Christopher Dorner, the ex-LA cop accused of three revenge killings is beginning to garner support from among the loony bin crazies of the Left. Several years ago, Michael Savage wrote an aptly titled book Liberalism is a Mental Disorder, which "savaged" the so-called Liberal intellectual mindset. (It is doubtful if there is any intellectual content there at all.) The book contains  the following passage chastising Liberals on page 203 of the book's Afterward:

In the end, your tolerance of the intolerable is actually a reflection of your loss of clarity; your tolerance of virtually everything and your "anything goes" attitude is not a mark of liberalism, it's a mark of the degeneration of your ability to judge anything.

Savage appears to be correct in his observation of the Liberal mindset.

 

     A CBS Sacramento website's news article notes that surprisingly thousands of people are supporting Dorner. The article also notes that it is hard to believe that people would support the "targeting of police officers," but there is a Facebook (FB) page called We Are All Chris Dorner (WAACD) FB page. Some of the comments written there would sound like ones that you might hear at a sociopath convention.

The illiteracy and illogical thought processes displayed by these "nuanced thinkers" in their FB comments is immoral. If this isn't an indictment of the American education system that is dominated by Liberal teacher's unions I don't know what is.

     A friend of mine described what Liberalism is doing to America as, "keep 'em dancin', keep 'em high" so they don't know what's being done to them. It's already been done for forty years of indoctrination through the educational system, the news media, television and motion pictures. Of course, Dorner is getting the "Victim" as well as the "Teflon Obama pass." Any criticism of this Black Avenger will be seen as racism. But murder knows no race. If Dorner was so aggrieved, there is a civil law process. But we have a President that wipes his feet on the Constitution daily. Why should we expect anything different from Dorner?

 

IS THERE ANY SAFE HAVEN FROM POLITICAL CORECTNESS?

It was only a matter of time before the Super Bowl became yet another battle ground for "politically correct" social causes. Apparently no aspect of American Life is immune from the political correctness crowd's guerrilla antics.  NewsBusters cites New York Times columnist Frank Bruni's story about Baltimore Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo's desire to promote gay marriage at sport's biggest venue--the Super Bowl.  Super Bowl XLVII may become another soapbox for gay marriage. Baltimore Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo wants to celebrate a Ravens victory in the Super Bowl by dancing with Ellen DeGeneres on her daytime talk show. 

 

      According to Bruni, Ayanbadejo’s support for gay rights comes from childhood connections to a diverse group that included many that were openly gay or lesbian. He once lived in an LGBT dorm at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where his stepfather was the resident director.  “I was raised around gay people in a very liberal society,” Ayanbadejo told Bruni during an interview in September. “Discrimination was never allowed” (NN comment: except when practiced by Libs against Conservatives or Christians.)

 

      Full disclosure:  In mid-1980s, I lived in a diverse neighborhood called University Heights in San Diego near the Hillcrest district of San Diego, which is analogous to  the "Castro District" of San Francisco, California. I called my neighborhood "Baja Hillcrest" because it had a diverse population that included Gays, Blacks, Latinos, and Whites.  I got along very well with my gay next-door neighbors and frequently socialized with them. While I didn't endorse their chosen lifestyle, I didn't judge it or them either. It simply was none of my business.  My current opposition to gay marriage stems from not wanting to bestow valuable economic rights--e.g., tax filing status--to a group because of whom they prefer as sexual partners. This is opposed to validating the grant of such valuable economic rights because of an immutable genetic imperative, e.g., race or gender. For all you Libs looking for more tax revenue, Gay marriage isn't it.

 

     The Supreme Court has recognized race, national origin, religion and alienage as suspect classifications; and it therefore analyzes any government action that discriminates against these classes under a strict scrutiny standard.  The Supreme Court has established standards for determining whether a statute or policy's classification requires the use of strict scrutiny. The class must have experienced a history of discrimination, must be definable as a group based on "obvious, immutable, or distinguishing characteristics," is a minority of "politically powerless," and its characteristics must have little relationship to the government's policy aims or the ability of the group's members to contribute to society.
 

     Gays have been wrongly discriminated and subject to unjustified violence for years. I believe in prosecution to the full extent of the law for such discrimination and wrongdoing.  But I am waiting for scientific evidence that homosexuality is genetic. At that point, I will be at the front of the line advocating for gay marriage. Civil unions have substantially accomplished much of what the Gay community has been seeking in terms of equality of  treatment.  But there are dissenters to this view.

 

     However you might feel about the subject, marriage has been traditionally defined as being between a man and a woman involving extended family and children. Marriage was designed to afford legal protection to the wives and children of a union between a man and a woman against a wastrel husband and father. Once children come into the picture, the man and the woman are forever bound to each other and there needs to be a protective legal paradigm for the children of such a union.

     The NFL is not immune from the pressures of the PC crowd's zealotry on any issue.  In what has been cynically described by some as a marketing scheme to appeal to women, the NFL began promoting breast cancer awareness. Three hundred pound players and coaches wore pink shoes, pink hats, pink gloves, and pink ribbons to show their "concern" over breast cancer. Never mind that prostate cancer kills more men than breast cancer kills everyone. Don't be surprised, breast cancer affects men also although there is not as many victims as women. Notable male celebrities that suffered breast cancer include Shaft star, Richard Roundtree and The Price is Right announcer Rod Roddy.  Yet, because of marketing concerns and a slavish adherence to following the political correctness fad of the day, the NFL is trying to become a "politically correct" sport. But the NFL's descent into political correctness and becoming an arm of the political Left has been evolving in recent years.

 

 

     In 2009, Roger Goodell and Indianapolis Colts owner, Jim Irsey  were vocal in their opposition to Rush Limbaugh approval as a potential owner of the St. Louis Rams NFL football club. Never mind that Left wing antagonistic George Soros was part of the group seeking to purchase the Rams.  So Left wing nuts are okay as owners with NFL, but not Conservatives? Absolutely no way is that right! But Goodell's anti-conservative stance might stem from the fact that his father, U.S. Senator Charles Goodell was defeated by Conservative Party candidate James Buckley for the New York Senate seat in 1970.  Now Goodell seems be leading with the campaign to make football more "civilized" (see below).
 

     There may also be legal considerations by the NFL inasmuch as several lawsuits have been filed against the NFL. The suits sound in tone as the litigation against big tobacco.  For example, the lawsuit by the Seau family against the NFL for the wrongful death of suicide victim Junior Seau mirrors the "I didn't know it was bad for me" assertion that was common in the Big Tobacco lawsuits.  But there is a concept in the law called "assumption of the risk." One popular legal resource  defines assumption of the risk as:

(1) An affirmative defense in a negligence case, in which the defendant claims that the situation (taking a ski-lift, climbing a steep cliff) was so inherently or obviously hazardous that the injured plaintiff must have known of the risk, but took the chance of being injured. (2) The act of contracting to take over a risk, such as buying the right to a shipment and accepting the danger that it could be damaged or prove unprofitable.

I played high school football during the Neolithic (Neanderthal to some) period of football in the late 1960s. I knew and assumed the injury risks associated with the game of football. Back then the rules were looser. There were crack back blocks, chop blocks, and physical intimidation, i.e., physical contact, e.g., until the ball was in the air, receivers were subject to physical contact.  I still have residual injuries from playing high school football 40 years ago. And every once in a while my lower back locks up, my Achilles tendon hurts, or my ribs ache, but it goes away with aspirin and/or Salonpas patches. But I got more severe injuries, including two concussions, while playing the "politically correct" non-contact game of soccer.  Yet, I wouldn't trade a minute of any of my sports participation experiences  for a gold ingot.
 

 

     Team sports teach people to work together successfully under a plan  (read the mission statement) while cooperating with people that you may not like (read crappy co-workers) and your coach (read a crappy boss).  They may have not realized back then, but our coaches were teaching us valuable life lessons. And maybe back then, we were much more practical  than today's sensitive new age ball players.  Today's leftist ball players seem to be a bunch of whinny candy asses, (a favorite term of endearment used by my JV football defensive coach).  So please just shut up and play the game. I really don't want to hear about your politics at the Super Bowl.  If you have a grievance, then write your Congressperson or Senator instead.  Read Out of Their League on your own time, not mine.  I'm interested in watching pro football, not watching some 1960s style teach-in. 

 

 

THE JACK BOOTS ARE COMING

 

Self-censorship is wrong when it is done to avoid retribution by the State and its henchmen. Self-censorship is the beginning of tyranny. First the Statists were after the Second Amendment and now they're turning their sights on the First Amendment. Exhibit A: Phil Mickelson backs off (read an ersatz retraction of) his comments about excessive taxes. I don't know what spooked Mickelson to disavow his legitimate concern and right to protect from confiscatory taxes what he has lawfully earned. But it's scary to think of the possibilities with this Liberal-Fascist bunch. They're good at subtle intimidation. Do you hear the jackboots yet?

 

     Golf rival Tiger Woods apparently agrees with Mickelson's earlier expressed desire to leave California and its high taxes; "Well sort of..." according to the Los Angeles Times. The Times quoted Woods as saying, "Well, I moved out of here [California] back in '96 for that reason," Woods explained. "I enjoy Florida, but also I understand what he was, I think, trying to say. I think [that] he'll probably explain it better and in a little more detail. "  

 

     The unwillingness to pay one's "fair share" of taxes is rapidly becoming an issue with the Liberal-Fascists in D.C. Vice-Presidunce Biden extolls the patriotic virtues of paying taxes in an pre-election interview.  Here's the offending video of that interview. He calls paying taxes as doing your patriotic duty. Huh? I thought that unjust excessive taxes were part of the reasons that we fought the Revolutionary War against King George "the Insane" III. 

 

      Well I, for one, am tired of paying higher taxes to redistribute wealth to people that: (1) didn't pay attention in school so that they could get a better job; (2) didn't work hard and diligently at their jobs to get promotions and pay raises; (3) didn't save or invest their money wisely; or (4) didn't come up with next "big" idea.

 

      Items (1) and (2) requires self-discipline. But given today's lower job and educational standards, a modicum of effort will probably pay off handsomely.

 

     Item (3) is easy if you start young, e.g., start saving a dollar everyday. Increase the amount as you earn more money. At a minimum, you have $365 in savings every year. Anytime is a good time to start saving.

 

     Item (4) doesn't require even a BS or BA degree. Mrs. Fields and the man formerly known as Famous Amos made fortunes baking cookies. Steve Jobs built a better computer. Bill Gates created a standard operating system for computers. Ron Popiel was worth $100,000,000 selling gadgets on TV when he passed on.

 

     But did you ever notice how a lot of those jokers calling for higher taxes always get to keep their wealth? Answer: They do it through foundations--all perfectly legal--but why do they want to deny the right for you keep your hard earned money? The answer could be explained with extensive psychological examination and analysis, but the short answer is the term "control freak." For example, plutocrat and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg wants to control the amount of soda pop you drink. That's freaky.  The essence of tyranny is control.  

 

     Socialism, Marxism, Communism, Fascism, and Liberalism are social, political, and economic systems created to protect the plutocracy and the oligarchy through control by using a class (read caste) system and onerous taxes upon wage earners and emerging small businesses. The latter protects the established businesses of crony socialists. Utopian scams like these have been suggested or tried from the time of Plato's Republic to Marx's Communist Manifesto and its bastard child, the modern day Nanny State. Look at all of the socialist countries in the world and ask yourself why do they all still have millionaires and billionaires in supposedly egalitarian economies? (It's sort of like asking an evolutionist, "If we're descended from apes, why are there still apes?")

How is it that in their drive to "spread the wealth around" that plutocrat Democrats still retain their wealth? Warren Buffett's Berkshire-Hathaway may owe the Feds up to $1 Billion in back taxes. If Buffett believes that he should pay more taxes, then he should write a check for what he owes already. There are numerous examples of wealthy Democrats dodging taxes. John Kerry docked his boat outside of Massachusetts to avoid state taxes. Bill Clinton loves to say that he makes a lot of money, yet his deductions keeps him from paying more. The Clinton' are famous for writing off their used underwear and other clothing.

 

How much more taxes will Bill Gates, the Kennedys, the Rockefellers, and other super wealthy Democrats pay if the Bush tax cuts expire? Answer: 0. Socialism in any of its many forms is designed to keep middle class people from entering the upper echelon of wealth. Proposition 30 in California passed overwhelmingly in Marin County, arguably the richest county in California. Their tax lawyers and accountants have worked overtime to insulate their wealthy Liberal clients. No doubt they probably helped write trust fund "kid" Jerry Brown's Prop 30 to amend the California Constitution to pummel the middle class with oppressive taxes. They were helped along by voters receiving public assistance. Here's a suggestion--which will be strongly opposed by the vote-buying Democrats--suspend the voting rights of anyone receiving public assistance until they no longer need such assistance.

 

The ones hit hardest will be small businesses. They will be kept from growing and the old line corporations will be safe from competition. Coupled with the indolent, parasitic 47%ers, once again those of us in the middle will be repeatedly raped financially by this gang of thieves.

THE LOOMING END OF BLOOD SPORT IN OBAMA'S AMERIKA

Last weekend's murder-suicide involving Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher is bringing out the worst in sports journalists. Whenever sports guys stray from their area of expertise they end up looking like imbeciles. Bob Costas is no exception.  Sunday night at halftime of the Sunday Night Football (SNF) game, Costas adopted the old liberal anti-Second Amendment bromide by agreeing with a column by Kansas City sportswriter Jason Whitlock that guns are the problem with America. Whitlock is also on record as stupidly saying that the NRA is the equivalent of the KKK. This "thought" is dumber than owl droppings. To paraphrase the words of wisdom from comedian Ron White, the next time Jason Whitlock has such a thought, he should let it go.

Costas should also dial it back on the extreme liberal politics, i.e., "Shut up and sportscast." Instead, Costas demonstrated a goose stepping adherance to the liberal mantra of blaming the gun when he should have been questioning why Belcher murdered his girlfriend, killed himself, and left their 3 month old daughter an orphan. Meanwhile, Costas had a new one torn for him by numerous Twitter followers. And no wonder, SNF was insufferable while Liberal stooge Keith Olberdork (Olbermann) was spewing his unique brand of idiocy during the pregame and halftime SNF shows. I refused to watch SNF as long as Olberdork was there. But he's long gone and is out of our misery! (Good move NBC Sports!) So why should a negative reaction to Costas' dumbass commentary be any different? It really doesn't take courage to be a Liberal stooge. Any imbecile can do it. But these are imbeciles with an agenda. And they're a truly dangerous lot of control freaks, think the Emperor Bloomberg's decree on the size of your soda pop. Like Global Whining there's even a sloppy "consensus" on the science behind Bloomberg's decree. (Help me please real scientist Mr. Wizard!)

 

The next step in the complete castration of the American male will be to blame football's "violence" for causing concussions, (read major brain damage) and hence, severe depression leading to violence against women and as a byproduct of same, causing gun nuttiness. Pseudoscience will also find a causal link for Belcher's actions because of his participation in a collision sport; just as the recent violent hurricane, like Super Storm Sandy is "proof" of climate change (formerly known as  global warming).  I played football, rugby, and soccer 40 years ago and while I do have some residual injuries to show for it, I'm okay with it. But I would not trade any of those experiences (including jerk coaches) for the namby-pamby lifestyle of the typical effete liberal girlie-man. I learned teamwork and more importantly how to work with people that I disliked intensely.

When I watch the Super Bowl it's not for the commercials, it's not for the special Super Bowl chips and dip, and it's not to party. It's to watch athleticism and toughness. I like football, especially the free wheeling hard hitting variety that was played during the Golden Age of football in the 1960s and 70s. Give me a Dick Butkus or a Jack Lambert any day. Where are the truly tough running backs like Jim Brown? There were characters like Conrad Dobler,  and Lester "The Molester" Hayes.  I remember when quarterbacks like Terry Bradshaw--(four Super Bowl rings)--called their own plays. Back then men were truly men and called their own plays in life and on the football field. Whether women want to acknowledge it or not, they miss this kind of take charge guy. The hell with SNAGs (Sensitive New Age Guys). As an aside, the knock on Bradshaw was that he was dumb. You can't be dumb and be an elite NFL quarterback. But do you recognize the similarites to liberal hate speech in action? Most alleged liberal braniacs are one trick ponies that are "smart" in a very narrow area of knowledge.

 

 

In the legal profession we have idiots with fountain pens that sign will sign any will as a witness, ("Where do I sign?"). You can find them in any office building full of lawyers. In broadcasting, I suppose that there are idiots with microphones that are witnesses to wilful stupidity. WHY WORK WHEN YOU CAN VOTE YOUR SUGAR DADDY INTO POLITICAL OFFICE?

 

An article entitled, It Doesn't Pay to Work, in the online blog Powerline provides an added argument for my proposal to suspend the voting privileges of those on public assistance until they become self-sustaining. The article provides arithmetic proof that slouchers prosper in the socialist paradigm. The article cites the following example: 

[I]t is now more lucrative – in the form of actual disposable income – to sit, do nothing, and collect various welfare entitlements, than to work. This is graphically, and very painfully confirmed, in the below chart from Gary Alexander, Secretary of Public Welfare, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (a state best known for its broke capital Harrisburg). As quantitied, and explained by Alexander, "the single mom is better off earning gross income of $29,000 with $57,327 in net income & benefits than to earn gross income of $69,000 with net income and benefits of $57,045."

 

Besides the apparent futility of honest work, we have lost the concept of shame as Judge Robert Bork pointed out in his book, Slouching Toward Gomorrah. The worse the behavior or the ruder the remark the more socially and politically acceptable it is under the Saul Alinsky social disruption model. These are the tactics of the indolent Occupy Wall Street Movement. This movement went viral in 2012. Most of the participants appear to be pathological protesters and/or relics from the 1960s. None appear to have any real marketable job skills. So the imposition of a welfare state is critical to their survival.

Years ago, I was at a "members only" preview art opening at the San Diego Museum of Art (SDMA). Refreshments were served to the delight of the SDMA's patrons of the arts and regular members like me. But there was a shameless little man hovering around the serving tea cart who was rapidly consuming the little meatball hors d’oeuvres. He was aggressively stabbing at the meatballs over and over again using the same toothpick. He looked like a human sewing machine. And it was the wooden equivalent of "double dipping" with a partially consumed potato chip. He gulped, slurped, and swallowed the tasty meatballs without taking a breath. But he was oblivious to the disgusted expressions of the people around him.

Now, his once boorish actions are commonplace. Just go down to the local Costco and watch the swarms of human locusts consuming trays of tasty free food samples (Yippee!) without buying anything.**  These 47 percenter parasites  supplement their Food Stamp sorties at the local grocery store with Costco free samples to feed their families. Aren't "Food Stamps" (a.k.a., the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program [SNAP] enough taxpayer largess for you 47 percenter parasites? While many of these freeloaders wouldn't voluntarily put in overtime at work--as if they are ambitious enough to have a job--they will go through brick walls to get anything free. Their mantra is that it's free, so why shouldn't I get my "fair" share?!

 

The Romans lost their empire to a government program called "bread and circuses." It was free of course and the consequences to the Roman Empire speaks for itself. But what would you do if given the choice between working for a living or having a subsistence living provided for you as long as your basic needs are provided for; plus freeloaders have flat screen TVs, medical care, a smart cell phone, food stamps, extended unemployment compensation, the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and Internet access to Red Tube free porn (Yippee!). But wait there's more! You can still vote multiple times to keep the poverty pimps in office. Vote fraud for the masses! Hooray! In California, the 47 percenters voted to raise income taxes on the wealthy and sales tax on the rest of us. Why not? It's not as if any of these slugs were going to be paying much in taxes at all.

THE SUSPICIOUS DEATH OF PEACE

Was there a suspicious death related to the Benghazi scandal? A Thansgiving turkey previously pardoned by President Obama was euthanized on Monday. The turkey ironically named Peace, was believed by Obama political operatives to have the real lowdown on the Benghazi scandal. Unfortunately, he may have been the victim of a yet another blunder by the Obama administration.

 

The bird was believed by Obama operatives to be spilling his innards out to the CIA. As it turns out, it was the wrong CIA. The bird was actually visiting the Culinary Institute of America in San Francisco as an example of an ideal pre-Thanksgiving turkey. But the Obama administration did not relent in its pursuit of Peace. A failed assassination attempt by drone resulted in the critically wounded bird going before an ad hoc veterinarian health rationing panel under OgobbleCare.

 

It was thumbs down for any further veterinary care for Peace. He was determined to no longer be of any further value to society (read the Democrat Party) because he'd already had a photo-op with the President. The bird was then "euthanized" by political operatives from Chicago after first being given a pain pill. It was a quiet passing.

 

Peace, we hardly knew ye. RIP.

Well, the American Mugabe has won re-election despite the fact that he is the most incompetent U.S President ever to have held the office. The list of POTUS incompetents includes such political lightweights as Warren G. Harding and Jimmy Carter. The current economy sucks and will get worse. But the parasites don't care as long as they get their "gov'mit" check.

 

Meanwhile, Obama sat by and watched as an American ambassador was murdered by Islamo-Fascists. His response to the Super Storm Sandy is tepid at best. Of course, Chris Christie's slobbering ass-kissing praise probably put Obama over the top for this election. Christie deserves to never be seriously considered for any higher office than Governor of a Liberal vassal state. Nobody likes a Pansy Judas. Enjoy your moment in the sun Chris, because these heartless Marxist bastards will toss you away like a used condom, i.e., you got screwed without getting kissed.

 

My biggest condemnation goes out to the Amerikan news media. What a bunch of fawning apparatchik parasites. Perhaps it's time to rethink the free reign that these primordial slime have been given by the First Amendment. Inasmuch as these slime influence the political process, perhaps they should be required to disclose their lives as elected officials have to do, i.e., they must disclose their party affiliation, income, and any relationships that they have with members of the government officials that they cover. That means if you're a reporter covering the White House that's married to someone working for the White House you MUST disclose that fact to the public. Most of the urinalists (read journalists) in the news media are ex-Democrat political operatives.

 

Obama is the creation of the parasitic Baby Boomer scum bags. Boomers are a cowardly lot. They are afraid of being called "racist" as they buy their UNICEF Xmas cards to show that they really "care" about third world children. It's all about appearances to these generational jerks. But maybe as a Baby Boomer, I should just submit to the inevitable Marxist Leviathan that now rules our country. Not! Tonight is the third and last debate between Obama and Romney before Election Day on November 6th. It's amazing that Obama's "victory" at the last debate was declared by the Goebbels Media because he was apparently wide awake. Perhaps he dialed it back on his Soma pills. Soma was the drug of choice in Aldous Huxley's novel, Brave New World. So maybe to unleash his big brain muscle he didn't take his Soma. It didn't help him much because Obama still has no second term agenda, no vision, and no new ideas. He relies primarily upon a 19th century economic and social ideology--socialism--to address 21st century issues. Sad.

Obama Lied after a Diplomat Died

 

Unless the Lame Stream Media goes after Obama like they went after Nixon during Watergate nothing will happen to Obama regarding his dereliction of duty at our consulate in Libya. Another Democrat will probably escape justice.
