Robert Mugabe goes to Israel (A Joke 4 U)

Robert Mugabe goes on a state visit to Israel.  While he is on a tour of Jerusalem he suffers a heart attack and passes away.

     The undertaker tells the accompanying people, "you can have him shipped home for US$500,000 or you can bury him here, in the Holy Land, for just US$100!"  The Zimbabweans go into a corner and discuss it for a minute. They come back to the undertaker and tell him they want Mugabe shipped home. 

     The undertaker is puzzled and asks, "Why would you spend $500,000 to ship him home, when it would be wonderful to be buried here and you would spend only $100?  With the money you save you could buy enough diesel for a year, buy enough medicines to wipe out cholera, buy enough generators to never have blackouts again."

     The Zimbabweans replied, "Long ago a man died here, was buried here, and three days later he rose from the dead.  We just can't take that chance!"

History Repeats Itself?

There's an old saying by George Santayana that, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."  In an exclusive story by the National Enquirer, new evidence has apparently been revealed in the case of 54 year old Molly Hagerty, the massage therapist that told Portland, Oregon police that Al Gore sexually assaulted her in a high end hotel room.  Apparently there is a witness that could blow the case wide open, secret hotel video surveillance, and DNA evidence.  This has caused the Portland, Oregon Police Department to reopen case for the fourth time. 

This turn of events brings to mind the case of the Monica Lewinsky blue dress, which contained a semen stain later shown to be that of Bill Clinton.  This proved that Clinton lied about an affair with Lewinsky.  Gore was a smug critic of Clinton's morality.  Now the shoe is on the other foot.  Oh, but you shouldn't condemn Gore.  He, like Clinton has the correct "public morality"!  That means that even if it turns out that even if he is a predatory sex poodle he should be given a pass because global warming is so important.  You mean the scam concocted by the plutocrats to fleece the average consumer.  No thanks.

Broke Hussein Obama continued his "Don't blame me you voted for Bush" Tour in Racine, Wisconsin.  It takes the audacity of a dope to continue to blame the previous administration for his failures especially after his solutions have cost trillions of dollars with little or no results.  It was especially galling when you realize that some of the 14% unemployment rate in Racine stems from the closing of GM plants in Wisconsin after the  takeover of the auto giant by the Obama Chicago Mob.  The crowd had to have been handpicked and screened because the Kenyan Usurper was talking trash.  No more years!

Listening to Elena Kagan's confirmation hearing, it sickening to realize that RINOs will help to confirm the second incompetent Obama nominee onto the Supreme Court.  With no actual legal experience until she became Solicitor General this past year.  Orrin Hatch, (RINO-UT), the late Teddy Kennedy's BFF, indicated today that no filibuster of the eminently unqualified Kagan would happen.  They don't want to make waves and are hoping against hope that they will be "nice" to their nominee.  Yeah, does the name Robert Bork, Miguel Estrada, or Clarence Thomas ring a bell?  Those sensitive Democrooks sure treated those guys fairly. This is a war.  There should be a take no prisoners attitude especially when a Afro-Leninist like Obama that doesn't respect the Constitution is making appointments to the Court.  Now you know why I am not a Republican.

Reverse Discrimination Redux

Remember the good old days in the 1970s when whites would complain about reverse discrimination in professional school admissions. More recently these reverse discrimination cases are about jobs in the public sector.  A new area may be emerging in the law as regards equal access to justice.  We see the perversion of the equal access to justice right in the Kagan hearings. It is obvious that she subscribes to the Obama concept that courts should make policy for the Democrook client groups.

Well, it seems like the most incompetent political hack to ever be named Attorney General has put the kibosh on prosecuting voter rights cases committed by blacks against whites.  Former Justice Department attorney, J. Christian Adams, who quit his job to protesting the Department of [In]Justice's handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case accuses Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges for racially motivated reasons.

New Black Panther thugs, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint with violating the Voter Rights Act in November 2008 by using coercion, threats and intimidation at a Philadelphia polling station. Shabazz was brandishing what prosecutors called a deadly weapon.  Take a look at this video and decide for yourself if the New Black Panthers are benevolent public spirited citizens or Obama's new SS.

 

Impeach Incompetence Now

As we witness the impending collapse of the American Republic, we see the same desperation that most despots experience as their world collapses around them.  Barack Hussein Obama golfs and goes to parties as the American Republic collapses.  The scene that is most reminiscent is Nero fiddling as Rome burns.  But even more apropos is the New Year's Eve party scene in Godfather II where the Batista regime in Cuba is collapsing as Castro's Communist barbarians advance toward Havana.  It was a New Year's Eve party that ended with Batista telling party guests that they were on their own in light of Castro's impending victory.  So it seems with embattled American citizens. 

We are witnessing a collapse of the American housing market.  The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are going poorly due to the mismanagement by Liberal Socialists.  The wildly unpopular ObamaCare's implementation is faltering badly.  The Gulf oil spill is spiraling out of control with allegations of the Obama administration sabotaging reasonable attempts to quell the spill.  Meanwhile, our POTUS [sic] golfs, goes to parties, and generally acts like a laid back President Dwight D. Eisenhower during the 1950's.  The key difference is that America was on auto-pilot as the preeminent economic and military power in the world during Eisenhower's administration. 

This President [sic] is an incompetent party animal.  He has intentionally worked to destroy the capitalist economy of the US.  He has extorted a $20 billion dollar slush fund from BP, one of his biggest campaign contributors that will probably be misused for political purposes, i.e., the real victims won't see much in the way of recompense for their losses. 

So what is the solution?  I am loathe to recommend that anyone blindly vote for a Republican candidate.  Many Republican RINOs have shown themselves generally to be a spineless bunch of jellyfish with no principles or guts.  What is needed is that Americans vote in Tea Party candidates of any party. They will be strong enough to commence impeachment proceedings against the Kenyan usurper.  Investigations should also be commenced against Democrooks like Christopher Dodd, Barney Frank, Franklin Raines, and others.  And if appropriate, jail time should be the ultimate goal of any proceeding.  "Jail to the Chief" sure has a catchy sound to it, doesn't it?

JAMES EARL BARACK HUSSEIN CARTER OBAMA REDUX, I.E., HE'S BAAAACK!

There are two schools of thought regarding Obama's handling of the Gulf oil spill.  The conspiratorial theory would have Obama presiding over the decline of America.  It seems to be a very plausible view given Obama slavish adherence to the destructive principles of Saul Alinsky.  On the other hand, there is the view that Obama is simply the most incompetent man to have ever occupied the White House.  This is also plausible, given the fact that just about every record concerning Obama has been sealed away tightly and unavailable for scrutiny.  We are being asked by the Obama acolytes to accept at face value their claim to his vast intelligence.

We really have no idea how smart this man is because unlike previous Presidents, we've never seen his grades or read a single word of legal scholarship written by a man that was the President (read editor) of the Harvard Law Review. What is scary is that despite emerging evidence to the contrary, many people still believe that Obama is intelligent.  Bush is the inarticulate dummy.  But here are some George W. Bush-like moments from the "most intelligent man" to have ever been President.

How about this telling gaffe where George Step-on-all-of us saves Obama’s bacon?

Yeah, Bush was a dummy because he pronounced nuclear as "nu-cue-ler." And all of the "edumacated" (apologies to Popeye) pundits on the left jumped on Bush for that one.  But maybe in light of all this, we should reconsider the quality of an Ivy League education.  Their alumni seem to be dumber than owl droppings when you consider Ivy League dummies like John "Lurch" Kerry, Barry "Dumbo Ears" Obama, Timmy "Tax Cheat" Geithner, Hillary "Hitlery" Clinton and the rest of Obama's feckless staff and judicial nominees.  It's really becoming very apparent that common sense is not taught at our Ivy League institutions of indoctrination.

Parallels between the Gulf oil spill and Bush's alleged mishandling of Katrina are being drawn by pundits.  That is a gross misanalysis of the crisis.  The real parallel to the current crisis is to Carter's hand-wringing mishandling of the Iranian hostage crisis.  But at least Carter attempted to rescue the hostages with an ill-timed rescue attempt that fizzled with a sandstorm grounding the military helicopters to be used for the rescue.  The only affirmative action that Obama has taken in this crisis is to send AG Eric "The Legal Buffoon" Holder and the DOJ Keystone Legal Kounsels to try to place civil and criminal blame on BP for the oil spill.  Is threatening to put someone working on your behalf in jail a good management technique before they solve your problem?  This dumbo approach goes way beyond any theory X management style.

The plutocrats and oligarchs that chose Obama to advance their totalitarian dystopic agenda gambled that Obama was a quick study. They hoped that Obama would successfully impose a 19th century political and social ideology on America.  But he’s not a quick study. He needs a teleprompter to sound intelligent.  They also thought that by hiding his school grades and birth certificate that we'd be fooled into accepting this usurper as president.  They also counted on leftist pundits successfully jawboning about Obama's brains and covering-up the true facts about Obama.  Judging by Obama's emerging incompetence and his corrupt administration's bribery attempts that are being revealed in the Pennsylvania and Colorado senatorial races; it appears that the elitists backed the wrong horse, or should we say, the wrong jackass.

SHORT TAKES: PARRRRTY TIME AT THE WHITE HOUSE AND OTHER OUTRAGES!

As the BP oil spill crisis in the Gulf ended it's 45th day, it was parrrrtay time in the White House.  Aging lesbian lookalike, Paul McCartney headlined the show in which he received a music award.  

The 90-minute concert was built around Obama's presentation to McCartney of the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, awarded by the Library of Congress. The president said McCartney had "helped to lay the soundtrack for an entire generation."

Among others in the star studded parrrrrtay were: Stevie Wonder, the Jonas Brothers, Faith Hill, Elvis Costello, Emmylou Harris, Herbie Hancock, White Stripes singer and guitarist Jack White, pianist Lang Lang and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl.  You'da thunk that this was either the Grammy® Awards or a Hollyweird parrrrrtay.  Obama strutted around like a rapper hosting a visit by MTV's Cribs.  The only thing missing were some grills on the Bamster's front teeth.

The smartest man ever to be elected President of the United States seems to be more comfortable playing a variety show host than in doing his job.  Perhaps Obama could give-up the POTUS job and take Simon Cowell's place next year as a judge on American Idol®.  Maybe Obama's ostrich act is because neither he and his czarist cronies don't have a clue as to how to solve the problem.  The only thing Obama knows how to do is to act like an ambulance chaser and send the law firm's lawyers down South to see if they can sue BP and jail a few evil corporate execs in the process.  He gave a shout out to "Nazi" Pelosi.  Later the parrrrrtay crowd sang Hey Jude in unison.  How cute.

1.  Cal State-Fullerton flunk-out, James Cameron of Titanic and Avatar fame is angry because BP rejected his "expertise" in helping to plug the damn hole!"  (That would be the Gulf oil spill, which is a technical problem of first impression.)  Now what expertise would that be Jimmy?  Are you a petroleum engineer?  No, you're just another leftist with a big mouth.  Cameron, the renaissance man, was quoted as calling the BP execs "morons."  Yeah, that's a credible

2.  Paul McCartney while in Dee Cee to get his Gershwin Prize from the Library of Congress took a swipe at George W. Bush by saying that after eight years [of Bush] that it was nice to have someone [in the White House] that knows what a library is. Yeah, right Brainiac.  What college did you graduate from?  At least we can prove that Bush went to college.  We can't do that with your boy, Obama whose records, if they truly exist, are sealed tight as a drum.

3.  The View's resident idiot savant, Joy Behar, is blaming Bush for the Gulf oil spill.  Bush has been gone for 18 months, 'nuff said.  Behar allegedly has a Masters Degree.

WHEN IS INCOMPETENCE TOO MUCH TO TOLERATE?

Recent events are demonstrating that Barack Obama is simply not up to the job of being President of the United States.  He has grossly mishandled the BP oil spill in the Gulf.  Instead of trying to solve the problem, he seeks to play the blame game.  He sends the chief legal buffoon, AG Eric Holder and lawyers from the Department of Justice (sic) to investigate potential criminal and civil penalties against BP.  This like many of his recent actions are rash and poorly thought out.  By law he is the one in charge and responsible for facilitating solutions, not acting like a ambulance chaser.  There will be plenty of time to pursue legal remedies.  We need an engineering solution right now.
 

We got a warning as to his immaturity and lack of fitness to be President early on when he passed a snap judgment on the the Cambridge cop that arrested black Harvard professor Henry Gates.  He chose an immediate emotional racist response without knowledge of the facts by immediately faulting the actions of the white cop.  As it turned out, the cop acted properly and Professor Gates was the aggressive hothead.  To be fair, other Presidents have suffered hoof in mouth moments as when President Richard Nixon declared Charles Manson "guilty" of the Tate-La Bianca murders.  But hey, Obama got a pass from the Lame Stream Media because he the smartest guy have ever been elected President.  (John Quincy Adams must be somewhere laughing his genius ass off at that one.) 

Obama however, is a serial incompetent.  He acts servile towards dictators and other totalitarian human chancres like Hugo Chavez.  He was extremely rude recently to the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.  If one were not careful, one would think that Obama is an anti-Semite.  Instead, we have an immature man-child that left Netanyahu sitting alone in the Oval Office and stomped off like a spoiled child.  He stomped away demanding that Netanyahu "do something" about Israeli settlements on Israeli land. He then went off to dinner probably to chomp on $100 beef at taxpayer expense.  Obama is like a spoiled child slamming his sippy cup on his high chair if he doesn't get his way.  

In another rude undiplomatic act, Obama showed the backdoor to the Dalai Lama so that his fellow Marxist traveler and chief creditor of the United States Red China (yes, the archaic term is appropriate) would not be offended.  Not even the lowest ranking White House staff exits the door near the White House garbage cans.  Obama bumbles away while Iran moves closer to acquiring nuclear weapons.  He thinks that if brown noses Ahmadinejad (an odious odorous prospect), hoping that if we act like wussies, Iran will back off its Islamo-Fascist designs.  What a naïve fool.  His non-action with regard to the recent torpedoing of a South Korean boat by Kim Jong "Mentally" Il speaks volumes about the colossal ineptitude of Obama. 

Now we have the sight of Obama, via his equally inept diplomatic minion, Hillary Clinton, (alleged Secretary of State), condemning Israel for the violence that took place Monday when nine people were killed during a raid on a six-ship convoy trying to deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, which is under an Israeli blockade to prevent weapons being smuggled into Gaza.  What the Reuters story fails to mention is that the "humanitarians" were sponsored by an extremist Islamic Turkish group, Insani Yardim Vakfi (IHH).  As usual, Obama is on the wrong side of the issue.

The only way out of this mess is to ensure that there are enough conservatives elected to Congress this November to counter the ineptitude of the Kenyan Usurper. 

The Soft Bigotry of Low Expectations

In 2005, the Bush Administration was pilloried by the Media for its (mis)handling of the Hurricane Katrina disaster.  The Media-generated perception was that Bush was refusing to press the “magic button” that the Blame Stream Media “knew” that Bush had in the Oval Office to stop the hurricane.  Never mind that the twin towers of incompetence—Louisiana Governor “Blank Brain” Blanco and New Orleans Mayor “No Noggin’” Nagin sat on their hands and let Bush take the entire blame for this natural disaster.  The Media’s role for the next three years was to advance the political agenda of the Democrats by demonizing Bush and Republicans.  It worked.  We got a Democrat Congress in 2006 and a Democrat President in 2008.

Now the shoe is on the other foot, the current President of the United States is the one sitting on his hands.  Louisiana, Mississippi (and other Gulf states) will take another economic and environmental hit.  It took him nearly two weeks to react to the explosion of the Gulf coast oil rig.  It was as if perhaps he were hoping that this crisis could be used to advance a political agenda, e.g., the demonization of big oil or by driving a stake into the heart of off-shore oil drilling.  But this is what happens when politicians are asked to solve problems. They come up with solutions that serve their petty political ends and not the people’s needs.

But where is the Blame Stream Media in all this mess?  The truth is that as closeted Liberal-Fascist bigots, they don’t expect much from Obama, and therein lays the problem.  The Media is not generating the needed public outrage to get the Federal government in gear.  In the past politicians reacted to public outrage.  Not this politician, he didn’t care about the public’s opposition to single payer health care.  He didn’t care about Islamo-Fascist Army Major Hasan shooting up a military base.  When pressed by talk radio, he reacted several days later with a mealy mouthed response that did nothing to assuage public concern over the public's safety from Islamo-Fascist terrorism.

Obama doesn’t give a hang about traditional notions of leadership and protocol.  This Memorial Day, he’s not going to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.  Vice-President Joe Biden will do the honors.  Biden will look presidential in doing so.  Meanwhile, Obama is going to a Memorial Day ceremony in Illinois.  But nearly everything about this “historic” presidency is unprecedented including the continual scapegoating, the colossal arrogance, and gross incompetence.  Why should we expect strong leadership from anyone like this?  Perhaps such low expectations of Obama might make one a bigot.  There are a growing number of bigots out there in the Gulf and elsewhere.

NERO FIDDLES WHILE THE GULF DROWNS...

One Big Ass Mistake America.  As the Gulf drowns in oil, as North Korea threatens South Korea, as Turkey and Brazil cut deals with Iran for a nuclear swap, Obama fiddles around.  He was a guest of Charles Barkley on the NBA playoff show.  You can't escape this guy.   Instead of Big Bumbler watching you; you're forced to watch this incompetent ninny on TV pontificating about anything but his job.  Where's the leadership?  Maybe it's too much to expect a guy whose biggest accomplishment in life was tacking up pamphlets on telephone poles to competently lead the greatest nation on Earth.

But why is Obama's incompetence so surprising?  Or is it incompetence?  Obama hates America. Yeah, you read that right.  His patron/puppet master George Soros hates America, therefore Obama hates America.  Why else would Obama allow immigration hypocrite Felipe Calderón to trash an American state over exercising its right to protect its citizens?  Calderón is the puppet of the indolent wealthy class in Mexico.  They won't deal with their poverty problem because as elitists, they like having someone's back to piss on. 

And because he is an immature little boy, Obama will never take responsibility or ownership of anything.  Every problem or crisis is Bush's fault, BP's fault, the Republican's fault, Wall Street's fault, or anybody else's but his fault.  Obama is content to sit back, eat $100 a pound beef, and act like "It's not my job man."  It is your job man.  Why did you take the job anyway?  Oh yeah, he likes to live large on someone else's dime.  Impeachment looks really good right now, even if Joe Biden ends up as President.  Damn, how bad has it gotten when Dumbo Joe begins to look good.  Yup, it is One Big Ass Mistake America.

THE CAVALCADE of IDIOTS--YOUR TAX DOLLARS at WORK (sic) :-(

1. Overly-compensated snivel servant and Chi-Com toadie Michael Posner of the State Department idiotically told his Red Chinese counterparts at a human rights conference that the US had human rights problems of its own and cited Arizona's controversial new immigration law as an example of "racial discrimination."  This is yet another sorry example of the wussy pussy foreign policy of the Kenyan Usurper, an America hater.  The Chinese took a cue from Posner and began banging on the Arizona law.  That's right, the murderers of nearly 100 million people, the oppressors of Tibet, the abortion murderers of female infants, and suppressors of free speech are criticizing Arizona for human rights violations!  Has the world turned sideways on its axis?  The socialist/communist/fascist/liberal zoo is filled with very strange denizens.

2.  Why is Broke Whoisinsane Obama being given a pass by the Lame Stream Media for doing absolutely NOTHING regarding the BP oil spill?  Bush caught hell from the Lame Stream Media for the incompetence of Governor "Blank Brain" Blanco  and Mayor "No Noggin" Nagin, both Democrooks.  But not the petulant man child Obama, the press is practicing the soft bigotry of lame excuses and no expectations for the "historic" Presidency of Obama. 

When the Exxon Valdeeeeez (I prefer the correct Spanish pronounciation of Valdez) caused a major oil spill that the Federal government pitched in and helped with the clean-up.  Not now!  All the Kenyan Usurper Obama has done in response to the crisis is to keep the "foot on the throat of BP."  In addition, Obama hypocritically accuses BP and its cohorts of bad deeds.  Indeed.

Yet, Obama's Keystone Cop henchman last year gave the BP oil drilling platform an award for safety!  But now all of a sudden there's a safety issue?  Sounds like a set-up to me.  Just like the nuclear accident at Three Mile Island nuclear power plant where the Hollywood Liberal-Fascists used the movie The China Syndrome to whip up public sentiment against nuclear power plants.  How convenient that the nuclear accident happened so soon after the movie's release.  These Liberal-Fascists would throw their Grannies under the bus if it advanced their agenda.   


But with the help of the Blame Stream Media they will probably blame Bush, Cheney, and Halliburton for the oil spill.  Well, there's an old Chinese that says, "The accusing finger is never a part of the helping hand."   I guess Obama's purpose is not to serve the public, but to exploit a crisis for his Liberal-Fascist agenda.  He has now set up a commission to investigate (read cover-up) the BP Oil Gulf of Mexico spill. 

You shouldn't believe a damn thing that this Liberal-Fascist crypto-criminal posse puts forward.  It also wouldn't be surprising if there was some leftist complicity in the oil rig platform explosion.  (Not unlikely if you consider the Three Mile Island and oil spill off of Santa Barbara, California in 1969, that effectively stopped off-shore oil drilling.)  The explosion came conveniently after announcement by Obama that there would be studies about off shore drilling.  One Liberal Fascist talking head is alleged to have said in effect that, "God is a Democrat because he gave us the oil spill."  Never let a crisis go to waste, as White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel has said.  Well sieg heil Black Hitler, your desires seem to be coming true.  Can you say Reichstag Fire?

3.  Talk about the audacity of dopes, Richard Blumenthal, Attorney General of Connecticut and Democrook caninedate for the Senate seat of departing Democrook Chris Dodd has been caught apparently lying about his service in Viet Nam.  Democrooks have come to the rescue by offering this lame response:

Its no surprise Republicans would want to smear the Attorney General, considering all of the debauchery at the WWF under Linda McMahon's [Note: McMahon is the Republican candidate for the Senate seat and wife of WWE owner Vince McMahon] watch. Unlike others, Dick Blumenthal served his country, enlisted and served six months at Parris Island, SC, and six years in the reserves.

Blumenthal only joined the reserves after his five draft deferments ran out and his low draft lottery number put an express ticket to Viet Nam in his back pocket.  Like the career women that got abortions in the 1970s and 1980s, things like the draft and "unwanted" pregnancies were an inconvenience to these hard charging career Baby Boomers. Looking at the Democrook response to Blumenthal's lie, you see the the self-absorbtion and self-centeredness of a typical Baby Boomer schmuck like Blumenthal. 


BTW, who cares what goes on in the WWE?   It's fluff sports entertainment.  Unless you are a mark or smark it doesn't affect your daily lives.   Hollywood--a bastion of debauchery--is the Liberal-Fascist stronghold of debauchery.  How about some well deserved contempt pointed in that direction?  And finally, why is this Liberal-Fascist schmuck's military reserve service more valid that George W. Bush's Air National Guard experience?  I guess Liberal Fascist pigs get a pass for anything they do or lie about.  Although Democrook radio talk show shill Bill Press did express dismay at Blumenthal's lies about his military service.

4.  I grew up with the admonition from my parents to think before I spoke.  Nowadays maybe the admonition should be READ before you speak.  The recent revelations that US Attorney General Eric "Dumbo" Holder, Janet "Incompetano" Napolitano, and Barack Odumbo have not read the ten page Arizona immigration law is not surprising.  All three of these political ideologues and other voluntary illiterates of the Obama administration have popped off about the "evils" and "racism" of the Arizona law.  With Obama it's understandable because he is a grossly incompetent ideologue and former community organizer.  He may be crook clever, but given his political bent it's doubtful that the man has the ability to actually comprehend  the intent of the Arizona statute.   As a key to Odumbo's judgment and temperament Rep. Steve King, (R-IA) put it best when he said:

When he had an Irish cop and a black professor, who'd he side with? And he jumped to a conclusion [Note: Obama thought that the white cop was in the wrong.] without having heard the facts, and he ended up having to have a beer summit. The President of the United States has got to articulate a mission, and instead he's playing race-bait games to undermine the law enforcement in the state of Arizona and across the country.

Too bad that there isn't a ground for impeachment for gross incompetence and stupidity.  I totally reject the bullshit Liberal Facsist (read big Hitler lie) propaganda that Obama is the smartest man ever to be elected President.  That honor rightfully belongs to John Quincy Adams.  Obama has nothing on the record to prove his intelligence or his US  citizenship except his two crappy autobiographies.  His sealed records from cradle to present don't prove either his intelligence or his citizenship.  Let's all vote this November for an overwhelming Conservative/Tea Party majority in Congress that can impeach this Kenyan Usurper.

It's baaack...Hitler's racist paradigm!

Sorry I haven't been blogging lately, but I took some time off to undergo some emergency dental surgery and to partially fulfill Cahleeforniah's mandatory continuing legal education requirements to keep my license.  The seminar I took was about 8 USC §1326 cases.  These are cases that involve the deportation or exclusion of non-resident aliens.  The seminar was given by Scam Diego's local Federal Defenders, the Federal public defender group funded by us, the 50% of us taxpayers that actually pay taxes.  I also had a nice lunch at our expense and didn't pay a dime (out of pocket) for the excellent program.  BTW, the Perrier water was splendid.

I also found out that by virtue of my membership in U.S. District Court - Southern District - California bar that I can get a $500 course in legal writing for "free" also at our expense!   The course is excellent. I know because I paid $385 several years ago to take it.  Bryan Garner is an excellent instructor as well as the editor of Black's Law Dictionary.  The only downside of that experience was a rude waiter at the Omni Hotel where the seminar was held.  I was served throughout the lunch by a busboy.  No offense to the busboy, but he touched dirty dishes and then served me my food!  The snooty waiter was only nice to me when he presented the bill for an expensive hamburger and iced tea.  I don't get upset at rudeness as much these days because rudeness is so common now.  But it is not the fault of the the present generation.  Ignorance of manners is the fault of a generation of wastrels also known as the "Baby Boomers" (read Baby Bummers), strong emphasis on the "Baby" part, inasmuch as many Bummers are still grossly immature as the enter into old age. 

Baby Boomers were rule breakers.  They burped and farted with impunity, but never in front of a black person, especially a Black Panther.  Baby Boomers drank booze and smoked dope with impunity.  They destroyed the educational system so thoroughly that educational bonds on the ballot now have a only 50/50 chance of passing.  This is why kids have to pay high college tuition.  In Cahleeforniah, higher education used to be free up until the early 1970s.  That is it was free before the so-called student protests in the 1960s. As a kid I remember education bonds passing with a 90%+ margin. The only "no" votes came from cranky curmudgeons that didn't have any kids. 

Baby Boomers ranted in the 1960s and 1970s about getting a "relevant" education.  In response, college administrators indulged indolent Baby Boomer college students.  As a result Bummers received a crappy college education. They no longer had to take courses like actual mathematics, literature, or humanities.  But they loaded up on political science and ethnic studies courses.  At Scam Diego State, where I went to undergrad school in the 1960s and 1970s; there was a Chicano studies course where it was rumored that everybody that was admitted to the class got an "A" without much academic strain.  In law school, I remember people with 66% of their college credits being in political science.  This meant that most of them learned about the American political system from a socialist perspective.  This makes for very lousy lawyers that don't respect the legal system.

This imbecilic Marxist political perspective may account for some of the stupid misinterpretations by Leftists of the recent Arizona Immigration legislation.  Under settled US Constitutional law, you can't stop anyone without probable cause.  Looking "Latino" or Greek, Italian, Arab, or Jewish is not probable cause.  (People have thought that I am a member of one of those ethnic groups from time to time.)  They are right 20% of the time.  But Leftist Lawyers and politicos continue their disinformation campaign based on their bumpersticker ideology.  They don't tell you that if a person stopped by a "zonie" cop produces a valid drivers license that it is presumption that the person stopped is here legally.  But that doesn't stop the race mongers like Al "Not So" Sharpton or Barack Hussein Obama from openly fomenting racial discord for their political and financial advantage.  But then Obama's overt race mongering/baiting strategy  was also the modus operandi of the last race monger and race baiter--Adolph Hitler.
