offensive epithet shortly after they joined the lease. Remember that the tagged rock was around before the Perrys joined the lease. The property was widely known in the area by its pejorative name "N***** Head."

But if there was a responsibility to have painted or done something about the offensive word on the rock it was with the trust that owned the property. According to the above-cited Washington Post article:

The camp is secluded, situated on a vast, 42,000-acre ranch that reaches into three counties and is owned and managed by the Hendrick Home for Children Trust. Various parcels of the Hendrick ranch, as it is known, have been leased out over the years for grazing cattle, oil drilling and, since the mid-1970s or so, hunting. All sorts of people have been on the winding, rocky ranch roads over the years — cowboys, ranchers, hunters, fishermen, oil workers, power company workers, wildlife biologists, real estate agents, tax assessors, surveyors, locals and outsiders who have visited the hunting camps that dot the property. [Emphasis added]

What the Washington Post would have you believe is that it was Perry's sole responsibility to have remedied the offensive rock, which his family did do. The Lame Stream Media's lazy, weak, and deceptive reportage makes My Weekly Reader (now called the Weekly Reader), look like a Pulitzer Prize winning newspaper. The average Lame Stream Media reporter also makes Weekly Reader comic strip characters Peanut and Jocko look like Woodward and Bernstein. Think of the big stories ignored or covered up by the presstitutes. Like Obama's background, e.g., his questionable relationships with convicted felon Tony Rezko and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers that were ignored or covered up. And can we see his grades to see if he's as smart as the Democrat party hacks say he is? Funny how the presstitutes spent more time looking for an picture of an allegedly coked up George W. Bush playing air guitar in his underwear than they did vetting Obama. By the way, Obama admits to cocaine use in his book, but no one recalls the presstitutes ever questioning that behavior.

But journalistic malaise isn't limited to the national news media. For years in San Diego, (a.k.a. Scam Diego), ALL of the snooze media, print and electronic, ignored or buried the pension scandal that first brewed under Republican Mayor Susan Golding's leadership. Maybe it's time to have a consumer's revolt against the shoddy journalistic practices of the Lame Stream Media. Otherwise, journalistic ethics is just another oxymoron.

Unlike the flirtatious Scarlett O'Hara playing romantic peekaboo games with numerous suitors in the opening scene of Gone With the Wind (GWTW), there's something creepy about Chris Christie playing a coy courtesan as he flirts with running for President. At least with Scarlett, there was a definite strategy in playing one suitor against another. She could land a wealthy husband and nobody got hurt, i.e., no taxpayers were harmed in the making of GWTW. But Christie's political-eye-batting-come-on seems downright narcissistic and indecisive. His umpteenth denial that he's running will come at a press conference today. The last thing we should want in a President is an indecisive narcissist. Why you might ask? We've been there, done that, and don't want to do it again in 2012. But at least Christie isn't wearing Mom Jeans as he flirts shamelessly with party elders and big time GOP donors. Way back when Presidents didn't regularly "dis" the country, my Dad worked with a retired Navy man from Alabama. "The Captain" as he was known, was a crafty marketing guy that used to describe upcoming "dog and pony shows" to potential customers as an opportunity "to open up the kimono and tantalize them a bit!" "The Captain" knew a little bit about skillful salesmanship. This is not the case with Chris Christie.

The usual reason given for the intense interest in Christie is that the current GOP Presidential field is weak. Query: As compared to what? Obama has become in two and one half insufferable years the worst President ever. The previous holder of the title, Jimmy Carter looks downright statesmanlike in comparison, but not quite enough to erect billboards saying "Miss me?" Funny thing, but the only people that seem to be disappointed in the Republican field are the leftist pundits and water carriers for Barack Hussein Obama. Personally, I like this field because all of them are far more capable than Obama. Even the eccentric Ron Paul has his merits. In the GOP primary process, it may turn out that while you might not vote for a particular candidate for President, a lot of them would make strong cabinet members, i.e., a good management team. I could easily see Michele Bachmann as Commissioner of the IRS. Herman Cain would make a good Secretary of Commerce. Mitt Romney would make either a good Secretary of the Treasury or better yet, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board. There's a lot of common sense in the GOP field. But more importantly, there's experience that goes beyond the posting of handbills on telephone poles announcing a community gripe session. Unlike the current occupant of the White House, all of these current candidates also have solid records of regularly showing up for work.

We can't say that we've got a good management team in Obama, his VP Biden, or his Cabinet. Vice-President Joe Biden is, to paraphrase former VP John Nance Garner's comment about the Vice-Presidency, "...not worth a bucket of warm spit." (According to Sydney Blumenthal, as cited in Wikipedia, Garner actually said "warm piss." That sounds more like what a hard core Texan like Garner would have said. ) It's also a cruel cosmic joke to have tax cheat Tim Geithner running the Treasury department, which by the way, includes the IRS. At least two of Obama's appointees are ardent admirers of mass murderer Mao Zedong. Eric Holder is a joke as the U.S. Attorney General, i.e., Holder is to the law what woodpeckers are to carpentry. He should be immediately sent away to some backwoods hollow to be a Judge Roy Bean-like dispenser of injustice.

But is Christie the answer to our current national malaise? Well, until Christie shows a little more than what's inside his slightly open kimono, (I know it's bad optics), we'll just have to let the process play itself out. Let's also hope that the Democrats and the Main Stream Media presstitutes won't be picking a GOP caninedate in 2012, just as they did in 1996 and 2008. We'll see today at Christie's press conference at 1 p.m., EDT whether or not he'll be running for "Best in Show" in 2012. But don't think that this flirtation is over.

Act One - Friends, Americans, and Countrymen Lend Me Your Votes

Chris Christie gave a speech the other day at the Reagan Library. This by itself would normally be the launching pad for an announcement for a presidential run. But after all was said and done, Christie reiterated that he wasn't running, saying "look at my videos." In the past, Christie has said that he's "not ready," etc. So unless Christie is the biggest tease since fan dancer Sally Rand, take him at his word.

We all have that little voice inside ourselves that tells us when we're not ready to do something. When I was studying acting, my acting coach talked a lot about "grounding yourself" before performing. Christie might realize in his heart of hearts that despite his bully boy antics toward feckless reporters and public employee labor union thugs; that what may play well on YouTube videos doesn't mean that he's ready to take on Vlad Putin or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Another sign that a Christie candidacy is not a good idea right now is that former POTUS, George H. W. Bush wants him to run. His son Jeb is waiting for the 2016 Presidential election. Enough said.

Act Two - Compromise is an Overrated Concept

The definition of compromise according to the Encarta World Dictionary is:

agreement: a settlement of a dispute in which two or more sides agree to accept less than they originally wanted
something accepted rather than wanted: something that somebody accepts because what was wanted is unattainable
potential danger or disgrace: exposure to danger or disgrace

All we seem to be hearing from Democrats and Obama is that Republicans won't compromise. Compromise what? And to what end? The recent budget ceiling compromise in August ended up with Democrats getting to spend money now while promising to cut spending in the distant future. Huh? What kind of compromise is that? And as far as Republicans are concerned, definition number 3 applies. When the word "compromise" played a prominent part of Christie's Reagan Library speech, hold on to your wallets.

Act Three - Why Republicans Eat their Own

According to the top vote getting response in "Yahoo! Answers" tigers eat their young in part because:

Male tigers will kill any cubs that are not their own if they can, and usually eat them. This is to reduce competition for themselves, and to bring the tigress into heat again so that he can mate with her and father his own young. Because male and female tigers do not live together, sometimes a male may accidentally kill cubs that he has fathered himself, but this does not happen often.

After George W. Bush, Republicans seem to be obsessed with electing a President that sounds good. Actually, this obsession with videogenics and the ability to articulate ideas, (even if they are stupid ideas like "hope and change"), began with the Kennedy-Nixon debates in 1960. Those that listened to the first debate on radio thought that Nixon won the debate. Those that saw on TV the awful make-up job on Nixon, thought that Kennedy won.

After sitting through several hiring committees that chose a candidate primarily because s/he had good interview skills, I can tell you that ALL of them turned out to be either mediocre or poor employees. Yes, I know that my evidence is purely anecdotal. But like the old New Yorker cartoon showing a judge whispering to another judge, "Sure it's hearsay, but it's damn good hearsay," my damn good anecdote evokes red flags whenever a fancy talker is trying to sell me something. Rejecting any candidate with an otherwise good record of accomplishment solely because s/he doesn't produce good sound bites or looks great in debates is silly. The Roman Emperor Claudius was considered a doofus because among other things he didn't speak well. He turned out to be one of the best Emperors that ever ruled the Roman Empire.

Christie is long on good soundbites, but short on accomplishments. Unlike Republican Governors Scott Walker of Wisconsin, John Kasich of Ohio, and even closet RINO Mitch Daniels of Indiana; Christie hasn't been Governor of New Jersey long enough to show that he's as good as Ann Coulter thinks he is. Those other governors are compiling records of accomplishment. Meanwhile, Texas Governor Rick Perry, a mediocre debater with a solid record of accomplishment, is being crucified by Michele Bachmann, the politically inert Rick Santorum, and Mit "Ned Flanders" Romney. Shouldn't they be putting forth their own ideas instead putting down a fellow Republican? Or are they working to help re-elect Obama by giving his campaign jackals good soundbites to use in his commercials?

Epilogue

A fancy talker is not necessarily the one for the job. Read the resume, but trust and verify before you make that hire. Four years can be a long time with the wrong President. Think about what those fancy words "hope and change" have brought you before you hire the next President.

Hurricane Irene is being built up as a coming catastrophe, if it develops as reported; but so was Hurricane Katrina in 2005. But this time Presidunce Obama has an acolyte Lapdog media that will take advantage of this catastrophe for political hay, i.e., never let a "good crisis" go to waste. The Lapdogs will try to establish that he is in complete command or at least his pre-recorded teleprompter is. They will make comparisons as to how the Bush Administration mishandled Katrina vs. Obama's response. But Obama's warning message about Hurricane Irene differs little from what Bush said about Hurricane Katrina. Moreover, the Gulf population was warned five days in advance about Katrina. Obama's afterthought message comes after days of golf by him and on the same day as the touchdown in North Carolina.

The big difference in 2011, is that state officials along the Eastern Seaboard, that are PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE for the handling of such natural disasters have taken pro-active actions on their own without relying on the Federal government for their cues. Mayor Bloomberg of New York City and Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey have shut down their jurisdictions in response to the potential disaster.

Contrast that with the "sit on their hands" approach by then-Louisiana Governor Blanco and then-New Orleans Mayor Nagin. It is the contention of this blogger that they were under the direct orders of the DNC to withhold any cooperation with the Bush Administration. The Lapdog Media then spun Katrina as a failure of competence by the Bush Administration. Thus Katrina became a propaganda tool for the Democrats. Too bad that people died while the Liberal Lapdog Media lied. But then what would you expect from a bunch that believes in genocide via abortion. Life is cheap to these people. The suffering of ordinary people means nothing to these Liberal-Fascist plutocrats.

Corn Fed Cattle Call

The Iowa Caucus is over and another RINO Presidential candidate has bitten the dust. Former "Cap and Trade" aficionado Tim Pawlenty is out of the Presidential race after his poor showing in the Iowa straw pole. The big winners out of the Iowa caucus are Rick Perry and home girl Michele Bachmann. Perry, the new kid on the block, is attracting attention because one third of the jobs created in the United States in the last few years were created in the state of Texas. Almost immediately, the Obama administration claimed credit for the job creation by saying that federal government military spending and the stimulus were responsible for the new jobs in Texas. The bottom line is however, is that Perry and Bachmann are now being vetted by the Presstitutes (thanks Rush) in a way that should have been done to Obama in 2008. That we still don't know anything about Obama is a scary thing given that a President of the United States has the power to destroy the entire world.

Recently, Barack Hussein Obama said that there were not as many shovel ready jobs as he originally thought with regard to the stimulus package that was supposed to keep unemployment under eight percent. (Now there's a funny thought, Obama with an original thought.) Gee, so which is it Barry? Were there any shovel ready jobs or weren't there any shovel ready jobs? Your minions are claiming that military spending is good because it helped you fix the economy, but in the same breath they also assert that we should make drastic cuts in the military budget anyway. Your crack staff also claims that the oil and gas industry was unleashed by Obama and that the Texas economic boom had nothing to do with anything that Governor Rick Perry did during his ten-year tenure.

But I guess it's kind of the same thing as saying that Bill Clinton had nothing to do with prosperity in the 1990s, because Clinton didn't have anything to do with information technology boom. The only distinction between Perry and Clinton is that Perry is pro-business unlike the tax and spend Liberal Fascist Bill Clinton. But Liberals are always allowed to falsely claim credit for things that they don't accomplish. Bill Clinton claimed to be bonafide Rhodes scholar, but flunked out of Oxford. Obama is supposed to be the smartest guy to ever be President, but he hides his marks from grade school on up. Is that the logical act of a smart guy? You'd think they'd publicize the smart man's grades. But maybe they're bluffing about his brain power or maybe he flunked coloring book and sandbox in the first grade?

Hey Barry, Does your staff's plugged ears ever hear what their collective mouths are saying? We don't have to ask about absence of of a thinking process. There is none amongst these Ivy League degreed geniuses. Is it 2012 yet?

Doubling Down on Incompetence

Fresh off the triumph of "killing" Bin Laden comes the news that the Pakistanis, which Obama and his crack team of foreign policy experts have berated and offended; have given the Communist Chinese access to an American helicopter used in the Bin Laden operation. The sad thing is that the Reds now have a method to reverse engineer the stealth technology that was the exclusive domain of the United States. Even when this guy does something right he still screws up. Is it 2012 yet?

Sniper Fire

Throughout this whole budget/debt ceiling crisis Democrats have come up with bupkis with any spending plan except for more tax and spend. No approved Federal budget for nearly three years from Senate Democrats. Democrats have offered no serious debt reduction plan at all and yet the Presidunce acts as if he's tried to offer a compromise. He's done nothing but whine like a spoiled little girl. Still nothing from these crooked bastards. We need to cut the cancer that is the Democrat party from the body politic. Is it 2012 yet?

The terminally bored Michelle Antoinette must be bending his ear again and the Boy Blunder cowers in fright. (Bill Clinton also cowered before Hillary.) In his heart Obama knows that going on vacation at this time is bad. Many voters and their families are either going on involuntary stay-cations because they are unemployed or they're cutting back because they are in fear of losing their jobs. But the wrath of Michelle Antoinette must be too frightening for the Presidunce to ignore the justified wrath of economically aggrieved voters.

Funny thing about Liberal men, they seem to either be deathly afraid of their women or they are closet misogynists. If they're Tom Daschle or Harry Reid they adopt effete mannerisms and speech so that they will--in their feeble mindsets--not offend women voters. If they are Bill Clinton, Gary Hart, Anthony Weiner, Elliot Spitzer, or Teddy Kennedy they become womanizers because of their deep seated contempt for women in general.

Needless to say, Obama may be counting on the short memories of voters and the cover provided by the Lame Stream Media complex. This time his faith in those factors are gravely misplaced. This is not 2008. He has a record now. It can't be hidden because we are all living through the Hell created by this incompetent, insensitive, puppet of the plutocrats. The people are on to your scam President Puppet.

A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER

It's been two and a half years, but it's still unbelievable that such an inexperienced, incompetent and largely unknown man was elected to be the President of the United States of America. This is being posted on the eve of the 37th anniversary of the resignation of the "evil" Richard Nixon--a man that had moments of brilliance and very low moments during his Presidential tenure. Taking a page from Liberal Fascist pig moral relativsim, Nixon's "crimes" appear minor in comparison with this corrupt gangster's high crimes and misdemeanors. There's nothing worse than a Robin Hood that turns out to be a Robin Hoodlum.

There have been several examples of men that were not quite up to the job of being the President. The most recent example was Jimmy Carter. But like the proverbial broken clock that is right twice a day, Carter was right when he selected Paul Volcker to head the Federal Reserve. Volcker administered some harsh economic medicine, which probably helped to defeat Carter in the 1980 Presidential election. But the country's best interests were served through this appointment by laying the foundation for the Reagan Revolution in which tax cuts paved the way for nearly two decades of uninterrupted prosperity. In retrospect, Carter's appointment in the late 1970s of such a harsh economic taskmaster as Volcker was seemingly self-sacrificing. There's no such self-sacrifice with Obama the prima donna do nothing--he's into partying and enjoying the "perks" of the job without the responsibilities. Gone are the days when you were fairly certain that your President would, to paraphrase Spike Lee, do the right thing.

Contrast Carter's duty to country with the adolescent unpatriotic whining of Barack Obama and his legion of defenders. When he and his mind-numbed Obamabots try to excuse his shortcomings, it is always because it is either someone else's fault or that he's the victim of prejudice against Blacks. But it was a liberal blogger that first used the term "Barack the Magic Negro" and not Rush Limbaugh as the lying Liberal Fascist pigs have tried to assert. It was David Ehrenstein in his L.A. Times opinion piece that called Obama the "Magic Negro." Ehrenstein is an American film critic of Jewish and Black heritage that writes primarily about homosexuality in film. The "tag line" in his opinion piece was that, "The Illinois senator [Obama] lends himself to white America's idealized, less-than-real black man." Eherenstein is correct in noting that Obama appeals to white elitists. They almost always have Ivy League credentials. Moreover, there is also the issue of having slave blood as a qualifier to assert one's "Blackness" that was brought up by the President of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Charles Steele Jr. Heaven help any non-black that would have brought up that argument in 2008! Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) will always cry racism even when Obama is being criticized solely on policy grounds for promoting the white Liberal Fascist Plutocrats' agenda. She doesn't realize that she is providing cover for Liberal-Fascist white plutocrats like the Kennedys and Warren Buffett. What a foolish woman. But then Obama delivered a eulogy at Robert "KKK" Byrd's funeral. Never forget that the Ku Klux Klan was a political/terrorist arm of the Democrat party. Also note that Democrat icon JFK voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Act. That might make for an interesting Black History Month presentation.

Yet, Obama blames everything on the "mess" that he inherited from the evil "W"! But it wasn't fate as Barack the Boy Blunder would have you believe.

Had he truly earned the sterling university and law school grades that he and his handlers claim that he earned, but now furtively hide, Obama might have learned something about the fatal flaws of arrogance, pride, and about the sacredness of the U.S. Constitution. In other words, it was a money laundering scheme to ensure that part of the union dues paid would be contributed to the Democrook party. After gifts of American public corporations to corrupt unions, the use of bribery to pass unwanted health legislation, and an illegal war in Libya; why he hasn't been impeached is one of the great mysteries of this very young century. Nixon would have a true grievance were he alive today.

Republicans are about to buy "a pig in a poke" based upon an illusory promise by Democrats to agree to cut spending over 10 years in the future in exchange for a huge raise in the debt ceiling now. According to one online dictionary of idioms, a "pig in a poke" is "something acquired without inspection and which may therefore be worthless."

Another online dictionary states that an illusory promise is: "A statement that appears to assure a performance and form a contract but, when scrutinized, leaves to the speaker the choice of performance or non-performance, which means that the speaker does not legally bind himself or herself to act."

The Boehner bill is up for approval today by the House of Representatives. In exchange for an immediate $900 billion raise in the debt ceiling, there is a promise by the Democrooks to reduce the debt by $850 Billion over 10 years. (This is subject to pending revisions by Boehner to meet Congressional Budget Office criticisms.) For a "quick and dirty" summary of the Boehner bill go here.

We've already seen how worthless Democrat promises of compromise have been in the past 40 years. In the last Congress, the rule of thumb was that Democrats ran roughshod over Republicans and resorted to bribery and corruption to pass unwanted legislation like ObamaCare. But with the Boehner Bill, our spendthrift President gets to spend a trillion dollars now in exchange for illusory cuts in the budget that might not happen over the next 10 years.

Why does Obama get all of his debt ceiling raise at once and the American people have to wait for spending cuts dribbled out over 10 years? Take a chance Republicans. It's doubtful that the major credit agencies will downgrade the U.S. credit rating on August 2. Too many nations are holding a bag U.S. financial paper. No one wants a worldwide financial disaster over the Adolescent-in-Chief's bluff and irresponsibilty.

Obama and the Democrats are the ultimate criminal syndicate with their lies and theft of public taxpayer funds. It's time to stop these gangsters--NOW! Take Obama's stolen credit card away. Save America!

MEH, THE NFL IS BACK.

At a time when unemployment is running over 9% (17% actual if you count the underemployed and those that have given up looking for work); football players and team owners were, until yesterday, haggling over the split of the $9 billion in revenue that the NFL generates annually. To the average unemployed individual it seemed to be a rather petty dispute between callous millionaires and billionaires.

In San Diego, the wealthy Spanos family is still trying to find a way to have the taxpayers subsidize a new stadium with taxpayer cash and city land for their Chargers business. Their quest has been made more difficult by Governor Jerry "Retread" Brown's impound of all local community redevelopment funds to help satisfy the Sacramento's insatiable appetite for spending. Unless an owner builds his or her own stadium or the team is located in a prosperous state like Texas, it will be at least ten years before any sports stadium is financed with public funds.

All this brings to mind the real purpose of local government, which is to provide basic municipal services like streets, fire protection, police, and infrastructure. Local governments are not venture capital banks. Few politicians have the requisite skills to run a simple lemonade stand. And truth be told, most politicians have no real marketable job skills. Elective office is often the best job that most of them will ever have. And the NFL owners are just another bunch of potential campaign contributors that, with a well placed contribution might benefit financially using other people's money, i.e., taxpayer money.

Keep your eye on the bouncing ball!

I loved the game when it was common for players to take "real jobs" in the off season. That was in the Golden Age of Pro Football in the 1960s. A couple of players worked at the department store where I worked at as a sales clerk forty years ago. Other players sold cars, insurance, houses or worked at banks. They were for the most part regular guys and not the prima donnas of today's game. The game lost its luster for me when the NFL reinstated Michael Vick, dog torturer and gambling ring impresario.

Nobody denies that Michael Vick has a right to make a living, but there are some misdeeds that should foreclose one from making a living in certain professions. Thieves rarely get to work at banks or any job that requires honesty. The animal cruelty aside, running a gambling ring should be evidence of a character flaw that is incompatible with the so-called integrity of the NFL.

No doubt I'll watch a couple of football games this year. But it just doesn't have the same magic that it held for me many years ago when I was able to eat my tuna sandwich next to a real NFL player in the store lunchroom.

I don't know about you, but the idea of spending millions of taxpayer dollars on groups like Planned (Genocide) Parenthood, ACORN, Hamas, and SEIU irks me. The new mission of NASA to make Muslims feel good about themselves is yet another colossal waste of taxpayer money. The Non-Stimulus package with its phantom "shovel ready jobs" turned out to be a money laundering scheme to save public employee union jobs so that those unions could turn over member dues as campaign contributions to the Democrat Party. So where's the loyal opposition?

As I've said before, you cannot trust Republicans to do the right thing or anything for that matter. I don't know what they do with all that money that they raise from fundraising events and those obnoxious mailers that they continue to send me. They seem to spend it at boobie bars ogling pole dancers. About 15 years ago, I used to send $45 every two weeks to the GOP National Committee. I stopped sending money when they failed to respond to a parsed 1995 DNC ad claiming that Gingrich said he wanted the Medicare bureaucracy to die on the vine.

I watched for eight years while George W. Bush allowed himself to be politically bitch slapped by namby-pamby Democrat critics like Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Bush took the "high road" for seven years, eleven months, and three weeks. Bush finally defended himself weakly in the last week of his Presidency. It was way too little and way too late. He was brutally mocked as he took off on Marine One into retirement by the highly civil leftists.

Now there's the so-called "Gangrene of Six" with their latest "Lucy pulls the football away from Charlie Brown" trick. Promises to cut spending in the future by the Democrats will never happen.  The Republidorks will the illusory promise trade in exchange for more walking around money for the Democrats to pass around to their crony corporatists and illegal voting base.   RICO criminal charges anyone? Oh right, Eric Holder--the most corrupt, incompetent, partisan Attorney General since Ramsey Clark--is running the show. Unless you're a racist Black Panther forget about getting any justice. Ever.

Cut, Cap, and Balance has passed the House. Republican Senate "leaders" should be demanding a Senate vote and let Senate Democrats go on the record as being for the fiscal destruction of the United States.  But they won't. They're cowards; and because of their cowardice it may be time to declare the death of the Republican Party and eventually, the United States of America.

What the country wants are budgets cuts now and not ten years from now.   Yet, with all the mismanagement of the economy, Obama may still get re-elected. If he does, it will be the fault of the weak-kneed RINOs.

Barack Obama has promised to veto any amendment to the Constitution to balance the Federal budget. Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution states:

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

Nowhere does this Article mention any role of the President in this process. The proposed amendment would limit the budget so that any spendthrift despot like Obama could not spend the country into financial oblivion. The opposition by the Pharaoh shows his contempt for the Constitution of the United States. What an embarrassment for the great law school at the University of Chicago to have had a dunce like Obama teach there.

"Give me a child until he is seven and I will give you the man," is a Jesuit maxim often attributed to St. Francis Xavier. Even back in the 16th Century, it was recognized that up until seven years of age children are easily influenced. Gay activists are pressing for more and more indoctrination of underage children into the gay lifestyle. But it's not a matter of denying the civil rights of gays and lesbians, et al. It is a matter of parental control, which is also a civil and a natural right.

California Governor Jerry "60s Retread" Brown signed SB 48, adding gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT and sometimes Q for questioning) studies to the public school curriculum this past week.  These studies would be included in the public schools social studies curriculum. Supporters of the new law hope that it will teach students to be more tolerant of gay students and help reduce bullying. It is also designed to teach students about the contributions of people that are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender.

When I read The Picture of Dorian Gray in high school, it was more important that I read and appreciated the book. Irrelevant details like the fact that Oscar Wilde was gay would have added nothing to my understanding of the book. Moreover, there was no overtly gay theme to speak of. It is also true there is some gay imagery in Walt Whitman's poetry.  But quite frankly unless it rises to the level of hardcore gay porn with images of Jack Wrangler cavorting through the leaves of grass who cares?  But isn't all this sidebar stuff better taught in a college setting where students are mature enough to learn without giggling like silly adolescents?

These public school GLBT and sometimes Q studies may not be as intense as university courses that are sometimes called Queer Studies, but there are issues of timing and indoctrination into a lifestyle that parents might not want for their children. It is also an issue of who ultimately controls the upbringing and education of children. This law comes at the same time when there is a controversy over state intervention in the case of extremely obese children by putting those children in foster care. Add to that, Michelle Obama's fascist nutritional initiative viz. childhood obesity and more and more it appears that the Nanny State is enlarging its role in loco parentis. The Sacramento-based Capitol Resource Institute has begun the initiative process to hold a statewide vote to overturn the bill. If you're a registered voter in California please take a moment to sign the petition to place this issue on the ballot. Do it while participatory democracy still exists in the Era of Obama's Oppression.

In the previous episode of As the Budget Bleeds that was aired last April, Democrats and Republicans were haggling over raising the debt ceiling. They're at again. In last Wednesday's episode, the part time President and full time adolescent threw a hissy fit and walked out of the debt ceiling meeting after warning Republican Representative Eric Cantor, "Don't call my bluff Eric, I'm taking this to American people." Thus spake Pharaoh Barack.

Meanwhile, Senator "Mitch the Pitch" McConnell suggested a compromise that would give the Pharaoh almost complete control over spending by allowing the Pharaoh to raise the government’s borrowing limit without prior approval of any offsetting cuts in spending by Congress. (The pain of the blame for a government shutdown remains engrained in the minds of many skittish establishment Republicans.) But many Republicans and Constitutionalists have rejected any delegation of Congressional authority to the Pharaoh (read Chancellor).

Obama denied walking out of the budget talks on Thursday's broadcast. On Friday, the Pharaoh "gave the participants" the day off from the soap opera (a.k.a, a hiatus) despite the admonition on Thursday's episode by "Timmy the Tax Cheat" Geithner that there was no more time to waste in hammering out a budget deal before the August 2, 2011 debt default date. Meanwhile, Pharaoh Obama is feeling the heat from the Queen Bee. Michelle Antoinette demands to be entertained, fed, or sent on another vacation at taxpayer expense!

Before you take it to the American people Pharaoh, think long and hard about it first. Your "contribution" to the debt ceiling debate is not very popular with the public. Many Americans oppose raising the debt ceiling. In the latest Economist/YouGov Poll, Obama’s latest approval rating is dangerously close to his all-time low rating after the 2010 Congressional elections. Most thinking people viewed November 2010's election as a repudiation of Obama's Euro-Socialist/Marxist tranformative agenda. (The average leftist leech thinks [sic], "As long I get mine, who cares where it comes from?")

Only 33% of those surveyed support raising the debt limit. It would be interesting to see how many of these supporters actually pay taxes. Forty-two percent would not raise the debt ceiling and 25% shrug their shoulders and are not sure. The most popular solution to the debt ceiling conundrum is to tie the raise in debt to spending cut. The problem with that is that unless the cuts occur coincidentally with the debt raise they will be illusory. Obama offers cuts in the future, which may or may not happen. We saw that last April when John Boehner was snookered by Obama with insignificant budget cuts in exchange for billions in spending cash for Obama's slush fund.

Obama's notion of shared sacrifice is ludicrous. Yet, there's been nothing offered by Obama and the Democrats to cut any pet programs. Whenever Democrats use the terms "bipartisan" of "compromise" it means that Republicans must give up their positions and that the Democrats will get nearly all of theirs. What kind of shared sacrifice is that? Meanwhile, almost half of Americans don't pay any taxes despite the increasing growth of government and a shrinking tax base.

The typical Democrat solution is to tax the daylights out of the rest of us that do pay taxes. But where's the equity when Obama's corporate crony, GE, a big corporation and its media puppet subsidiary, MSNBC, paid NO taxes for 2010. To be fair, those individuals and corporations that paid no taxes are taking advantage of what the tax law allows them to take. Often times the child care credit is a boon for individuals. But these tax breaks seem to contravene a basic axiom of taxation that there be fundamental fairness to ALL taxpayers.

Here are some suggestions for increasing revenue while re-establishing tax code fairness:

The overriding principle must be that everybody should pay something in taxes, even if it is a token amount.
Foundations, whether they are non-profit, charitable, or otherwise should pay a low percentage of the gross valuation of the trust corpus, e.g., 0.1%. It would bring truly wealthy persons such as Warren Buffett and Bill Gates back into the taxpaying pool.
IRC §503(c)(3) organizations should also pay a low percentage of the gross valuation of all property not directly related to the charitable, religious, or educational purpose of the organization.
Abolish the Department of Energy and merge many--but not all--of its functions within the Department of the Interior.
Abolish the Department of Education
Bring the troops home from Europe. We've subsidized the European economy for over 60 years. It's time to wean the Europeans from their dependency on American largess.
Stop indirectly funding terrorist groups like Hamas with American taxpayer money.
Cut taxes. Raising taxes on individuals and small to mid-size businesses during an economic Depression is nonsensical. It's like raising bus fares because bus ridership is low. The unintended consequences of stupidity is to penalize the few remaining riders, most of whom cannot afford any other means of transportation. But like most unintended consequences tax and fee hikes, the poor bear the brunt of the financial burden, e.g., sin taxes, raised public transportation fares, and numerous fees.
Cut 10% across the board for ALL branches of government.
Cut U.N. funding by the U.S. in half.

These suggestions are similar to the punchline of the old lawyer joke, "What are 100,000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?" It's a real good start.

Over 800 days have passed since the Democrat-controlled Senate has passed any budget. Neither the Democrats or the Pharaoh have offered any budget plan except to raise taxes and spend more on vote buying entitlement schemes. Instead, they choose to pick at Paul Ryan's budget proposal like a child picks a scab. It never heals and the bleeding is constant.

So who will win this budget ceiling contest? What will probably happen is that Republicans will cave again and get demonized anyway. The intransigent Pharaoh has the media to back him up in this battle to buy votes for the 2012 Presidential Election. Stay tuned for the season finale on August 2d of As the Budget Bleeds. I have a theory about organizational malaise. If a private company, a government, or any organization that you're a part of is dysfunctional, then look to the character of the person that heads the organization. The flaws of that person will infect the organization from the top down. It's a variation of "the rotten apple spoiling the barrel" cliché.

The point of all this is that Barack Obama has infected this once great nation with a sense of indolence and irresponsibility. He is a lazy, thoughtless man child as befits someone that has been coddled and had the skids greased for him all of his life. And when things don't go his way, well, he'll throw a temper tantrum or blame someone else for his failures. After two and a half years, Obama still blames Bush for his screwed-up economic and foreign policy agenda. He's also laid the foundation to destroy the nation through $5.7 trillion in additional public debt over the four years of what will be hopefully his only term in office! He's frivolous, arrogant, and intellectually lazy. He can only regurgitate Marxist dogma like "spread the wealth" and the usual Democrat class warfare doggerel. (Apologies to Fido.) Listen to Obama joke on this YouTube clip about the waste of $830,000,000 for jobs that "weren't as shovel ready as we (read he) thought." Ha Ha! We're laughing all the way to the poor house. Some apologists have suggested that Obama may be too smart for the job.

If you think that private conduct doesn't mean anything as a predictor about how someone might handle the duties of elective public office, think again. The Obamas lived way beyond their means until 2005, when Barack Obama assumed his Senate seat. The indolent Obama only showed up to his U.S. Senate job 143 days between 2005 and until his election as the President of the United States in 2008. He displayed the same "vigorous work ethic" as a U.S Senator as he did as an Illinois State Senator. So what does he do now that he's the big cheese? He shoots hoops, plays golf, and wolfs down bad food. He also goes on a lot of vacations. Just look at Obama's reckless handling of the American economy and you could conclude that the man is a indolent, incompetent spendthrift.

At least one Obama apologist tries to make indolent Democommies Bill Clinton and Barack Obama look like hard workers. But all of the Republican Presidents, Reagan, Bush 41, and Bush 43, that the leftist apologist says loafed, accomplished several things of note during their terms in office. Clinton and Obama accomplished little or nothing positive during their time in office. Clinton is still looking for a legacy for his wasted eight year administration. Many of Clinton's die hard supporters wish that 9/11 had happened on his watch--then and only then would he have had the opportunity to be a "great" President.

And Obama, what has he done besides trample on the U.S. Constitution and make frivolous indolence a full time job? Unfortunately he has done very little constructive. We have a de facto part time President and a full time wrecking ball. His economic policy is a disaster of misspent taxpayer money. His domestic policy is an embarrassment of excesses. His foreign policy has made the United States the laughing stock of the world with its inconsistencies. He sits on the sidelines, not for strategic reasons, but because he doesn't know what to do. That's scary. This is a stubborn man unwilling to learn and too arrogant to ask for help. By comparison, Jimmy Carter looks like a Mt. Rushmore candidate.

It's Sunday afternoon and I'm shopping at a big chain pet store. I'm standing for a few minutes watching as a store clerk ignores me while she busily text messages her buddy on her iPhone. I'm finally acknowledged after gentle prodding by her co-worker. As she rung up my purchase, I realized that perhaps one day this clerk might be a future President of the United States. The great state of Texas executed illegal immigrant Humberto Garcia Leal on Thursday night despite objections from the Obama regime and former President George W. Bush. Thirty-eight year old Leal was executed for the murder of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda in 1994. Sauceda's nude body was found hours later after he left a party with her. Sauceda was bashed to death with a large piece of asphalt.

And although this human chancre has greatly benefited from his prolonged illegal stay in America since his "terrible twos" days, he was a typical ingrate to the very end. In his final statement, Leal apologized to the victim's family and asked for their forgiveness and then said "One more thing: Viva Mexico, Viva Mexico." He said this, after reaping the benefits of living in the United States for well over thirty years. Funny how guys like Leal always exalt the old country where they never would have done as well as they have in America.

Defense attorneys argued that Texas police and other state authorities did not inform Leal, a Mexican citizen, of his right to consult with Mexican consular authorities. The attorneys and violated the Vienna Convention that guarantees foreign detainees the right to consult with consular authorities of their governments following an arrest or detention. So doesn't this constitute an argument for asking a foreign detainee about his immigration status? How could a street cop give an alleged perpetrator his right to a foreign consular assistance if he can't ask the trigger question to inform a suspected perpetrator of his legal rights?

We are always hearing sob stories about the valedictorian illegal immigrants that were "innocently" brought here as children to justify passing blanket amnesty and various iterations of the Dream Act. Why not balance those stories with stories of criminals like Leal and the MS 13 gang. But we won't hear those stories because racist Democrats need illegal voters to support their destructive agenda. Racist RINOs will always argue that illegals are doing the jobs Americans won't do. Maybe we can breed a type of American worker similar to those subhumans bred to do undesirable jobs as described in Brave New World. Now there's a solution for illegal immigration.

Well it seems that at times this race is about nothing but beef, i.e., beefcake and sometimes a little cheesecake. Until Mitt Romney began putting his foot in his mouth by adopting Liberal views on global warming and unions, he was considered the ultimate Republican stud muffin. Enter Rick Perry and we may have a real hair competition not seen since the hair poofs John Kerry and John Edwards were the Democrat Presidential ticket in 2004. Republican Mitch Daniels was pinged upon because he's short, balding, and boring!

A classic way of eliminating the competition when you can't beat them with ideas is to trivialize them. The methods used by the Democrats to eliminate capable Conservative women are at times reprehensible. One method is to play the "pretty face but no substance" angle. So far this hasn't really worked because both women are articulate and could hold their own against the teleprompter assisted Obama. In the case of Palin, she has been subjected to legal harassment, libel and slander, and a vicious Lame Stream Media hate campaign that has not been seen since the Nazi pornographer, Julius Streicher put out the anti-Semitic Der Stürmer.

Bachmann is beginning to feel the effects of the Liberal-Fascist media hate machine. The Media is nitpicking her every word to make her appear to be, as Chris Wallace on Fox News put it, "a flake." For a bunch that claims to be enlightened and non-sexist, the Democrats and the Coastal elites are the biggest knuckle dragging troglodytes ever to trudge the surface of the Earth. What's ironic about these sexist attacks by the Left is that both women are examples of the feminist icon as postulated by such feminist multimedia as Ms Magazine in the 1970s. Both Palin and Bachmann are independent, intelligent, have families, successful careers, and genuinely seem to love their husbands. In other words, they have it all because they are closer to the average American woman than Michelle "Antoinette" Obama. And unlike most Liberal women, they've earned their success based on their own hard work. The average Democrat female "success story" is based upon connections and not character. Hillary Clinton hitched her wagon to Bill Clinton. Nancy Pelosi came from a prominent Baltimore, Maryland political family. Scratch a female Kennedy public figure and well, you find a Kennedy.

Alleged Conservative pundit, David Brooks endorsed the candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama because he liked the crease of his pants. Chrissy Matthews felt a thrill up his leg whenever Obama spoke. Is there some sort of political bromance going on here or is this just hyper-educated coastal elite talk? It also sounds very metro sexual because it is superficial and not substantive. It seems as if it's more important what clothes are in a candidate's closet than the skeletons in his closet. Something sure looks like it's in the closet and it ain't designer suits, shoes, or skeletons.

THE BAD SLEEP WELL

The Bad Sleep Well by Akira Kurosawa is a film classic. But it still would be a notable film if only for its pithy title. It is a title that has become symbolic of a fundamental truth of life--that good does not always triumph and that nice guys, as Leo Durocher once said, finish last. Nevertheless, the Durocher quote, although taken out of context, has also come to be the motto of bastard bosses, pushy feminists, card cheats, Social Darwinists, or any Socialist, including their fellow socialist travelers, the Fascists. Make no mistake, Fascism is a form of Socialism, (see Liberal Fascism by Jonah Goldberg pp. 31-38).

Before I digress any further, and turn this post into yet another polemic against the left--that comes later--I would state for the record that the some of the worst actors in American politics seem to be the ones that having benefitted most from the country that they seem to hate. But it's not only politics in which the "bad" seem to be prospering. It just seems as if there is no crime or punishment anymore for any apparent privileged character in America.

Michael Vick, reinstated to the NFL after doing time for running a illegal interstate dog fighting ring and gambling operation was rehired by Nike as a athlete endorser. After Vick was convicted in April of 2007 in Federal Court, he was dropped by Nike as an athlete endorser. But what is most galling about this reversal of fortune for Vick is that there seems to be no consequences for wrongdoing. Here's a guy that not only did sadistic acts of cruelty and violence to dogs, but was also caught running a gambling ring!

Back in 1962, NFL Hall of Famer, Paul Hornung and Alex Karras were suspended for a year for betting on NFL games and associating with shady characters. Both were reinstated by Commissioner Pete Rozelle in 1964. In Hornung's case it was due to intense lobbying by Coaching legend Vince Lombardi. The NFL was interested in building a fan base, particularly in light of the competiton from the upstart American Football League. Bonifide stars were at a premium. After all, business is business.

Unlike the Black Sox scandal in 1919, in which eight White Sox players were banned for like for throwing the World Series, the NFL seems to be more lenient viz gambling. But when it comes to drugs, Major League Baseball (MLB) seems to have a more laissez-faire attitude. Pitcher Steve Howe was suspended several times over a 17-year on and off baseball career for substance abuse, but was always reinstated when a live arm was needed.

Outfielder Manny Ramirez recently of the Tampa Bay Rays, abruptly retired from baseball when confronted with the possibility of having to take a second drug test. Ramirez however, is still owed some $21 million by the bankrupt Los Angeles Dodgers. He'll get some of that money. Many players such as Sammy Sosa were suspected of using performance enhancing drugs during the "blind eye" period of steroid use in MLB. MLB greatly benefited from the fan increase during home run derby in the 1999 season between Sosa and Mark McGwire, also suspected of using performance enhancing drugs. Although they may not be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, none of these players has suffered any real financial hardship. McGwire currently works as the batting coach of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Unfortunately, it is bad politicians that continue to sleep well despite the collateral damage that they are causing to their fellow citizens through their bad deeds. Senator Chuck "U" Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Friday that invoking the Constitution's 14th Amendment, which states that federal debts "shall not be questioned," to continue paying government obligations is a strategy worth considering should a debt-ceiling deal remain elusive. What's happening here is what Constitutional lawyer Mark Levin said on his WABC radio talk program on 5 July 2011. Senator Schumer is suggesting that Pharoah Obama simply use that clause to continue to incur debt. Since when does America tolerate a dictator? It is Congress' Constitutional duty to appropriate funds to meet the financial obligations of the United States of America.

But Pharoah Obama continues his impression of Robert Mugabe by spending the nation into oblivion. The Pharoah has parties at the White House while millions of Americans suffer from unemployment and other financial woes. Mugabe had a party marking his 85th birthday while many Zimbabweans went hungry. The Sunday London Times story of the birthday party gives a preview of what America can look forward to if the Pharoah is allowed to continue his profligate spending ways. Under Mugabe's stewardship the unemployment rate is 94%! Mugabe spent millions on luxury limousines while millions starved. Are you starting to see a pattern?

Meanwhile, Pharoah's wife, Michelle "Antoinette" Obama, is playing the part of the American iteration of Grace Mugabe, wife of Robert. Her trips abroad with their children are legendary in their extravagence at the expense of the American taxpayer. But does the Pharoah and his Queen care about that? No, they sleep quite soundly in the People's House. The bad indeed sleep very well.

PHARAOH BARACK AND THE TEN PLAGUES ON AMERICA'S HOUSE

The Ten Plagues of Egypt are contained in the Book of Exodus in the Holy Bible.  These Plagues preceded the leading of the Hebrews by Moses into the Wilderness for forty years before reaching the Promised Land. While many non-believers tend to dismiss the Bible as a collection of quaint stories, it does provide a comparable backdrop for what is happening to America today.  As an aside, the immigration apocalypse has been left for another blog post. Below are the Ten Plagues of America.

1. Natural Disasters, e.g., Flood Waters & Fires: To start the Biblical analogy, a flood berm burst near the Fort Calhoun nuclear plant that had been shut down for refueling since early spring. While American officials assure the public that the Fort Calhoun plant and another nuclear plant along the flooded Missouri River are safe, Japanese officials were just as quick to assure the public that all was okay with the Fukushima Dai-Ichi power plant. The Midwest and other areas are flooding. The Mississippi is flooding and Missouri farmers lost valuable crops when the Army Corps (pronounced "Corpse" by the Pharaoh) of Engineers opened the flood gates to save a Missouri town.

     The Los Alamos Laboratory has been evacuated due to a raging fire in New Mexico. Eastern Arizona is burning to a crisp. Texas is burning, and although some assistance has been given, FEMA thought that Texas had received enough assistance already. That's what you get for being a red state! What's Obama's reaction? Shooting hoops, playing some more golf, and going to fund raising events with wealthy crony-socialist Dems--after all why fiddle around? Oh, and by the way, the "Chicago Way" always means that the Pharaoh will punish his enemies whenever and however possible. This is no matter how petty or harmful it is to America.

2. Liberal Tax Cheats, Chiselers & Cozenages: Where do we begin? So many crooked Dems and so little effort to prosecute. Tim Geithner, chief tax enforcer, has gotten away with apparent tax games.--so have Tom Daschle and Charlie Rangel.  How about the legal tax loophole/shelter dodge also known private foundations as practiced by über wealthy Dems, Warren Buffett and Bill Gates? Why not go after tax exempt Foundations with the same élan that the Pharaoh wants to tax small businesses (the "wealthy")? These small businesses provide many of the jobs in America. But the Nanny State doesn't want that! It's better to foster a dependency class than a middle class! Evidently, earned income is a scourge that must be eradicated. The Pharaoh favors protection of the passive income of crony socialists. Meanwhile, the financial testicles of the average American taxpayer are being crushed. What's Obama's reaction? Shooting hoops, playing some more golf, and going to fund raising events with wealthy crony-socialist Dems.

3. Out-of-Control Public Employee/School Teacher Unions: In the spirit of full disclosure, I was twice a memberof a public employee union, SEIU, while working with the State Bar of California and the County of San Diego. I can say that SEIU got me a $13,000 raise in pay from the State Bar, but got me a 2% raise after five years of no pay raises from the County of San Diego. I have mixed feelings about public employee unions. But the bottom line is that they have evolved into a money laundering operation for the Democrook party. The mess that happened in Wisconsin is ample evidence of public employees gone wild.  In that case, the teachers were demanding full time benefits for what is the best paid part time job in America. That is insane. Teachers have done very poor job of educating the young skulls full of mush in America. They have tremendous nerve asking for more money for job poorly done. These are among the Pharaoh's most rabid and irrational supporters.

     Teachers' unions also enable the elitist plutocrats oppose school vouchers, i.e., they don't want their precious little Franklin and Eleanor intermingling with Malik, Maria, José, Mohammad, Lakisha, Tony, Billy Bob, and Peggy Sue. In other words, they fear the old cliché, "To know me is to love me." Racism and classism have never been so evident as it is with elitist Democrats. Does the Pharaoh and other rich Democrats send their kids to public schools?   As Democrats like to hector Republicans over sex scandals, here's an area where the gross hypocrisy of the Democrats is obvious. As a postscript to the Wisconsin saga, a school district went from $400,000 in the red to $1.5 million in the black implementing Governor Scott Walker's reforms.

4. Out of Control Eco-Nazis: The EPA (damn that Rockefeller Republican Richard Nixon) is writing regulations as if "cap and trade" were in effect. The California agriculture economy is being held hostage by the Eco-Nazis defense of the Delta Smelt. An insignificant little fish is more important than human beings. Even Mitt Romney, a supposedly smart businessman has put on the Eco-Nazi uniform regarding global warming. But you have to realize that global warming is a elitist plutocrat cozenage to create another closed wealth creating scam by selling carbon credits. They are done with the stock market inasmuch the "little guy" is heavily invested in the stock market through 401(k) plans.

5. Out of Control Spending: Imagine a US President that regularly spent over $80,000 over his household income running the budget of the United States of America...well that nightmare is here. As this goes to post, the Pharaoh's wife, Michelle Antoinette, is spending perhaps upwards of $500,000 for her African Good Will hunting trip. This includes her entourage of family, friends, and hangers on. Her Spain trip cost the taxpayers around $400,000. The Pharaoh has run-up almost $3 trillion in deficit spending in just two and a half years. Remember the stimulus package of $800 billion? Remember when the Pharaoh bragged about "shovel ready jobs"? Guess what? It was a money laundering scheme to keep public employees paying the dues that end up in Democrook party coffers.  Yet, Pharaoh laughed it off by saying I guess the shovel ready jobs weren't as shovel ready as he/we thought. Yup, the $800 billion joke punch line.

     August 2, 2011 is the drop dead date for the US to default on the debt or so the Pharaoh claims so as to scare Congress into raising the debt ceiling. The Pharaoh also wants to tax corporate jets. This is ironic in that the Pharaoh and Michelle Antoinette spend hundreds of thousand dollars on what is apparent non-governmental related business and travel. Oh sure, Michelle Antoinette might pose for a photo-op doing push-ups with Bishop Tutu in designer togs. To borrow a World War II line as adapted by 1960s sitcom Get Smart, "Is this trip necessary?"

6. A Lying Deceptive Lap Dog Lackey Media: The Pravda, Izvestia, and Der Stürmer press is in full operating support mode for the Pharaoh. Note the continuing sexist libel against the more than capable Conservative women like Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann. The press made major mountain out of a molehill over Bachmann's minor gaffe about John Wayne being born in her hometown of Waterloo, IA. Here's a link to the Pharaoh's numerous gaffes that the Lap Dog Media deliberately chose to ignore or play down. Most of the Pharaoh's gaffes were excused because he's sooo tired from working (sic) for his crony socialist buddies like George Soros. Swinging a golf club, shooting hoops, wolfing down greasy fries, having White House soirees for Beyoncé and Jay-Z, and going to fundraisers is exhausting.

     By the way, the Pharaoh doesn't even know the age of his 12 year old daughter, he claimed in his June 29th presser with the Lap Dog Media that she's 13 years old! I can excuse Bachmann not knowing that John Wayne Gacy, lived in Waterloo, IA. But the Pharaoh not knowing the age of his own daughter--that's grim! To think that the Lap Dog Media hectored George H. W. Bush for not knowing grocery prices! I hope my President doesn't waste time looking at grocery store coupon flyers instead of running the country!  What a bunch of "dicks" leftist urinalists (read journalists) are. ("Dick" is now a term for journalists to use when they disagree with someone, if they want to get suspended.)

7. Crony Socialism & Syndicalism: By giving labor unions control of Chrysler and GM, the Pharaoh was practicing a form of syndicalism to the detriment of Chrysler bond holders that were totally screwed by the Pharaoh's fiat decision. Can a new and improved People's Wagon à la Adolph Hitler, i.e., the Volkswagen, be on the horizon? How about the big profits made by "Goldman Sachs the Treasury" and "Morgan Stanley by while we rob the American taxpayers"?

8. Election Fraud: Where would unfunny fruitcake Al Franken be without vote fraud? He'd be trying to resurrect a mediocre and very unfunny radio talk show career. Franken was as funny as a fart in crowded elevator. Where would Harry "Mr. Peepers" Reid be without illegal alien votes and the SEIU fraud machine? He'd probably be chasing ambulances in Searchlight, NV. There are dozens of stories of "found" voting ballot boxes that benefited Democrook politicians in the last 40 years!  Vote fraud is the only crime that the Democrooks are good at. They certainly stink at forgery. Isn't that right Dan Rather?

9. America Haters Running America: Little did I realize that the dirty, filthy unAmerican SDS (Students for a Democratic Society) roaming around on my college campus would be the coat and tie radicals running the American government today. These colossal wastes of human DNA are self-centered narcissists as exemplified by the biggest narcissist of all, Pharaoh Barack. Most of their achievements are the result of gradeflation, inflated resumes, and overtures to our enemies. Teddy Kennedy, alcoholic murderer, immigration law defiler, and ruiner of the greatest health care system in the world, made direct overtures to the Soviets to thwart Ronald Reagan!

     BTW, trust fund a-hole Teddy used to love to say, "tax the rich!" Teddy wasn't rich he's on a budget from his trust fund. And, he like most rich Liberal-Fascist and other socialist pigs consider themselves the "chosen ones" to run and benefit financially from their warped stewardship of the world. Just look at the wealthy Democrooks that are advocating Socialism--Soros, Buffett, Gates, GE management, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley to name a few. Do you really think that good Liberal-Fascist women spendthrifts like Nancy Pelosi and Michelle Obama would give ever up luxury? You can't have any of the good stuff but they sure as hell can. The Dems through their control of the media have managed to stereotype the Reputzigan Party as the political party of the rich. Truth be told, the real plutocrats are the Democrooks.

10. Death of the Unborn: The Pharaoh continues to insist on the quarter of a billion dollar annual funding for the merchants of death, Planned Parenthood. This funding for death continues despite the rampaging public debt that is destroying the American economy.  This is the very first thing to cut from the bloated election fund that the Democrooks are pushing disguised as a budget.

WHEN IS OVER FORTY YEARS OF BEING MISLED BY PALEOLITHIC SOCIALISTS ENOUGH?

About seven years ago I made the reacquaintance of an old college girlfriend from the early 1970s. She was a product of our rebellious youth-driven times. She was a leftist, anti-capitalist; and a definite "Blame America First" person. (Before I go any further we were not having an affair. We got in contact because of the website, "Classmates.") After about two weeks of sporadic instant messaging and a lunch, I realized why we didn't work back then. She hadn't changed her leftist politics one iota from what they were when we were both 19. I was a Henry "Scoop" Jackson Democrat back then, i.e., I was a Cold War anti-Communist Democrat. I hated the "New Left"! She was definitely an unrepentant "New Left" ideologue. I have always despised extreme left wing Socialism because it is almost always either Marxist-Leninist/Fascist/Nazi, authoritarian, and freedom stifling. But being 19, raging hormones trumped politics. I left the Democrat Party in 1992, when the ultra-leftist Clintons hijacked the party.

What caused our second "break-up" was her constant haranguing about how stupid George W. Bush was in comparison with the "articulate" Democrat Presidential candidate John Kerry. I thought Kerry was, and still is an overrated blowhard. When I pointed out that Bush's undergraduate GPA was higher than Kerry's, she exploded with anger and called me a liar. (Kerry's people called his "C" average a "Gentleman's C"!) I also said that Bush had graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA so he couldn't be that dumb. Harvard is considered the top business school in the country. She again exploded and said that Bush's family had probably "bought his degree." I reminded her that Harvard is a very liberal school and as such would never risk its reputation by helping out some "Wascally Weepubwican"! Besides, the Bushes are "Yalies." She wouldn't have it and I wouldn't have her illogical, ignorant, and very stubborn intransigence.

The point of this personal anecdote is to show that for forty years the majority of the country has allowed intransigent, vapid Liberals to lord their ideas, values, and mores over the rest of us. They usually do this via their litmus paper credentials, (an Ivy League degree), that is, whenever we're allowed to see their credentials. But instead of being the vaunted eggheads that they claim to be, these ideologue paleolithic socialists turn out to be nothing more than programed propaganda robots. They sound "smart" only until you realize that they regurgitate in rote the faux intellectual statements of Marxist-Leninist propagandists. Although they might be masked in high minded Keynesian economic terms, they are still wrong. But the facts be damned for these Liberal-Fascists whenever you confront them with the truth that Socialism has failed everywhere it has been tried, e.g., the broke socialist regimes of Greece Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and soon to be the good old USA!

We are currently pursuing a stupid economic policy that has been shown to have failed in the past by throwing money at a problem, e.g., the lost decade in Japan. The Fed's current "QE 1-3" policy of printing fiat money is a stupid and dangerous monetary policy. It will destroy this economy along with the reckless spending by the Obama regime. We had clues that Obama didn't even know how to handle any budget. His own household budget is an example of his colossal economic ignorance. Yet our Lame Stream Media chose to gloss over Obama's inexperience with budgets. But this may be because Liberals are stubborn in their view that they are always superior and right. Unless we mobilize and vote Democrats out of office, we will see the same budget debacle nationally that we have here in California as presided over by these same Democrat economic imbeciles.

Where's the outrage over Jon Stewart's racist remark at Black GOP Presidential Candidate Herman Cain's expense? Stewart says Cain can't read. Really? Well then let's see your candidate Obama's school transcripts. We can't even see his first grade marks, but maybe that's because Barry might have flunked coloring book. Cain is a successful businessman that can obviously read. Your man can't even pronounce "corpsman"! Yeah, he's the smartest man to ever be President...NOT!
Tracy Morgan went through hell for a remark that he made that probably many people have silently thought.
The Democrat controlled U.S. Senate has not approved a Federal budget in two and a half years. Maybe we should "John Chiang" them and not pay them like State Treasurer Chiang has done to the budgetless California Legislature.
When will Mexico take responsibility for their citizens and their economy by instituting needed economic and societal reforms? They should be doing that instead of sending undocumented Democrat voters to the United States. (Message to liberal racist hypocrites: if you feel that there's a "moral imperitive" to assist these illegal Democrat voters then loosen up some of your trust fund money and you personally pay for their room, board, and immigration lawyer.) There's nothing worse than a philanthropist with other people's money. Liberals are "funny" that way.
How about those shovel-ready jobs Obama promised if we enacted the "Stimulus Package"? The Presidunce joked that "they weren't so shovel ready" after all. Ha ha, a trillion dollar punch line. Maybe Leno or Letterman can hire him as a writer, or not. They couldn't afford his lack of a real work ethic, or any ethics for that matter.

Now comes the leak of the explicit photo of Weiner's little friend held by Andrew Breitbard. The picture was supposedly shown in confidence to radio shock jocks Opie and Anthony. (See picture at right.) The story put out by suspected leakers Opie and Anthony is that the leak was "accidental." Yeah right. But given Weiner's attempt to frame Breitbard for hacking into his Twitter account, I'd say it was just desserts for this sleazeball.

But the political sociopaths at PMS-NBC see nothing wrong with Weiner keeping his job. It's the same old moral relativism game--excuse their gross wrongs but punish your political opponents for any minor infraction. Note the gross hypocrisy of the Liberal commenters on the YouTube clip of Sarah Palin signing a US flag. They invoke the "flag code" in claiming that she desecrated the American flag. That's rich considering that this crowd has burned, spat upon, urinated and defecated all over the American flag while protesting against anything that the U.S. stands for. And yes, with the exception of Joe Lieberman I do question every Liberal's patriotism.

In the YouTube clip above, "Young Jerk" Cenk Uygur argues that Weiner's exposing his junk is nothing compared to starting an illegal war. Presumably this is a swipe at G. W. Bush. But as we awoke this morning, Obama is promoting illegal wars in Yemen and Libya.

Have you noticed though that Obama only helps to overthrow secular Muslim regimes like Qaddafi's in Libya and Mubarak's in Egypt? The theocracy in Ahmajinedad's Iran is off-limits, even if Iran is committed to acquiring nukes so that they can destroy Israel. One might be convinced that Obama's true mission is to establish a Muslim Caliphate throughout the Middle East. Actions speak louder than words. Obama's actions seem to be that of a foot soldier following orders.

While the U.S. economy is sinking into the abyss, this "charismatic leader" has offered to bail out Greece, the nation of slackers! This incompetent spendthrift has also promised loan guarantees to Egypt. There's nothing like looting the Treasury of the "Great Satan" to help fund the emerging Middle East Muslim Caliphate.

What will it take for the American public to realize that they were "had" by flim-flam man George Soros, a true America hater and his puppet Obama? God save this nation.

There are several things that I'd like to see disappear from the popular culture. There are also several popular expressions that should also disappear from the public lexicon. Let's start with a few of these popular, but really stupid popular expressions.

"I want to give back to the (Fill in the blank) ______________!"

The origins of this absurd expression started as a "guilt trip" imposed upon those Black Americans that left the ghetto and were made to feel like like somehow they had betrayed their race by being successful.      This expression has further devolved into one of the stupidest, most self-serving remarks that has ever been uttered by anyone of any race. The best example of this devolution that I personally know of was by an acquaintance of mine that used this lame language during a job interview for a buyer position with a local school district. When asked why he wanted the buyer job, he said, "I went to the District's schools so now I'd like to give something back."  Hmm, like what? Are you going to work for free? What did you take from the school district?  This kind of self-serving crap really irritates me, but not as much as the next stupid statement...

"I want to make a difference!"

Puhleeze!  People that make this statement suffer from the other Attention Deficit Disorder Syndrome, i.e., these poor self-esteem types that want positive attention drawn to them. They want everybody to think that they are "good people" doing "good works." Typically, these folks buy UNICEF Christmas cards and wear affinity group ribbons that espouse some cause like being against the persecution of left handed Lithuanian midgets with restless leg syndrome. Blecch! Barf!

Well, thank you Captain Obvious for your less than ass-tute (read astute) observations about life in general. What would we ever do without your keen eye? And why have a thoughtful opinion about anything when a lame comment like that will suffice for the uncritical thinkers amongst us?

Along with "grade-flation," the societal urge to engage in hyperbole or, "hype" in the vernacular is rampant. Greatness should be reserved for people like the guys on Mt. Rushmore or for things like the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, or the Magna Carta. I still remember back when a manly "Tony the Tiger" used to say that about Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, (actually it was "They're great!"). He was a studly tiger and not the politically correct de-clawed wussy pussy that shills for the cereal now.

See the comment above for "It's great" for insight into the stupidity of excess. This is a variation of the equally idiotic expression the "best of the best"--either you're the best or you're not.

Take one college art appreciation survey class and suddenly the world is viewed through "Dali Goggles"! This is also an example of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing. No, this is not a slam against community college students but to the those elitist college snobs that try to wax eloquent using inappropriate metaphors and similes.

Stupidnomics (a.k.a., Obamanomics)

Nine percent unemployment is now the norm (read acceptable as full employment) according to the lame stream Obama-State run media. Huh? In November 2006, when the Democrats campaigned against Republicans on the theory that they caused the worst economy in U.S. history, the unemployment rate was 4.5%. Now a 9.1% unemployment rate is cool according to the Obama-State run media.  During the much hated Bush administration, the Dems contended that the low unemployment rate was fueled by "burger-flipper" jobs. Now that the "Democommies" are in charge those "burger flipper" jobs are gold to these desperate socialists. The hypocrisy of the Dems can be "surreal" sometimes.

Academic Affinity Groups

Affinity Groups are largely responsible for faux university courses in Black Studies, Chicano Studies, Gay and Lesbian Studies, Native American Studies, Women's Studies, etc., ad nauseam. Why are there incubators for leftist fueled discontent mongering on a university campus? Contrary to leftist beliefs, this is NOT the purpose of a university. But the modern university and the complete government-run educational system is considered by Liberal Fascists as an indoctrination tool.  Many of these these nonacademic, undisciplined courses are often taught by former street thugs, e.g., ex-community organizers that do not have an acceptable educational portfolio. Sometimes, you get a cigar store Indian like Ward Churchill.

     A well taught American history course reveals the warts in the American experience. But contrary to what is taught in the affinity group courses, the US has striven to correct inequities in its society.    The US has not engaged in the mass state institutionalized genocides even remotely comparable to that of socialist driven regimes like Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and the so-called People's Republic of China have. Those regimes murdered a conservatively estimated total of over 85.3 million human beings in furtherance of a socialist utopia.

    Yet, White House Communications Director, Anita Dunn coupled Mao Zedong and Mother Theresa as political philosophers that she turns to. But there are always excuses and blind eyes turned toward the misdeeds of leftists. Affinity Group university courses do little to add to the knowledge base. Most of the time they only further the big lies of the left.

Talk about lame things to do, copying a frivolous cultural fad is silly. But the three things listed above are an outgrowth of "white guilt" all while trying to suck-up and saying "Hey, We can be the same."  Bull crap! As if the turn of a ball cap or stupid hand jiving would make up for slavery, segregation, discrimination, etc.! There's nothing worse than a cultural or racial toadie. Especially one that wouldn't have a racial or ethnic minority at his or her dinner table. Liberals are two faced toadies.

Baby Boomers

In the spirit of full disclosure, I am within the demographic commonly described as Baby Boomers. And for the umpteenth time in my life I'm really ashamed of my generation. The world will be a far better place when the last Baby Boomer takes his or her final breath. Now I'll tell you why I feel this way.   This the generation that single handedly has destroyed everything that the Greatest Generation defended and handed over on a 24Kt gold platter to a generation of ingrates.

    But If you've had to fork over and arm and a leg for college tuition, thank leftist Baby Boomer college students for causing a backlash against college students with their student protests. For much of my academic career, higher education was free in California. Today's students and their parents are SOL because of my Boomer Brethren's trashing of the higher educational system.

     As far as drugs and alcohol is concerned, if it could be snorted, injected, smoked, put in suppository, baked into a brownie, inhaled, absorbed via osmosis, or drunk--the Boomers did it to excess. Now grown-up Baby Boomers complain and moan about illegal drugs, outlaw drug cartels, and border violence. Thank a Boomer for these problems.

     Are houses too expensive for you first time buyers? Our parents bought a house primarily to live in. Investment considerations were secondary. But I remember in the early 1970s when lazy Boomers would put down a minimal down payment on a house and then turn around and sell it once the long term capital gains period had run. Unlike today's house flippers, the Boomers did little or nothing to improve the house.   Boomers inflated the market by creating an artificial demand. Houses that were $15,000 were in two years valued at $50,000! So you can thank my fellow Boomers, in part, for today's inflated housing prices!

     STDs anyone? "Free love" reached its apex with the Baby Boomers. In their generational arrogance, they sincerely believe that they invented sex. Wow, tell that to Alex Comfort, author of the Joy of Sex, Xaviera Hollander, author of the Happy Hooker, and Joan "J" Garrity, author of The Sensuous Woman.  Because of their legendary appetite for sex, drugs and rock and roll, their excesses paved the way for crabs, venereal warts, the gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, genital herpes, and sadly, AIDS.

     I could go on for days about Baby Boomers' screwing up America, e.g., personal and public deficit spending. But let's move on to the "vermine de jour" the big wiener himself....

So this sick lying rat bastard refuses to resign despite admitting to lying to the public and the useless Lame Stream Media about his perverse little online escapades. Despite all this hoopla, this sick mo'fo thinks he should keep "his job" despite his moral failings. This is the Bill Clinton mode of counter attack, i.e., a Battle of the Bulge strategy by a loser. Democrats seem to believe that they can be personally immoral so long they have the right "public morality" (read adherence to the Liberal-Fascist socialist agenda). Well, that's quite a fine character reference from a stupid dupe of the notorious Bank of Credit and Commerce International, (a.k.a., Bank of Crooks and Criminals International). Old Clarkie Boy got hornswaggled by a group of third world Pakistani crooks. His excuse: they didn't tell him the truth about their bank, i.e., he was a "victim" of their treachery. President George H. W. Bush, Sr., the exception to the dumbo tag, was described by Liberal wussy pussies as a wimp, a misconception spread nationally by ideologue leftist propaganda rags like Newsweak. (Well, the plutocrat libs might like George the First a lot more because his financial interests are more aligned with that of Liberals like Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley.) Speaking of wimps, have you given a good listen to the speaking voices of so-called Democrat leaders Harry Reid and Tom Daschle? Those guys make cross-dresser RuPaul look like a he-man.

Certainly we know all about how incredibly stupid George W. Bush was during the first eight years of the "New Millennium." I remember vividly how he was castigated by monstrously vapid Liberal propagandists over the eight years of his Presidency. All the sand that they raised over Bush's drinking straight from a water bottle at a G-8 conference was amazingly petty.

But in light of the social and verbal boo boos that their Presi-dunce has made, these same leftist lackeys demand civility for arguably the most incompetent, illiterate, and socially inept person to have ever have been elected President. His mispronunciation of the word "corpsman" is illustrative of his astounding illiteracy or, maybe they pronounce it "corpse man" at Columbia and Harvard?

How about the time that he said that he had been to all 57 states in the USA. How about Obama's gaffe at the introduction of his then-Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomenor (a.k.a., Sotomayor) that the US Constitution was written 20 centuries ago? (And the Liberal Jackasses savaged Michele Bachmann for her Lexington and Concord gaffe.) The worldly Obama also stated that Austrian is a language. Without his trusty teleprompter, Obama would collapse into a pile of "uhs" or is that "duhs"?

     Then we have Obama's socially insurgent wife touching the Queen of England on their first visit to the UK in her palace. Talk about rude guests...  Obama's bow to the Emperor of Japan is the stuff of legendary social ineptitude. How about Obama's kissing the ring of the Saudi Arabian King? WTF! Since when is an American President ever subservient to a head of a foreign state?

    Obama, the most brilliant man to have ever occupied the White House--(the multi-lingual high IQ John Quincy Adams notwithstanding)--signed the wrong date in the guest book at Westminster Abbey as "24 May 2008"--can you imagine what the Liberal bastards would have said had Ronald Reagan signed the wrong date on any document (read an Alzheimer's disease amateur diagnosis by the "smartest" people [Liberals] on Earth!).

     But as with all of Obama's miscues and shortcomings, there's always an excuse--e.g., fatigue (from what--too much vacation and date nights?) or incompetent staffers. Perhaps this is the most profound form of racism, the fact that they don't trust Obama to make a mistake on his own.   Is that why they hide all of his school transcripts from first grade on? Maybe they're ashamed that he failed "coloring book" in the first grade. Perhaps it's true that somewhere in Kenya, a village is missing its idiot.

Even though Joe Biden considers paying taxes a patriotic duty, many seemingly unpatriotic procrastinators today will either drop their completed tax returns off at that colossal government failure, the U.S. Postal Service or electronically file them with the IRS. But few of the less than half of the population that still pays taxes will ever consider the lack of return on investment that they get for those tax payments.

Barack Obama and other Liberals are fond of calling government expenditures "investments." Investments in what? Sloth? Waste and fraud? The purchase of voting blocs like government employee or teacher unions? Or maybe it's the ineffective, costly political appointees (the Czars) that are the "good investments." Apparently, the other people (like the Chinese) that help pay our bills also think that we are as irresponsible as drunken sailors on payday. But at least a drunken sailor earns the money that he pisses away while in his own way is helping the local economy. And that's a far more intelligent assertion than the stupid one that former Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi made when she said that unemployment checks help the economy grow.

Standard & Poor's (S&P) the financial ratings agency, cut its long-term outlook on American debt from "stable" to "negative." S&P, perhaps fearing a stampede of fear on Wall Street maintained America's AAA/A-1+ credit rating based upon the nation's "highly diversified" economy and "effective monetary policies" that traditionally have helped economic growth. What the bond agency is trying to say very carefully is that the US must get its fiscal house in order. According to the CNN story cited above, "The [S&P] outlook means that there is a one-in-three likelihood that it could lower the long-term rating on the United States within two years, S&P said."

But it's not just Standard & Poor's agency that is concerned with the growing U.S. debt bubble. The IMF’s most recent World Economic Outlook, states that the U.S. government lacks a “credible strategy” to deal with its exploding debt, while it continues to expand its deficit spending when it should be reducing spending.

The two current competing strategies are the Obama plan, which calls for higher taxes and increased spending to lower the deficit about $4 trillion in 12 years; and depending upon who's doing the analysis, the Ryan plan, would cut about $4.3 trillion in 10 years.

"It's a war on seniors!" Or so says one Democrat political hack about the Ryan plan. Senate Harry "the Sleaze" Reid has declared the Ryan legislation passed by the House as DOA. The inevitable conclusion that one can draw from all of this acrimony is that Democrats will never compromise on their agenda because it's not in their weasel-like DNA.

So in the spirit of Democrat intransigence and GOP spinelessness, below is a proposed budget compromise solution to the Federal government deficit woes. Compromise, of course, is defined as the Democrats always getting their way.

THE BEST OFFENSE IS NOT A BAD DEFENSE , i.e., THE DEMOCRATS OUTWIT THE GOP AGAIN (or how John Boehner got "Khrushcheved").

On today's Sean Hannity Radio broadcast, House Speaker John Boehner was interviewed by Hannity. Boehner was unusually defensive about the cuts that he supposedly pried out of Obama. Listening to Boehner, we can see why the GOP is outmatched by the Liberal-Fascist ideologues time and time again. Boehner conceded the government closure option from the start. He did not have the stomach to follow through with it. This gave Obama all the incentive he needed to say "Nope!" to the defunding of Planned Parenthood, i.e., the Baby Butchers that are so concerned about the health of women. Moreover, Obama was able to save the taxpayer funded Democrat allies, the propaganda organs NPR and PBS.

Boehner got "Khrushcheved" by Obama, which is a kinder way of saying that he got screwed by Obama. Obama got Boehner to back-off pushing any funding cuts for Planned Parenthood, NPR, and PBS. This concession by Boehner was similar to Khrushchev extracting a promise from John F. Kennedy (JFK) during the Cuban Missile Crisis to not invade Cuba in exchange for removal of Soviet ICBMs from Cuba. Khrushchev snookered JFK into helping him reduce the need for a Soviet military presence in Cuba. It also gave Castro a reprieve from having to find a way to defend his dictatorship from an invasion by the US or its surrogates.

The JFK promise assured the Soviet Union of a secure base of operations for the spread of Marxism throughout Latin America. The legacy of JFK's blunder is found today in the Marxist governments of Hugo Chávez (Venezuela) and Daniel Ortega (Nicaragua). What will John Boehner's legacy be to the taxpayers of the United States? It was pretty sorry performance by a politician that was supposed to be a good negotiator. Query: How were the Democrats able to stymie the GOP for six years (2001 - 2006) even though the GOP controlled all three branches of government? The answer is easy: the GOP's fear of being demonized. This fear is irrational because the Liberal-Fascist Democrats regularly demonize the GOP anyway. So what did Boehner and the gutless GOP have to lose by doing what the voters sent them there to do?

In the remake, Boehner should play the lead.

Boehner feared that his worst nightmare (in his mind) might come true if he and the House Republicans were perceived as being bad guys. If the government was shut down, then the Lap Dog media was going to demonize the Republicans for starving old people and killing women seeking to kill their unborn fetuses. This is a classic example of the weakness of a politician like Boehner that has been in elective office far too long. They don't see a country anymore, just interest groups. They pander to these groups and fail to do the right thing for the country as a whole. This is the best argument for term limits.

But what was the GOP National Committee doing in the meantime? Bupkis. As soon as it became known that Obama was willing not pay the American military to protect Planned Parenthood's funding there should have been a massive GOP media blitz hammering away at Obama's twisted priorities. But the GOP, as always, allowed itself to be slapped around like a prison bitch. It makes one wonder what the Republican National Committee does with all those contributions? They probably spent the contributions at a fetish strip club as they did in 2010. Talk about reckless spending...

Needless to say, prepare yourselves for more disappointment with the GOP when they fold their hand over the raising of the debt ceiling and screw-up next fiscal year's budget.

Here's a capsulized summary of Obama's budget speech today: blame Bush, raise taxes on the rich, cut the Defense Department budget, and change America into Amerika.

This sounds like the same old drivel that Obama has been saying for the last two years. This ideologue won't compromise unless he's challenged. He's only as brave as the news media lets him be. So GOP, why not go over his head to the people as Reagan did 20 years ago. Once you educate them, he will cave. It's also a good bet that when the going gets tough, Obama will go on vacation. Grow a spine GOP! Take heart in the words of the immortal Groucho Marx in Duck Soup, "Oh course you know this means war!" Groucho and the rest of us "Groucho Marxists" will thank you.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: IS ANN COULTER AN OBAMA OPERATIVE?

Recently on the "Hannity" TV show on the Fox News Channel, Ann Coulter admonished Donald Trump to "drop the birther BS." The story was featured on Conservativebyte.com. The story contained the following description of the exchange between Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter:

On Monday night’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel, Coulter said the “birther” conspiracy has been long debunked by other conservative outlets. “Well, I think maybe I’ve been watching too much Charlie Sheen because Donald Trump seems perfectly sane to me,” Coulter said. “I don’t know where he gets this $2 million Obama has spent to keep his birth certificate — he posted his birth certificate on his web page. I am glad that Donald Trump is bringing it up so that people who haven’t been paying attention and don’t know that the American Spectator, Human Events, Fox News – you know, every conservative outlet has already shot down this rumor, which by the way, was started by the Hillary Clinton campaign.”

You can watch the entire interview on You Tube. But as much as I admire Ann Coulter, I have to disagree with her a bit on this one. I'm not dismissive of the issue as readily as Coulter is because of the furtive secrecy surrounding Obama's birth certificate. It doesn't pass the basic smell test. Why act like you're guilty of hiding something if you're not guilty of hiding anything? Especially when it can be easily resolved with a simple release of a full birth certificate. But prominent Liberals always demand absolute privacy whenever there are sensitive personal issues involved. Bill Clinton refused to release his medical records. (The reasons are not entirely clear for Clinton's refusal.) But his Republican Presidential opponent in 1996, the older Bob Dole had to release his medical records to prove he wasn't infirm.

I don't seriously believe that Coulter is an Obama operative as suggested by some of the reader comments on Conservativebyte.com. She's much too smart to throw in with arrogant not-as-smart-as they-think-that-they-are Liberal-Fascists. Although if she were an operative, it would one of the greatest con jobs of all time.

This is it! Proof positive?

This is an issue that does need further clarification by Obama. Especially after all the sand raised over the eligibility in 2008, of John McCain (born in Panama to US parents), and in 1968, George Romney (born in Mexico City to US parents), to run for President of the United States. As for the document that is causing all the the controversy; the purported Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth leaves a lot to be desired. It has no official signature, no embossed or attached seal, or no essential details of the live birth, like the name of the attending physician. Moreover, on the certificate, (pictured to the right), under the father's race is the description "African." I don't remember in my college Anthropology 101 class any race ever being described as "African." That was in the mid-1970s, when it seemed like everyone was obsessed with hot button issues like race and racism. Although modern anthropologists don't use the traditional concept of race anymore--in reality, things haven't changed much in the last 50+ years since the Civil Rights movement started.

The only other evidence of Obama having been born in Hawaii are birth announcements in two newspapers according to Coulter. Are there any other hard copies of the newspapers available for ready inspection? It would also be nice if microfiches of the newspapers were available for viewing at more than one public library in Hawaii. But I have an open mind on the issue. Because the consequences to America if Obama were to be something other than what he purports to be is too terrible to imagine--even for the most ardent America haters like most of the MSNBC pundit line-up.

The best evidence of Obama's American birth/citizenship would be a valid birth certificate. But it would not be a document that looks like it might have been taken from a stationery cabinet and hastily filled-in by a student political intern--and a stupid one at that. Such a defective document might also have about as much credibility as the phony document that Dan Rather tried to use during the 2004 Presidential Election, to prove that G.W. Bush was AWOL from the National Guard during the Vietnam War. Presumably, Rather's apparent end game was to affect the election outcome in favor of Democrat candidate John Kerry, a decorated Vietnam veteran.

But many Liberal-Fascists are sociopathic, Clouseau-like ideologues. So it shouldn't be too surprising to imagine that in their misguided zeal, that they might from time to time, try to pass badly created documents off as legitimate ones to advance a political agenda. But I worked in state and local government for almost 20 years and saw some of the dumbest things ever written on official letterhead and other documents by dimwitted government employees. So the above-mentioned "African" race "mistake" is not beyond credibility as an "honest" bureaucratic mistake.

So all Obama has to do to make "Birthers" look foolish is to show a valid birth certificate. The kicker is that even Obamabot Chris Matthews of MSNBC wants Obama to release his birth certificate. But that's not likely to happen because all of Obama's records from first grade through Harvard Law School are sealed airtight. So what could his handlers be hiding? Did he fail "coloring books" in the first grade? They say that the cover-up is worse than the crime. Imagine that, a failure to color within the lines... a true high crime and misdemeanor.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: COUNTDOWN TO SHUTDOWN OR THE BABY BUTCHERS BLOCK BUDGET

Suppose that Conservative radio talk show hosts were in any consensus about the cause for the Federal budget impasse. After listening to several radio talk shows Thursday, it seems that one big stumbling block over the Federal budget is the proposed defunding of Planned Parenthood. Democrats seem to be firmly dug in their position that sanctioned genocide is sacrosanct. In that regard, the Liberal Fascists of the Democrat Party are in goosestep with their not-so-distant Nazi cousins in their display of total disrespect for human life. Socialism seems to sanction state sponsored death mills like concentration camps and abortion clinics.

Given the tremendous progress of the technology of birth control over the last 40 years, abortion is rapidly becoming a grisly and superfluous method of birth control. A lot of science has happened since the 1973 Roe v. Wade US Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion. [See previous post, Anti-Political Weasel Page, Uncivil Speech: The Other Business of Death, February 23, 2011.] Yet, even while the future of the nation hangs in the balance, Democrats cling desperately to their destructive agenda and abortion while pursuing a strategy to preserve their power. With their reckless spending, lack of civility, and disrespect for the Constitution, Democrats seem to not care a wit about this country.

Obama is trying to shift the blame for the Democrat's failure to pass a budget by last year's October deadline. The kicker is that although they had complete control of all three Federal branches of government, no budget was passed. All this current hoopla wouldn't be happening but for the incompetence and chicanery of Democrats

The blame shifting Political Weasel-in-Chief described the latest Republican funding resolution as a diversionary tactic. The Republican funding resolution includes complete funding for the Pentagon (military personnel get paid) through the end of the current fiscal year and defunding of Planned Parenthood. As a result, Obama has said that he will veto the Republican resolution. Senate Majority Leader and erstwhile nebbish, Harry Reid said in effect that the Republican resolution is a non-starter. Obama is seeking to blame the Republicans for American soldiers not being paid, even while they're in the middle of three military actions. This political strategy is flawed, dangerous and disrespectful to the military and the United States of America.

As pointed out by Landmark Legal Foundation's Mark Levin in his Thursday radio broadcast, Presidents Ronald Reagan and even the loather-in-chief of the military, Bill Clinton made sure that the military got paid during the Federal government shut-downs that happened during their Presidential terms. Obama doesn't need Congressional approval to pay the military. Both Presidents Reagan and Clinton used their authority as Commanders-in-Chief to pay the military. There should always be a healthy respect by a nation's leaders for unpaid, potentially desperate men and women skilled with guns. History shows us many examples of unpaid desperate soldiers turning on their country. One should never think that it can't happen here.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: CHILDREN OF THE KORAN (Apologies to Stephen King)

There is consternation among Conservative radio talk show hosts about the burning of the Koran two weeks ago by Florida pastor, Terry Jones. Reverend Jones burned the Koran following a mock trial of Islam. And while the Lame Stream Media largely ignored the event--in an inadvertent act of good editorial judgment--the event went viral on the Internet. During Monday's Sean Hannity Show broadcast, Hannity interviewed, or should we say, browbeat Reverend Jones by repeating over and over again that Reverend Jones' action put American troops in danger and that he (Hannity) would have done as Afghanistan Commander General David Petraeus requested and not have burned the Koran. Query: Is political correctness slowly seeping into the military and Conservative talk radio?

During the interview with Hannity, Reverend Jones stated that he had cancelled a scheduled Koran burning on the anniversary of 9/11 last year at the request of Defense Secretary Gates, but that this time he wanted to make a point that Islam is a violent religion. Point taken. However, General David Petraeus said Sunday that Jones' actions have compromised U.S. operations in Afghanistan. So is General Petraeus really saying that erstwhile peaceful Muslims suddenly became violent after the Koran burning? If so, we must have missed something since 9/11.

That bastion of pro-American sentiment, Salon e-zine described Reverend Jones' act as "...just one example among many acts of fringe Islamaphobia in a post-9/11 America." On the other hand, Muslims protested, sometimes violently, the critical depiction of the Prophet Muhammad in a Danish political cartoon published by the Jyllands-Posten newspaper. Until the scourge of political correctness began to take hold of our culture, we were spoiled in America in recent years by our almost unbridled free speech. Now political correctness has spawned accusations of Islamaphobia toward anyone that disagrees with the Islamo-Fascist agenda.

Islamophobia they say? Truthfully, I'm downright phobic that some Mad Muslim (or Loony Liberal) might attempt to wack me for writing this blog post. I might even consider going into hiding as Salman Rushdie did during the furor over his novel, The Satanic Verses. But instilling fear in their enemies is the most powerful tool of terrorists. They do through violent acts or violent rhetoric. According to the Wikipedia article on Rushdie:

If Christians reacted to every act of real or perceived sacrilege, violence would probably envelop and destroy the world. But with a few exceptions, this has not been the general nature of Christianity since bad old days before the Reformation and after the Spanish Inquisition. But Christians seem to be resigned to an irritated attitude of quasi-acceptance of the sacrilegious behavior directed against them and seem at times to go out of their way to avoid conflict with their detractors.

The US taxpayer funded National Endowment for the Arts gave artist Andres Serrano part of the $15,000 that he received for his work, Piss Christ. The work is a photograph of a plastic crucifix submerged in a glass of yellow liquid. The liquid is described by Serrano as being his own urine. The photograph was one of a series of photographs that Serrano made involving classical art works submerged in various fluids, e.g., urine. The work outraged many and some were driven to vandalism. Although most of the violence was directed toward the art work itself, Serrano also received death threats.

But there is a disparity between the treatment of Christian religious symbols and Muslim religious symbols. Sacrilege against Christianity is encouraged and even sanctioned by the American Left. For example, the Left vigorously defended Nigerian-born artist Chris Ofili's incorporation of elephant dung into his work, The Holy Virgin Mary. This begs the question as to what is sacrilegious if not this? The defenders of Ofili can make excuses such as Ofili's use of elephant dung as a reflection of its importance to his culture.

Oh yes, I forgot the dung. By now we all should know that in Africa, where the dung idea came from, elephant droppings carry none of the horrible connotations that shit carries in New York. Before offending us all with his own bullshit, Giuliani might have troubled himself to learn about the sacred nature of pachyderms and their dung in other parts of the world.

Despite art critic Daniel Kunitz's above-cited artsy-fartsy defense of Ofili, it is intuitive that dung is dung in any culture no matter how "artistic" or "creative" it might seem in its application to a work of "fine art." There is a reason why people worldwide use the word "shit" as a pejorative adjective, e.g., "He got the shitty end of the paint brush." While dung has its practical uses as fuel or as fertilizer, it has a questionable use as a medium used in a sacred religious work of art.

As a practical matter, Christians have few free speech or religious rights. They only have the right to be ridiculed and abused because of a perverse activist legal and secular interpretation of the First Amendment. That perverse interpretation inspires atheists and leftists to disparage Christianity with impunity. Moreover, political correctness apparently does not apply to religions that the Islamo- and Liberal- Fascists don't like.

But as seen in the first article cited from Salon, any Christian indignation over Muslim acts of sacrilege is dismissed as "Islamaphobia." This dismissive attitude might take the form of what Barack Obama would describe as bitter Christians clinging to "guns and God." In a truly just world, wouldn't it be also fair to describe radical Muslims as "bitter" Islamo-Fascists clinging to "bombs and Allah"?

The danger to America is that our right to freedom of speech (and religion) might become a right for only those acceptable to an oppressive Liberal-Fascist regime. Free speech must be broadly construed to allow maximum freedom of speech for all. A full and fair intellectual dialectic between competing ideas is how great ideas emerge. Otherwise, the intellectually vacant political correctness model becomes a tool of oppression for the powerful and tyrannical few. When Senator Lindsay Graham states that...

Free speech is a great idea, but we're in a war. During World War II, you had limits on what you could say if it would inspire the enemy. So burning a Koran is a terrible thing, but it doesn't justify killing someone. Burning a Bible would be a terrible thing, but it wouldn't justify a murder. But having said that, any time we can push back here in America against actions like this that put our troops at risk, we ought to do it.

... we're on shaky ground. So, Senator Graham, please define what endangerment of the troops is. Because in case I missed something, the Islamo-Fascists in Afghanistan don't need any further inspiration to commit extreme violence against American soldiers. It's doubtful that the stupid act of a two-bit Florida preacher in burning the Koran is the root cause of violence against American troops in Afghanistan.

Senator Graham and General Petraeus both believe that otherwise protected speech must limited if it endangers our troops. As a lawyer, Senator Graham should know better. And General Petraeus should stick to military matters and leave politics and legal interpretation of the US Constitution to civilians and the Courts. That is, unless he wants to run for President in 2012.

We all know that "free speech" has its limits, i.e., you can't yell "Fire" in a crowded theater and that "fighting words" are not protected speech. But why should there be any extra special treatment for Islam? The Constitution says what it means and means what it says. All religions are up for scrutiny, ridicule, and criticism--no matter how lame or sacrilegious those actions or speech might be toward a given religion. That is, they are allowed to do so, so long as there is no direct violence against the religion's practitioners or suppression of the religion.

All religions are entitled to equal protection and treatment under the law. No more or no less is acceptable under our Constitution. As Thomas Jefferson wrote, "I have sworn upon the altar of God, eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." It is long past due to end the tyranny of political correctness.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: "We have to arm the Libyan rebels first before we can find out who they are." This is proof that Liberals are the stupidest people on Earth.

Young associate lawyers are admonished by senior partners in their law firms to "never ask a question that you do not know the answer to." The idea behind that admonition is to prevent embarrassing and unpleasant surprises in front of a jury. They also teach that principle at law schools. President Obama allegedly attended what is considered by many as the premier law school in America--Harvard Law School. Maybe he wasn't paying attention during that particular lecture in his trial techniques class at Harvard. We are now hearing that Obama and the highly esteemed Hillary Clinton--a Yale Law School grad--are now seriously considering arming the Libyan rebels without knowing who they really are or for whom they are really fighting for.

     But yesterday, in a moment of Ivy League elitism, Obama said that there are professionals among the rebels, i.e., doctors, lawyers, and engineers. Hmm, Yasser Arafat was a civil engineer. Che Guevara was a medical doctor. Fidel Castro is a lawyer. It seems that a professional degree might be a valid credential to be a revolutionary or freedom fighter. Universities and colleges in the 1960s and the early 1970s were full of revolutionary wannabes. This was especially true in law schools all over the United States. They were all going to "change the world and make a difference."  But maybe there is some credence to having professionals as revolutionaries toppling a dictator or just being plain old fashion freedom fighters--even if they do end up being the same as the old dictator. (There's a song in there somewhere.)

     There's also rumored to be temporary outside revolutionaries that are working with the Libyan rebels. This begs the question, is there a temp agency that hires these guys? Does the Robert Half Agency have a division for itinerant insurgents? Does Manpower have a rent-a-revolutionary program? This would be the ultimate outsourcing of a job that Americans should not be doing anyway.  But sooner or later, the nearly bankrupt Uncle Sam will be drawn into the Libyan conflict with pockets pulled inside out. Do you really think that the toothless British lion and the French surrender monkeys could hack it in Libya?

     The grand naïveté of the modern American leftist is that they assume that because someone has an advanced academic degree that they can be somehow like them, i.e., gooble gobble, we accept him, we accept him, one of us. Nothing could be further from the truth. Liberals are frat boy pranksters in comparison with hardcore Islamo-Fascist terrorists.  In reality, modern Liberals are coffee house communists with dreams of revolutions where no blood is ever shed and capitalist pigs are banished forever. Allegedly Lenin once called American leftists "useful idiots." Add to that description naive, and Osama Bin Laden will be laughing his scrofulous ass off in Hell.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: DR. KONSPIRACY EXPLAINS OBAMA'S FOREIGN POLICY

EDITOR'S NOTE: The APWP interviewed Dr. Gustav Konspiracy after President Obama's Libya speech on Monday night. We conducted the interview at the Mengale Institute for Liberal Studies of the Human Mind in Boulevard, California. Dr. Konspiracy has long studied political dichotomies. Dr. Konspiracy developed the theory of the Trotsky Two Step Method of Mental Gymnastics in which it possible to simultaneously hold contradictory evil thoughts without guilt or any semblance of a conscience. In 1985, Dr. Konspiracy conducted a ground breaking study of progressive leftist activists. The control group consisted of registered Democrat voters, Socialist Worker Party members, Communist Party USA members, and public employee and teacher union members. Dr. Konspiracy selected this group to reflect American mainstream political thought in consultation with advisers from the Disassociated Press, the Crescent News Network, the National Broadcasters for Collectivism, the Collective Broadcasting System, the American Broadcasting Collective, the Partisan Broadcasting Service, and National Partisan Radio. The experimental group consisted of activist individuals that were militantly for abortion rights (choice) while maintaining strong sentiments against the death penalty for serial killers, brutal rapists, and assorted criminals. This study led to the crystallization of the Democrat Party Platform in 1992, when Bill Clinton won the Presidency espousing a middle of the road platform while concealing a distinctly socialist agenda. Obama during the 2008 Presidential Election effectively concealed his Afro-Marxist tendencies while projecting the image of a confident centrist progressive. Since then Obama has demonstrated at times inconsistent and incoherent behavior particularly when the Presidential teleprompter is in the shop. Despite his vain attempt to justify his erratic whipsaw foreign policy, Obama failed to clarify his Libya intervention during his nationally broadcast speech on Monday night. We asked Dr. Konspiracy to help explain the Obama foreign policy paradox.

APWP: Dr. Konspiracy can you explain the recent bouts of indecisiveness by President Obama regarding foreign policy?

DK: There is a popular newly theorized syndrome known as the Kelsey-Grammar syndrome in which an individual appears to be in control, is articulate, and is unfazed by chaotic situations. Some might describe it as a cool aloofness under fire. In the case of the President, and this is without having examined him personally, he would appear to be in a dissociative fugue state. Dissociative fugue may involve unplanned travel or wandering, and is sometimes accompanied by the establishment of a new identity. In the case of the President, he has had to establish a new identity as a statesman and as a working man... and not just a smooth talking rabble-rousing community organizer. These are things that he attempted to do earlier in his first autobiography. He wrote a follow-up autobiography, which did resonate with the lesser educated masses. Meanwhile, the elites began to see him as a potential tool to be used for their ends. They may be rethinking their choice in light of his recent confused behavior.

APWP: Can you elaborate on dissociative fugue state as it relates to President Obama?

DK Certainly. Have you noticed that every time there is a crisis that President Obama takes a trip abroad, plays golf, or shoots hoops? The situation in Libya is on point in that regard. Obama took off to Rio while Libya was in a state of siege. Can you imagine Franklin Roosevelt going on vacation during D-Day? Abe Lincoln going to the theater during the Battle of Gettysburg? I seriously doubt that LBJ shot hoops during the Tet Offensive.

APWP: What about the identity aspect?

DK: Well, that's a real sticking point with me. I don't want to appear to be a "birther" but the lack of a valid birth certificate complicates the matter. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but it would help if he produced a birth certificate, if only just to silence his critics. All of us have a sense of who we are. We get this from several sources: our family, our friends, and from legal documents like a birth or baptismal certificate. It's somewhat discomforting to some people that someone wouldn't seek to prove something like where you were born. To add to the confusion, there's few people that remember President Obama prior to his college and law school years. In fact, we know little about him except for what's in his two autobiographies. Tom Brokaw and Charlie Rose, I think, had a discussion about this on Rose's PBS show. They said out loud what many of us are thinking. I wonder really if we are comfortable not knowing much of anything about the individual that is the most powerful man in the world? All of his records are sealed... from first grade to law school. It's kind of hard to put your arms around that.

APWP: So how does all of this explain Obama's confused foreign policy?

DK: He doesn't have a true sense of himself, i.e., an identity. His persona has been created by handlers that have scripted his entire life. Unless the script is there then he doesn't know what to do unless he is told what to do. He is like an actor that cannot do improvisational theater. Crises spontaneously pop up. You can't prepare a script that will anticipate oil spills, revolutions, and natural disasters. Without an understanding of your character--yourself--then you have no coping mechanism that you can fall back on to competently handle a crisis. This causes confusion and hence, the lack of a cohesive foreign policy and a tendency to bury one's head in the sand.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: AMERICAN BLOOD FOR LIBYAN OIL & OTHER WAR CRIMES

Well, well, well...now the shoe is on the other foot. Hey Barry, how do you like being called a war criminal by the likes of Ralph Nader? How do you like being chastised by Louis Farrakhan and Michael Moore? How does it feel to have put young men and women in harm's way without first getting authorization from the US Congress?

Obama's "mom jeans" must have had some extra starch in them when he allegedly took the advice to go stealth "hawk" in Libya from UN Ambassador, Susan Rice; Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton; and Special Assistant to the President, Samantha Power. None of these women should ever be confused with Margaret Thatcher or Golda Meir. And like most things Obama does, it was done without authorization. At least, the "evil" George W. Bush asked for permission first before he went to Afghanistan and Iraq. But in 2003, it was, (and stayed that way for 8 years of the Bush Administration), the US policy to effect regime change in Iraq after Bill Clinton signed into law the Iraq Liberation Act in 1998.

Clinton's words and justification for the policy at the time were not unlike George Bush's "weapons of mass destruction" justification in 2003. Clinton said:

If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow...Some day, some way, I guarantee you, he'll use the arsenal.

The idea that Democrats are anti-war by nature is a misconception, because Democrats are notorious war hawks if the war is sanctioned by nut case lefties and especially when it looks like easy low risk pickings like Libya or Kosovo.

It's also funny how big time anti-war Libs like John Kerry bought into regime change when Bubba was spouting off, but turned into a dove as the rest of the Democrats did when Bush took the reins of power. Yeah, yeah, we know Bush lied and people died. Yup, Abu Ghraib made Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld certifiable war criminals.  And Castro, Mao, Mugabe, Chavez, et al are really humanitarians as are all Marxists.

But we now have an apparent war crime committed by US troops in Afghanistan under Obama's watch. The publication by the German magazine Der Spiegel of "trophy" photographs of US soldiers posing with the dead bodies of Afghan civilians that they killed makes Abu Ghraib seem tame by comparison.

The Afghan war is owned by Obama inasmuch as he campaigned during the 2008 election on the issue that Afghanistan was the only war that the US should have been fighting all along. He spent over six months seeking advice from commanders on the ground. He ignored their advice and didn't provide the additional troop levels that the military commanders recommended were needed to succeed in Afghanistan. Obama's incompetence has led to the current mess in Afghanistan.

As he did with Afghanistan, the Presidunce also vacillated about Libya because, well he simply doesn't have a clue of how to lead, or to follow.  But he does know how to get out of the way.  Obama does that by hiding out on the golf course, the basketball court, in ESPN's studios, or in Rio de Janeiro.

The kicker in all this is that the military intervention in Libya is really for the benefit of Britain and France with their desperate need for Libyan oil. Of course BP (British Petroleum of the Gulf Oil Spill) is involved. Could this use of American force be tied in with the Gulf victims' fund paid by BP?  Has the BP victim's fund money, like the Stimulus Fund money, disappeared into some political rat hole?  Is American military power is being used to advance the interests of British Petroleum? They're good questions to think about.

Meanwhile, let's make our new anti-war slogan, "No American blood for Libyan oil for France and Britain." Wow, those Libs know how come up with a good template for those bumper sticker slams.

UNCIVIL SPEECH: GILBERT GOTT-FIRED & OTHER DUNCES

Why do "one trick ponies" that have a good thing going screw it up by being cruel, stupid, or insensitive. The one trick pony troika of Michael Vick, Charlie Sheen, and Gilbert Gott-fired comes to mind. Vick forfeited a $30+ million NFL contract by running an cruel dog fighting and illegal gambling ring. (The illegal gambling-phobic NFL has since taken him back. They are total hypocrites.) Sheen boots a $48 million TV contract by being a substance abusing libertine and anti-Semite. Gilbert Gott-fired loses a national spokesmouth gig with AFLAC doing the voice-over for the AFLAC Duck by being an insensitive lout with poor comedic timing. (Voice-over artists take note, a lucrative job is now available if you can demonstrate a semblance of humanity.)

Each of the above-mentioned dunces should drop to their collective knees--(Marxist lingo)--and thank the Good Lord for their largely undeserved good fortune. Without football, Vick would be just another dog-killing street punk. Without his famous Daddy and acting, i.e., if you can call playing yourself on a TV sitcom "serious" acting, Charlie Sheen would be a drunken doorman at a crack house or a whorehouse. And finally, Gilbert Gott-fired has shown himself to be little more than another tasteless act in a vulgar freak show for demented children.

Speaking of dunces, our Presidunce is spending most of his time these tumultuous days playing golf, shooting hoops, and filling out his NCAA college basketball tournament bracket sheet for the Oval Office betting pool. Meanwhile, Libyan rebels are being slaughtered by Qaddafi, Japan is suffering through earthquakes and nuclear plant meltdowns, public employee unions are destroying state budgets, the U.S. Post Office will be broke by the end of September, gas and food prices are rising meteorically, and there is still no Federal budget after six months.

During 2008 Presidential Election, the Presidunce was very vocal in saying that we "took our eye off of the ball" in Afghanistan by going to Iraq. In two years, we've lost more men in Afghanistan under Obama than in the previous eight years under the hated George W. Bush. Yet, the Snooze Media no longer runs the little segments where they name the casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan in order to drive home the point that "Bush lied and people died." When gasoline prices rose in the last six months of 2008, Bush got the blame. Not so with our Presidunce. He gets off Scot-free.

At what point does Obama ever become responsible for his actions and non-actions? Probably never. This is because the hard bigotry of low expectations is at work. Liberal-Fascists tend to have low expectations of all minorities. Let's call it the "Great White Father Complex" as WMAL morning talk show host Chris Plante says.

     White Liberal-Fascists patronizingly declare that Obama is the smartest President ever. In truth, several Presidents were much smarter, e.g., Nixon, Jefferson, and both Presidents Adams. Answers.com has a claim that Obama scored high enough on the Law School Admissions Test to qualify for membership in the smart guy organization MENSA. But we'll never know for sure how smart he is because Obama's records as far back as first grade are sealed. Hmm, what is he hiding? Query: How do you flunk coloring in first grade? Maybe it's the same way Al Gore flunked out of divinity school. (Query: How do you flunk God?)

     If Obama did score high on any standardized test it is probably because he was given the answers by his handlers. I mean really, a guy that pronounces "corpsmen" as "corpsemen"? But, maybe that's how they say it at Hahvud or Columbia. During the 2008 Presidential Election, Obama said that he had been to 57 states in the U.S.! For the record, there are 57 Muslim states. Maybe that's what our closeted Muslim sympatico really meant. But Obama got yet another pass for that last one from the Snooze Media because he was probably really "tired" when he said it. Really?

     There are no such excuses for Michele Bachmann, arch-nemesis of Nazi Pelosi, from Liberal-Fascist political thugs like Lawrence O'Dumbbell (O'Donnell). She is being crucified by O'Dumbbell for misplacing the Battle of Lexington and Concord in New Hampshire instead of Massachusetts. O'Dumbbell proceeds to insult her congressional district by saying, "Perhaps all of Michele Bachmann's staff comes from her district which may be the most ignorant congressional district in America." Here's news for you O'Dumbbell, smarter things than you have been flushed down toilets in Congressional districts all over America. In fact, a single compost pile has far more intelligence than all the Liberal-Fascists combined. OK, so maybe that's hyperbole, but this is the kind of political analysis that we get from the Liberal-Fascist Squawking Heads and from the Snooze Media.

   Perhaps the solution to all this is--to paraphrase Shakespeare--"The first thing we do, let's kill all the journalists."  Not to worry, no one will die because there are no journalists left in the United States.
