The ideal is that the United States is a nation of laws and not men. Degenerate film Director Roman Polansky not only evaded the law and justice, but he thumbed his nose at them. This was after he made a legally binding admission of guilt in open court without coercion. To not pursue Polansky would be to say to society, "if you're rich, famous and you have the resources to evade the justice system, then time, i.e., 30 years of evasion, will heal all crimes." Make Polansky do his time and apply for commutation of his sentence or get a pardon from California's governor. Assuming Libertine California (Cawleeforneah) elects Gavin "Any Twosome" Newsom, Polansky should easily get his pardon with the help of Hollywood's moral derelicts.

• Sugar and Spicy Food. Busybodies have been lobbying Congress, state and local governments to tax sugary drinks and junk food to "help" fight obesity in the United States.  Sounds like a noble goal. But it's just another ploy to get more money into the hands of spenthrift legislators.  They will use the money for other pet purposes. Remember when the tobacco settlement money was to be used education and treatment programs for smokers?  Well, that didn't last long because the money has been used for irrelevant programs that keep snivel servants busy.  [NN: Full disclosure - I was a "snivel servant" for 17 years and was frustrated by by working with programs that appeared to be beyond the core competencies of local government.]  However, Coca Cola and independent bottler, Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc, are going to sponsor an ad campaign against a proposed U.S. tax on soft drinks.  Most everybody had mothers that told them what to eat and drink.  Most of us don't want a governmental Big Mother doing the same thing to us.

• Recycling Government Greed.  From the Los Angeles Times comes the story that legislation that would impose and/or increase deposits on billions of containers is waiting for Governor "Global Warming" Schwarzenegger's signature. The state fund faces bankruptcy for two reasons.  Rising redemptions because regular householder are now competing for the homeless for redemption funds and that is rapidly depleting the fund. The more nefarious culprit is the tax dollar overeating California government that raids the fund to balance the budget. Remember when this recycling fund was supposed to only be used to fund and encourage recycling?  According to the Times article, "Officeholders have yet to repay $451 million they've taken from the recycling fund since 2002 to cover the state's bills, siphoning away $100 million this year alone."  Here comes the heart rending part...the Times article further states that, "If the governor doesn't sign the legislation, environmental advocates say, the effects will ripple across California. State-subsidized recycling depots, such as those in supermarket parking lots, could close. Manufacturers' processing costs would rise if state money continues to shrink. Local conservation corps, which employ and train at-risk youths with money from the fund, could be imperiled."  All that is missing is the bag of kittens that would be drowned unless the Governor signs the bill!  Why are environmental advocates pissed at the legislature and governor and calling for their heads.  I thought that Mother Earth was the most important thing to self-righteous tree huggers.  As it turns out, they're just another version of the leftist Fiscal Facists.
• Social Insecurity.  According to an article AOL's Daily Finance, "For the first time since the Reagan era, the safety net for the nation's elderly will pay out more than it collects in taxes to the tune of $10 billion next year and $9 billion in 2011."  Here's another case of the government theft gobbling up another fund set-up for a noble purpose. The worst kept secret is the faux "lock box" for Social Security doesn't exist!  These bastards have been stealing from your future for years!  Congress steals money out of a set program like Social Security and gives it to some pet "buy some voters" program. Drudge and the right-wing blogosphere are flogging a "SHOCK VIDEO" from YouTube that purports to show "[s]chool kids taught to praise Obama."

The children in this video appear to be no more than 8 years old. They have done nothing wrong. Presumably, neither they nor their parents have consented to having their faces plastered all over the right-wing media. They did nothing to justify Matt Drudge's invasion of their privacy. They did nothing to justify Michelle Malkin's invasion of their privacy.

Nothing these kids have done would warrant a decision by Glenn Beck, his enablers at Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, or Lou Dobbs to further invade their privacy.

The right is ruthless. They lie. They steal. They race-bait.  Now they are exploiting children.

The faux outraged rant by Schulman came about only because the teacher-union neo-coms got caught doing something wrong. Schulman's rant is as frivolous as the ACORN lawsuit against James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles, who played the undercover pimp and prostitute in the ACORN videos.  They hope that by forum shopping they will  prevail despite the fact that they are both dead wrong.  In the Court of Public Opinion both of their lawsuits would be thrown out.

For some, it was reinforced by the sight of a New Haven, Conn., firefighter telling senators that the Latina judge Obama had nominated to the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor, [NN: a.k.a., SotoMENOR] had discriminated against him in an appellate case because he is white. Or Obama condemning the arrest of a black Harvard professor by a white police officer. [NN: If it looks like a duck...]

So here we go again with the "Angry White Man" Liberal-Fascist racist slander.  The highly entertaining 1993 movie Falling Down was among the first mass media products to explore the "angry white man" stereotype.  During the course of vanqushing members of various ethnic groups, including a Latino gang, the main character "D-Fens" kills a gay-bashing military surplus store owner.  From this, one could infer that that this is true dysfunctional diversity and that D-Fens is an equal opportunity "angry white man." The seed--perhaps inadvertently planted--is that Non-Liberal White men are p.o.'d about the world in general.

The LA Times article goes on to describe alleged comedian and Daily Show host Jon Stewart (Stuart) Leibowitz's take on the issue.

Jon Stewart [Jon Stuart Leibowitz] of "The Daily Show" put his comedian's finger on this phenomenon Tuesday when he showed the Web page of the Drudge Report, which bannered a story about a white high school student beaten up on a school bus by black students. (Police later said the fight was over a seat, not race.)

"Now Drudge won't say this, but I will," said Stewart [Leibowitz] with mock gravity. "Because Barack Obama is president it is now open season on white children . . . and black people are now allowed to hit them."

[NN: We're getting the finger from Leibowitz. Yeah, that's why the Black kids were cheering every time the white kid took a shot in the chops. Check out the update on the Bellville, Il school bus beating where the State's prosecutor for the case now claims that there were gang signs being flashed.]

While Leibowitz may get style points from the nut job Daily Kos crowd, he gets zero points for originality or substance.  Newsweak [NN: Yes, I intentionally spelled it that way] has extended the angry white man/person" slander to six-month old babies. So now do we have the angry white baby?  Stupid concept.  Yeah, babies may perceive physical differences like skin color, but does that translate into racism?  Showing videos with interracial activities might be stimulating, but no, there hasn't been any real negative socialization at six months like being in competition for plum jobs, law/business/medical school admissions, or NEA grants.  Or as Obama might say the babies don't have any skin in the game yet.  Gawd, I hope this University of Texas study wasn't funded with taxpayer money!


In one form or another, this "angry white person issue" looks like it's being coordinated by the DNC media cabal on several fronts including another swipe at the Drudge Report by alleged comedian Bill Maher about the subliminal racist text in a story hyperlink that read: “POLL HELL: OBAMA NEGS RISE.”  What was Maher suggesting?  Does Maher mean NEGS is shorthand for "Negroes"?  Or maybe he's making a literary allusion to the 1967 Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by William Styron, The Confessions of Nat Turner about the slave uprising in Virginia in 1831.  Perhaps Maher is suggesting that Drudge is warning in code that the "NEGroeS will rise up in rebellion.  As the LA Times might put it, "Many might not say it but I will," then with mock gravity Nafta asked, "Are you understanding how silly these White Liberal-Fascists sound?"    


It's always racism whenever the "wrong words" (read politically incorrect words) are used against minorites.  But where was the furor over the equally entertaining 1992 movie White Men Can't Jump?  The title to a thinned skinned White man suggests that White men are physically inferior to Black men.  But does that slander really matter?  Just about every ethnic and racial group in America has been a societal piñata at one time or another. So why not White folks?  Did I put that in a politically correct enough way for you Attorney General Holder, or are you going to include me in your one-sided investgation of racism in America?

Milbank is more famous for angering the Bush Administration and others than for covering the current excesses of the nouvelle riche Obamas or frivolous Leftist plutocrats. While the article has a sarcastic edge to it, something doesn't ring true.  I guess it's because a similar shopping trip by Laura Bush, Barbara Bush, or Nancy Reagan would have been met with howls of indignation by Liberal shills like Milbank. 

Remember the fuss that was made in the 1992 Presidential Election campaign when it was ridiculously asserted that George H.W. Bush was "out of touch" with mainstream America because he was amazed at a price scanner displayed at a grocers' convention in Orlando, FL?  The Left Wing media's spin of this event to Bill Clinton's advantage was as ridiculous as any random Keith Olbermann thought (sic).

Recent film clips showing the corrupt organization ACORN's workers advising a documentary filmmaker and his associate posing as an pimp and a prostitute to set-up underage protitution brothels in several cities across the USA has hit the fan. No the filmmaker isn't Michael Moore. No, he's too busy making propaganda/indoctrination films like Capitalism: A Love Story for the already indoctrinated Neo-Com (Neo-Communist) choir. [NN: See below, Short Takes: OLD NEWS FLASH: Fat Cat Moore declares Capitalism to be “Evil”! Yawn, Ho Hum.]

USA Today catalogued the group's problems as follows:

• In California, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger called Wednesday for an investigation of an incident that was captured on film in San Bernardino, according to the Los Angeles Times.
• In Georgia, Gov. Sonny Perdue on Thursday said the state won't renew a contract with ACORN. The group has a $104,000 contract with the state Department of Human Services, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
• In Minnesota, Gov. Tim Pawlenty ordered state agencies to immediately stop using ACORN's services, even though there isn't any state money going to the group according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
• In Washington, ACORN cancelled an economic forum scheduled for last night after a conservative website urged people to attend, the Daily Herald reported. [NN: Hmm, maybe they're afraid of the town hall "mobocracy" a.k.a., "democracy."]
• Former state House Speaker Marco Rubio and Senate Seat Candidate scolded Gov. Charlie Crist for not being outraged by the group's past election activities, the Miami Herald reports today. Rubio sent Crist a letter criticizing the governor for being -- in Rubio's words -- "unconcerned" about the group's activities during last year's elections.  The Herald says that Crist dismissed his party's complaints about ACORN at the time by saying: "As we're coming into the closing days of any campaign, there are some who enjoy chaos."

Of course, none of this shows the "audacity of hope" more than ACORN's alleged attempt to register Dallas Cowboys football team players among others as voters in Nevada.  Yet, ACORN seems until recently to gotten a pass with regard to voter fraud and other activities.  ACORN's other questionable activities are amply documented by The Washington Examiner. In a less than bold move after prodding by visual proof of corruption, Congress has cut off Federal Funds to ACORN.  White House Spokesmouth and Family Guy doppelgänger, Robert Gibbs declined to say whether President Barack Obama supports the congressional votes. “The president shares the outrage of what he saw on the tape, and I’d leave it at that,” Gibbs told reporters.  [NN: More like, "Damn they got caught!"]

It's futile to think that Attorney General Eric Holder would prosecute Friends of Obama (FOO) like ACORN under the RICO Act.  [NN: Holder worked on illegal trader with Iran,  Marc Rich's pardon by then President Bill Clinton. Rich's former wife made large donations to the Democrat Party and the Clinton Library during Clinton's tenure, it has been alleged by some of Clinton's critics that Rich's pardon had been de facto bought. It was also suggested by some that the attractive ex-Mrs. Rich may have used other methods of persuation upon Lothario Clinton.]  The RICO Act is the acronymn for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.  It is a United States federal law that provides for strong criminal penalties and a civil cause of action against acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. The RICO Act was passed in section 901(a) as part of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970). RICO is codified in 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968, as amended. 

Given the extensive reach of the ACORN organization -- USA, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, India, Canada -- RICO appears to be the right solution at the right time for political racketeers like ACORN. But under the Obama/Democrook Culture of Corruption, FOOs like ACORN seem to be free to abuse the law and plunder the US Treasury.

The Carter Legacy--Incompetence and Reckless Remarks

Jimmy Carter has got be the most verbally reckless ex-President that we have ever had. In an interview with Brian Williams of NBC, Carter self-righteously stated: “an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he's African-American” and “that African-Americans are not qualified to lead this great country. It's an abominable circumstance and grieves me and concerns me very deeply.”  Hmm, I think that this is a case of one projecting his past hidden attitudes onto others.  We do know that Carter is an anti-semite.

Carter was born in the old South of the Confederacy as was I. The attitude that he now seeks to project onto others was a very common one when he and I were coming up. Perhaps Carter is working out some unresolved guilt about having used the "N" word as a youth in Georgia.  Growing up Latino in Texas, I heard the "N" word as often as I heard the terms "taco bender," "greaser," and "spic." The latter terms of endearment were directed at me by young Anglo boys sometimes during sandlot games and later when I was in competition with them for young ladies.

My point is that coming out of that time and that place, it was extremely rare that an Anglo like Carter never made disparaging remarks about any minority group. And often, others from his time and place joined the KKK like Senator Robert (Grand Kleagle) Byrd did in his youth. (Some reformed bigots now claim that political reality was their "real reason" for joining the Klan.)

Now Carter self-righteously thumps his chest and calls everyone that disagrees with Obama racist. Carter harping about race is like a reformed hooker harping about the joys of chastity--or in my case harping about the evils of cigarettes.  Hmm, Obama is a smoker. Does that make me a racist because I don't smoke?

If anybody is racist, it's Liberals like Carter that constantly harp about race or call any Black person that doesn't sign on to the Liberal-Fascist agenda an Uncle Tom!  I don't object to Obama being black and President.  I object to Obama, the man and his ideas, as President. There I said it.

Is It Rudeness or Racism?

Members of so-called victim groups too often get a pass for rudeness.  But at some point enough is enough.  The behavior of Kanye "Big Mouth" West at the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night was racist, as well as rude.  A drunk-on-cognac West barged onto the stage at the Video Music Awards ruining the moment for VMA winner Country artist Taylor Swift and essentially stated (my interpretation) that Beyonce Knowles should have won the the best video award because she's black. To her credit, Knowles later called Swift onto to the stage to get her interrupted moment of glory.

Never mind that Taylor Swift won the award fair and square.  That doesn't matter to a drunken racist like West who trades on Black victimhood. In what he considers a racist America, West is among the most privileged persons in American society.  This Leftist/Racist hypocrisy is generally what pisses people off about guys like like West, Michael Moore, and Oliver Stone.  Most of these rich and famous jerks diss America even though their success is a direct result of being born in and living in America.  West is just another privileged left wing punk a**hole living off of the largesse of America.  Moreover Kanye West is the kind of douche bag that knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. By the way, TMZ originally called West an Ultra Douche Bag.  So don't call me a racist just because I criticized West.

Look at this video clip and you'll easily see why the Democrook controlled Congress has such low approval ratings. After viewing this YouTube gem it's no wonder that Obama seeks legislation to control the Internet and talk radio. These so-called Solons are little more that greedy, overpaid, egotistical windbags. Yet they've given themselves yet another raise in the form of an extra $93,000 in "petty cash" to spend as an office expens. Meanwhile, they have the audacity of a dope to tell private corporations to limit their bonuses and cut down on perquisites, i.e., perks, and Gulfstream jets. Just recently, their attempt to buy several Gulfstream jets for Congressional [mis]use thwarted by the alternative media talk radio, the Internet, the cable news networks. A Mandarin by any other name is detestable.

Wah, Wah, Wah! Democrats cry crocodile tears.

Hypocrisy is nothing new or unique to Washington D.C.  However, the Democrat furor over Joe Wilson's (R-SC) outburst during Obama's health care address before a joint session of Congress would be laughable if it were not so pathetic.  Wilson accurately called Obama a liar. So what!? The Democrats think that no one  remembers the boos that greeted George Bush when he said that Social Security would be broke by 2042 in his 2005 State of the Union address.

After eight years of listening to political ridglings like Sen. Harry Reid call George Bush "a loser" and a "liar" in front of school children, Democrats have little or no credibility with regard to decorum.  The unity that happened following 9/11 lasted about two weeks until the Democrats reverted to their usual douche bag ways critcizing Bush's lack of action regarding Afghanistan.  After Bush attacked Afghanistan the Democrats attacked him for doing that.

All Joe Wilson did was to tell the truth that Obama is lying about illegal aliens not being eligible for ObamaCare.  It's in at least one of the draft health care bills floating around. Of course it's a poorly kept secret that illegal aliens are a big part of the Democrat voter base. So when the health care rationing begins; watch old people be denied coverage while erstwhile non-citizen voters receive health care.  The race card is being played by the Democrats with the assertion that any disagreement with Obama is racist.    Democrats are deplorable.

Disgusting doesn't quite cover it with regard to California Assemblyman Mike Duvall's (Yorba Linda - R) antics.  A married man, whose  sexually explicit remarks about his sexual conquests were inadvertently broadcast over an open microphone has abruptly resigned from office. Legislative leaders stripped him of his committee posts and launched an ethics probe of his actions.  The only redeeming thing that he did was to resign, were it a Democrat that had done the disgusting deed it would have been a resume enhancement for most Democrats that are morally inert.  Not only was the bragging ungentlemanly, especially since it may have been untrue with regard to the female lobbyist, but it was simply crude, lewd, and disgusting.

Keith Olbermann is the Worst Liberal-Fascist Person in the World

The worst Liberal-Fascist person in the world is spreading more "journalistic" (sic) manure by calling for anyone in his audience of 500 basement dwellers to get "dirt" on Glenn Beck.  Beck is the squawk radio guy that almost single handedly got Commie racist Czar, Van Jones to resign.  Apparently the resignation of Van Jones, self described Communist and overt racist has rankled the feelings of the often idiotic leftist Olbermann.  Olbermann, with his track record of stupid remarks and even stupider actions is a non-credible critic of anyone.  But seeking to please his neo-com masters, the MSNBC leftist toadie is going on a McCarthyite witchhunt of Glenn Beck.  (And I thought a Liberal would never be against anyone exercising their First Amendment Rights!)  Well sieg heil baby, Olbermann is just acting out his Nazi tendencies. 

He's also an ungentlemanly dipstick that frequently disses Laura Ingraham; a woman that he dated briefly in the 1990s. (Wottsa matter, Keithy baby?  Too smart of a woman for you? Did she turn your amorous advances down?)  Typical of most Liberal males he's analogous to a gelding or at best a ridgling with the inability to cope with strong smart women like Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin, or Laura Ingraham.


Olbermann will be looking for fresh new dirt since it is common knowledge that Beck was once a substance abuser, but that's really old news.  Olberdork, as he is affectionately known by Conservatives, seeks to take the political dialogue a notch lower, by engaging in the Liberal Fascist game of the politics of personal distruction.  Liberal Fascists can't win the battle of ideas--ever.

This would be the lowest that a Liberal has ever sunk since the 1960 West Virginia primary when then-JFK surrogate FDR, Jr., suggested that the noble Hubert H. Humphrey was a draft dodger.  It was a devasting charge against Humphrey.  Of course by 1992,  draft dodging was a resume enhancement for Bill "I loath the military but I didn't inhale" Clinton. Olbermann's tact has taken not in vigorous argument against an opponent, but instead is the eradication of political opponents.  By displaying his Liberal Fascist Soviet-like urge to purge; Olbermann is disreputible.

 The NFL has begun it's season and like all entertainment enterprises has now entered the world of tabloid journalism. The dust up between Shawne Merriman and reality show diva, Tila [Nyguen] Tequila has made national headlines.  Briefly, Merriman was arrested by San Diego Sheriffs Deputies on a citizen's arrest warrant by Nyguen alleging battery and false imprisonment.  Merriman denies the charges and claims he was trying to prevent an intoxicated Tequila from driving away from his Poway, California home.  The San Diego County DA  declined to file charges against Merriman citing insufficient evidence.  Nyguen has indicated that she will pursue civil charges against Merriman.  TMZ has exclusive fotos showing brusing on Ms Nyguen's arms, which may prompt an out of court settlement.  Both parties deserve each other and definitely qualify as downright dirty.

For the First Time in My Adult Life I'm Genuinely Embarassed by My Country's Leaders- Part I of a Occasional Series

Yes, I know that  Barry O proclaimed to the Chicago Sun-Times, probably in a slightly menacing testosterone-laden baritone voice, that the press and all others should "lay off [his] wife [and family]" during the 2008 Presidential Campaign.  Hopefully, he wasn't wearing the "Mom Jeans" that he wore at the 2009 MLB All-Star game as he was laying the law down.  Well, I'm sorry, but I just can't help it. The POTUS and his wife, the FLOTUS generate a million laffs because of their frequent gaffes (a gaffe is called a faux pas by Progressive Effete Elite People [PEEP] a.k.a. Liberals).

  

Most of the gaffes have been covered up or ignored by the Lame Stream Media, e.g., like when Barry O said he had been to 57 [American] States.  Hmmm, there are 55 Islamic States, although some squawk radio guys say it's 57 and maybe Barry O thinks so too.  And maybe, just maybe, that was just another slip of the tongue just like the one when he accidentaly referred to his Muslim faith in an interview with George Step-on-all-of-us (Stephanopoulos).  The only time Barry O seems to ever get made fun of is on late night TV when most working people are in bed.  Poor W could never catch a break like that when he mangled English. His gaffes were all over TV news, books, blogs, magazines, comedy shows, late night TV, and YouTube.

The above-mentioned PEEPs were the same bunch that used to wrinkle their noses, inhale deeply, and then sarcastically call Ronald Reagan an amiable dolt as they angrily savaged his wife Nancy for her obsession with designer clothes!  How times have changed! Now the fashion driven Michelle Obama (Mobama) is held up as a fashion icon.

NN: OMG!!!  I just realized that Barky's political thugs are from Chi-town and that I should really watch my words!!!  Who knows what could happen to me?!?!  This blog post could mean my exposure to the politics of personal destruction, life in a DNC re-education camp, going through an intensive IRS audit, or getting an all expenses paid vacation to Gitmo when it transitions into Obama's gulag!!!  Damn, Keith Olbermann could could even name me "Theee woooorst personnnnn in the woooorld!  And you know, that if she were in my place, Dorothy (from the Wizard of Oz) might say "Leninists and Trotskyites and Bolsheviks...oh my!"  Ahh, but WTF!  I enjoy the danger.  After all, I am protected by the First Amendment.  Aren't I? Anyway here goes...

According to several sources, Mobama has an expensive palace cadre of servants and staff.  That appears to demonstrate a Marie Antoinette-like indifference to the current economic situation shared by most of us proles.  The following is a  list of White House staff members assigned to the First Lady as compiled by Canada Free Press and others (Google "Michelle Obama's staff"), with my speculative comment (all in jest, please don't taze me Brobama!) as to their actual job functions:

1. $172,2000 - Sher, Susan (Chief Of Staff)

NN: Yeah, I know  that  top assistants to "big shots" always get the big bucks.  But really, Mobama is not a legislator, an Obama Czar, or even a subject matter expert.  Why such a big salary for this Chief of Staff?

2. $140,000 - Frye, Jocelyn C. (Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Policy and Projects For The First Lady)

NN: So Frye directs projects like the White House Vegetable Garden.  So, is stuff like this really worth a whopping $140,000 a year to think up?

3. $113,000 - Rogers, Desiree G. (Special Assistant to the President and White House Social Secretary) and Wanabee Fashion Maven

NN: Sorry Desi, but  you've done a crummy job so far!  I've heard that you are the one most responsible for putting Mobama on the fashion radar screen. But while volunteering at a D.C. food bank on April 29, 2009, (that you probably arranged), the FLOTUS sported a J. Crew cardigan, capri pants and Lanvin trainers that cost $540 a pair. Let's see, $540 would probably buy a lot of food for the poor, but Michelle Antoinette is more concerned with wearing overpriced sneakers that DON'T match her outfit just to show the rest of us proletarians that she can afford to buy them now that her hubby is a big shot (the POTUS)!

Fashionista Note: (I know, but I just can't help it.  I used to work in retail.) Michelle's Lanvin Trainers are suede uppers, with grosgrain ribbon laces and metallic pink toe caps.  The maker, Lanvin is one of fashion's hottest labels. These sneakers also come in denim and satin versions. Despite their ugliness they sold well throughout Spring 2009.  By now of course, there is probably a knock off version at Payless Shoes.  So let's hope for a Payless BOGO sale real soon!

4. $102,000 - Johnston, Camille Y. (Special Assistant to the President and Director of Communications for the First Lady)

NN: Instead of having her pontificate on domestic issues like ObamaCare, could we please have Mobama do the usual FLOTUS things--like promoting literacy or beautifying America? That would be worth the combined $240K salary for Ms Johnson and Ms Frye to honcho.

5. $102,000 - Winter, Melissa E. (Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief Of Staff to the First Lady)

NN: Does she sharpen pencils and fetch coffee for the Chief of Staff, Susan Sher?  This reminds me of what a professor that I had when I was in grad school told me about useless jobs.  The Prof went to the U of Chicago--is the picture getting clearer?  To support himself he worked several patronage (useless) jobs that were parceled out by Mayor Daley the First.  He described the jobs as useless public works jobs in which five guys took turns going down a manhole while the other four stood around and BS'd about various topics.

6. $90,000 - Medina, David S. (Deputy Chief Of Staff to the First Lady)

NN: What does he do--arrange the paper clips, keep the staplers filled, and maybe act as the key operator for the West Wing copier? Or maybe he's the Incriminating Paper Document Shredder to the Czars?  That's an important job so either you'd better pay this guy well or send him to a country where there's no extradition treaty.

7. $84,000 - Lelyveld, Catherine M. (Director and Press Secretary to the First Lady)

NN: So Lelyveld is the spokesmouth. Wow, this seems like the kind of job where the Boss Lady tells her, "When I want your opinion I'll give it to you! Write this down--now!"

8. $75,000 - Starkey, Frances M. (Director of Scheduling and Advance for the First Lady)
NN: She's in charge of holding Mobama's Blackberry with the calendar application.

9. $70,000 - Sanders, Trooper (Deputy Director of Policy and Projects for the First Lady)
NN: The "Troop" bought the Burpee® seeds and the MiracleGro® at the Home Depot® for the White House Vegetable Garden.

10. $65,000 - Burnough, Erinn J. (Deputy Director and Deputy Social Secretary)
NN:  Maybe she does the decorations for the office parties.

11. $65,000 - Reinstein, Joseph B. (Deputy Director and Deputy Social Secretary)NN: Maybe he's the "muscle" that sets up the chairs at the Rose Garden parties thrown by the FLOTUS.

12. $62,000 - Goodman, Jennifer R. (Deputy Director of Scheduling and Events Coordinator For The First Lady)
NN: She's in charge of holding Mobama's Blackberry case.

13. $60,000 - Fitts, Alan O. (Deputy Director of Advance and Trip Director for the First Lady)
NN: Big Al probably carries the FLOTUS's luggage onto Air Force One.  He also keeps a secret stash of those tasty little peanuts that the Southwest Flight Attendants give out.

14. $60,000 - Lewis, Dana M. (Special Assistant and Personal Aide to the First Lady)NN: Gotta be an overworked Gopher.

15. $52,500 - Mustaphi, Semonti M. (Associate Director and Deputy Press Secretary To The First Lady)
NN: This is the one that Press Secretary Leyveld chews out after she's had her a** chewed out by Mobama.

16. $50,000 - Jarvis, Kristen E. (Special Assistant for Scheduling and Traveling Aide To The First Lady)
NN: Kristen carries Mobama's make-up bag onto Air Force One.

17. $45,000 - Lechtenberg, Tyler A. (Associate Director of Correspondence For The First Lady)
NN: He's in charge of office stationery replenishment.

18. $45,000 - Tubman, Samantha (Deputy Associate Director, Social Office)
NN: "Sam" is in charge of all Potluck and Tupperware Parties in West Wing.

19. $40,000 - Boswell, Joseph J. (Executive Assistant to the Chief Of Staff to the First Lady)
NN: The gopher for the Chief of Staff.

20. $36,000 - Armbruster, Sally M. (Staff Assistant to the Social Secretary)
NN: AKA "The Enforcer"  Her real surname is Armbuster!  She collects for the office coffee fund, the water club, and all the sports betting pools. She also makes sure that the timesheets are filled out properly and turned in on time.

21. $36,000 - Bookey, Natalie (Staff Assistant)
NN: "Bookey" runs all the sports betting pools and makes sure that the all the collections and payouts are timely made.

22. $36,000 - Jackson, Deilia A. (Deputy Associate Director of Correspondence for the First Lady)
NN: Stuffs envelopes and keeps the office candy dishes filled. 

According to the Canada Free Press: "...this adds up to a whopping $1,600,700.00 and the amount doesn’t include the elite benefit packages granted to the White House staff and their significant others (include same-sex partners). Nor does the figure take into account the salaries for the two additional full-time staff members mentioned by Mrs. Obama’s Press Secretary nor the full time hair-dresser and makeup artist assigned to her. A guesstimate of the total salaries for Mrs. Obama’s attendants is $1,750,00.00 plus the additional benefits."

So now you know how the "upper crust" lives as you're cashing your unemployment check at the liquor store.  Cheer up!  Maybe you can get a high paying "skate" job despite the fact that you actually have marketable job skills--but no connections. 

Short Takes: Michael Moore, Van Jones, B. H. Obama, and Michael Savage

OLD NEWS FLASH: Fat Cat Moore declares Capitalism to be “Evil”!  Yawn, Ho Hum.

The latest Michael Moore movie, "Capitalism: A Love Story," premiered at the Venice film festival Sunday. The movie's theme is that capitalism benefits the rich and condemns millions to poverty. Moore was quoted in a Reuters news story about the upcoming propamentary as saying:

Democracy is not a spectator sport, it's a participatory event," he told a news conference. "If we don't participate in it, it ceases to be a democracy. So Obama will rise or fall based not so much on what he does but on what we do to support him.

Moore though has done quite well for himself by capitalism according to the 2005 book Do as I Say (Not As I Do): Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy by Peter Schweizer. At one point, Moore and his wife’s foundation held more than $280,000 in corporate stock and nearly $100,000 in corporate bonds.

According to Schweizer, Moore has also at various times owned stock in Big Pharma, Big Oil, and yes, even the evil Halliburton. One might say Moore in his own way has been an enabler for big bad capitalism. The better word is hypocrite. By the way, have you noticed that foundations are the last refuge of scoundrels or Liberal plutocrats like Warren Buffett? The common thread among many of these super wealthy indivduals is to have the government tax you even more. Despite the super wealth of many of these Liberal moral paragons, most are only philanthropists with other people's money.

Van Jones--Adios!

The resignation of "Green Czar" Van Jones, on Saturday is a welcome departure. Given the man's public statements which were overtly racist at best and downright nutty at worst, we should applaud the fact that precious tax dollars will no longer fund this fountain of hate speech. But Jones is the product of a system that bends over backwards to extend hyper-free speech rights to leftist radicals.

In nearly every American university, there are ethnic, racial, and women's studies departments that are often run and staffed by non-academically trained community activists or ex-militant group members. These so-called "professors" spread hate and discontent without providing a meaningful academic experience. In the early 1970s, one Chicano Studies class at a California State Univerisity that I attended was a campus joke because the course was a guaranteed easy "A" with little or no work required. (Those were your tax dollars "hard" at work folks.)

But these academic abuses are not limited to marginal academic departments alone.  In one class, my poetry professor called Sarah Palin "white trash" shortly after pontificating for ten minutes about the racism visited against Gypsies.  Another professor in the Telecommunications department at the same school described George Bush and Dick Cheney as "Nazi #1 and Nazi #2" during a lecture on recording techniques. The professor made the comment during a discussion of open microphones and potentially embarrassing situations that could happen. The "teachable moment" concerned the incident during the 2000 Presidential Election in which unflattering comments by Bush and Cheney about a New York Times reporter were overheard via open microphone by the crowd.

Personally, I've had grades lowered in a several of my college classes because my political viewpoint differed greatly from the Leftist professor.  (You'd think that I'd have learned to write like a Marxist drone to get a better grade in order to get into a bigtime Ivy League Law School.) Most of these abuses of power occurred even though I was doing "A" work at the time.  The bottom line is that students are often academically bludgeoned into Leftist viewpoints.  Universities often simulate an ultra-modern chic Chi-Com reeducation camp with the warmth of Soviet gulag.

If there was ever a need for a "Fairness Doctrine" it's in the universities and colleges in the United States.

Television Show Fall Preview: The "Barry O" Cult of Personality Show!

 

The "Barry O Show" debuts tomorrow at a Teacher's Union infested school near you.  Despite the protests from parents across the nation the show will go on.  The content of Barry O's Show is no longer in dispute since the "Kids Help Obama!" lesson plan from the US Department of Education was eliminated. (Hmm, since when does the Federal Government" provide lesson plan content for local screwells)?  The only problem will be Obama apparatchiks disguised as teachers providing the color commentary on Barry O speech.  They're likely to spout the party line for Barry O and cultivate Obama's cult of personality. The picture to the left depicts children thanking Stalin for a great childhood.  Sound Familiar?

Savage is Still on British PNG list! Why won't the US Department of State stand by a US Citizen?

The biggest mystery to date is why Michael Savage remains on the UK persona non grata list populated by murderers, thugs, and bigots.  While Savage is outspoken who isn't these days?  Some third grade teachers are rabid advocates for Obama and will often resort to physical violence when their rhetoric fails them (and it often does because most of them are not smarter than a 5th grader).

It's already been revealed via British government e-mails stating that Savage was put on the list to counterbalance the disporportionate representation of Muslims on the list.  Even though Home Secretary Jacqui Smith resigned based upon her incompetence and malevolence in putting Savage on the list, Savage is still battling to be removed from it.  A good guess is that the the Obama Administration via some State Department apparatchik is involved in this one.  This is also probably why the State Department has done little or nothing. The inclusion of Savage on this list is stupid. Take a look at the list and see if Savage belongs there.  Only an mentally ill idiot that believes that the Daily Kos is an example of rational and truthful thinking would agree with the list.
