In response to her letter about “Obama-Care,” my sister recently received a form letter "from" Barack Obama. In it he promised that there would be “No annual or lifetime caps on coverage.” What the letter doesn’t say is that the exceptions would be that when the Federal Medical Review Board decides that you are either too old to waste valuable health dollars on or if the treatment has a low probability of working. Hmmm, isn’t that what the evil private insurance companies are accused of doing? By the way did you know that the Congress will keep their "dee-lux" health plan? The rest of us would be stuck with Obummercare. Most Euro-socialist plutocrats come to America for their health care. Why don’t we ask them to talk about the European quality of care?

A local talk show host in San Diego recently discussed the triage method used by FrankenCare (French socialized medicine) to treat Princess Diana after her fatal car accident in 1997. He pointed out that the delay going through the bureaucratic methods of the "advanced quality care" given by FrankenCare probably cost Princess Diana her life. She was denied the immediate surgery that that she would get under American medical protocols instead of going through the FrankenCare bureaucratic red tape triage procedures while dying in a French ambulance.
It's hard to believe that a real Princess (not like those fakers in Monaco) was hosed by FrankenCare system. Diana might have fared better with the National Health Care Service in the UK—but I wouldn’t bet on it. She was on the outs with the Royals. Think about the potential use of healthcare to get rid of your enemies. Do you think that Liberal Fascist plutocrat Nancy Pelosi would want Sarah Palin to get the best health care after a similar accident? She wouldn't admit it. Control health care and you control people with the added benefit of being able rid yourself of political enemies.
Since my Sister forwarded the letter to me from Obama my computer has been acting strangely as did my brother's computer. My recommendation is to treat the White House Website as if it were a hacker's headquarters. There was a dust up about a month ago about them collecting e-mail addresses of those that disagreed with their health care policies. Caution people, these people are serious Fascists. They do not appreciate any criticism constructive or otherwise.
Yes, European health care is not so great. I read in Levin´s book about how there is a rule in England that says patients have to be seen by a doctor within an hour of being admitted to the ER. So, to get around this rule, English hospitals have patients waiting outside the ER, in ambulences, hallways, etc. before officially admitting them.
ReplyDeleteFurthermore, a girl in my program here broke her foot during the first week here. She went to the ER and complained of having to wait for 2 hours. When one of our professors asked her how long she had to wait, she replied with a surprised tone, "Only 2 hours? I had to wait 4 hours when I broke my leg."
And there you have it. European health care sucks. A lot.
